We recently rented this apartment for a one week stay. It was very comfortable and roomy enough for two. Great location for most tourist sites and very close to a Metro station. The one thing that isn’t mentioned in the description, the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the ground floor. You’ll have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. Also we did have some upstairs neighbors who were a bit noisy at night. I would definitely try to rent this apartment again when I return to Paris.

This was our eighth visit to Paris, and we both agree without a doubt that it was the best, mainly because we stayed in Le Printemps. The kitchen and bath facilities were excellent, the bed and furniture elegant and comfortable, and the view - well, the view was unforgettable. Jean-Michel and Nicole are excellent hosts, providing timely communications and a complete written booklet on how to use everything, what to see and do in the neighborhood, and how to get around the city. Plus, the location is unbeatable - metro and bus stops in front of the building, and a one block walk to the Seine and Ile de la Cite. The apartment is two floors up from the ground, so be aware that there are only stairs to the first floor but from there you can use the lift. The welcome basket of goodies, guest slippers and fluffy bathrobes were special touches that show you're in for a premier experience.

Very accommodating host who provided lots of great information about how to get around, dining etc. Beautiful view and located at metro, which however, makes it noisy late at night when people are entering the metro after drinking.

If you are traveling to Paris this is the perfect place to stay! Conveniently located around some amazing sights, an easy to access Metro stop and Lord of great places to eat and shop at! This apartment is spacious with so many thoughtful amenities. The host is so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again for any future trips to Paris!

The apartment location is outstanding. The metro access perfect, and if you want to walk it is equally as brilliant. The apartment itself is ideal French living. Every comfort has been thought of and the hosts are kind and attentive. The only negative was having to leave. Thank you for a magic stay in a magic city.. highly recommend.

Amazing stay! Central location and able to walk just about everywhere. Can see Notre Dame from our window and hear the church bells. Bed super comfy, shower nice and hot, and fridge great for cheeses bought for happy hour! Owner Jean-Michel always a phone call away if needed and committed to a great experience for us. Thank you!

Beautiful central apartment

Beautiful and well appointed apartment with a lovely view of Hotel de Ville and elevator. Very central with metro stop at its doorstep and easy to walk the shops and restaurants of Marais. Would definitely stay again.

Great apt in the Heart of Paris

Marais neighborhood

Wonderful local places to eat amazing meals, close to transportation and major sites. Amenities included washer and dryer, refrigerator and an USA electric outlet.

April in Paris 2023

We had a lovely stay in a very comfortable apartment. Jean-Michel was easy to communicate with and answered questions before and during our stay. Location was convenient to Metro and many of the museums and sites, not to mention shopping and food. I would absolutely stay here again - and hope to!

This is the place!

This location is perfect! Looking out over Hôtel de Ville and a great view of Notre Dame. Near shopping and steps away from the Metro line 1. The place was spotless and perfect for a couple of a couple and two kids. I would definitely choose to stay at this property whenever we return to Paris.

Amazing Apartment

The apartment had everything I needed! I appreciated all the extra dishes and cleaning. The windows with daylight and view of Notre Dame were so amazing. Its very centrally located with Metro stations steps away and lots of shopping and dining around. An ideal place for a week or so stay!
