Property was close to the beach, pool, harbor and additional paid public parking across the street for large vehicles. Unit was a little dated, but clean and comfortable

Overall, the property was nice and clean, we had a good stay. However, there were a few things that could have made our stay much more comfortable. There was no air conditioning, and it was missing some beach items that were provided in other units, such as a bodyguard and a beach wagon for carrying chairs and other belongings to the beach. It would have been very helpful to have these amenities available as well.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the condo clean and enjoyed your stay. We understand that air conditioning and additional beach equipment would have made your visit more comfortable. Beach amenities vary by unit, and we do not provide additional equipment such as bodyboards or beach wagons due to liability considerations. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back! Kind Regards, MakeMyVacation

Great location. So so management company on this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Notified the management co there were boogers on the walls in several places that the cleaning crew had missed and we got a simple ok back. That said we loved our stay. The unit was clean with the exception of missing those issues when cleaning. We were disappointed at the reaction from the management company. Other than that the unit itself was wonderful and the location is fantastic. We will not stay with this company again, but we will stay in the complex again. This unit is also super conveniently located close to laundry, the garage, and an elevator for ease of bringing up the groceries.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you loved the condo, its location, and the convenience of being close to the laundry, garage, and elevator. We sincerely apologize that those areas were missed during cleaning, and even more importantly, that our response when you reported the issue came across as dismissive. A simple “ok” was not the level of care or communication you should have received. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it gives us an opportunity to address both the housekeeping issue and how our team responds to guest concerns. We’re sorry this affected your impression of MakeMyVacation, but we truly appreciate your kind comments about the condo and North Coast Village. MakeMyVacation Team

Good for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I paid, it was a good experience. The condo was clean, the pool was nice, and being next to the ocean was convenient. I do wish we had stayed on a day where they weren’t working on parts of the village. For four days, we heard grinding sounds nonstop and work being done outside from 8am to 4pm.

NOT a queen-size bed!!This unit was so lovely. Bright, clean, breezy, nicely appointed furnishings. Lovely view of gardens and a bit of the ocean. Easy access to pool and beach. The sole problem - for us a big one - was the misadverised bed. We would not knowingly book a stay anywhere with less than a queen-sized bed (due to neurological needs). I was so surprised - I actually got a tape measure to make sure. Double-checked the listing, too. I was right. This unit has a double/full bed. Not a queen as they advertise. I was uncomfortable and sleep-deprived for the two week stay. It's also worth noting that the unit is far from any elevator, so if stairs are an issue, this is probably not the unit for you. Parking is 2 floors below. The space is conveniently close to the stairs.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the condo bright, clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and that you enjoyed the garden and ocean views, as well as the convenient access to the pool and beach. We sincerely apologize for the concern regarding the bed size, especially since this had such a significant impact on your comfort and sleep during a two-week stay. We are verifying the mattress dimensions and will immediately correct the listing if it is not a queen-size bed as advertised. We also appreciate you noting the distance from the elevator and the stair access from the parking area. This information is helpful for future guests who may have mobility concerns. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. MakeMyVacation Team
