This is a spacious and comfortable apartment, full of light and great views.

Here you will have a real local experience and homely feel, with personalized support and help before and during your stay.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Chiado, the most beautiful area of old Lisbon.

It has large and tall windows, not overlooked, with light marble floor providing a sensation of space, light and freshness.

Elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities, it has large living and dining rooms, two comfortable and quiet bedrooms with good quality beds, one functional and spacious full bathroom with bath and shower and a very well equipped kitchen.

All Lisbon historical center is at walking distance, the metro station is just across the street, tram 28 stops down the street and there is a taxi stand at the door. The train station to Sintra and the tram to Belém are also very near.

Bedrooms give to the back, ensuring optimal sleeping conditions.

Apartment located on the 4th floor and serviced by two elevators.

There are many great restaurants, pastries, museums and shops in the vicinity.

Excellent Apartment

Fantastic location on pedestrian only street.The online photos are accurate.The owner provided good directions and access was easy.Two good elevators for access to 4th floor.Clean and bright.Surprisingly very quiet given busy location.

Great location in heart of Lisbon!

This apartment was a wonderful location to serve as home base to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon. Our family of three enjoyed walking everywhere, and Rossio train station was close and easy to use to take a day trip to Sintra. We did use Bolt a couple times. Great pastries, food, and shopping! Street performers on pedestrian street below were entertaining and apartment was quiet when windows were closed. Nice view of castle which lit up at night. Communication was excellent, felt very at home and had a wonderful time. Did not want to leave! Thank you Filipe!

Nice location!

We were there for 3 nights. The apartment was easy to access, Felipe did a great job communicating and explaining everything. Perfect for getting around and seeing the city.

The best location

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is ideal for sightseeing, also easy to call an uber/bolt. Had everything we needed. Loved the windows and looking out each day. The elevator was important with a toddler and my mom.

Great location!

Filipe was a great host, provided a lot of local information and was very accommodating. The location was awesome, right in the middle of all you want to do.

Castle view Chiado

We had a wonderful stay at Filipe’s apartment in Chiado in May. This location was perfect for touring the exciting and historic Old Town with so many restaurants and patisseries very close by.Check in was easy and Filipe met us at the apt to give us the introduction. The apt was well equipped and had cosy beds and linens. It was incredibly spacious with gorgeous marble floors and high ceilings. The windows overlooked a pedestrian street which was busy with shoppers through the day and featured musicians 2 nights ( stopped around 10:30-11ish). Fado music one night and awesome vocalist and violinist on another!I would absolutely recommend this apartment for an Old Town Lisbon stay.

Perfect location in the middle of vibrant Lisbon

Loved the location - good restaurants nearby, Lisbon literally outside your door, Metro and taxis both around the corner, apartment is spacious.

Location, Comfort & Style

My adult son and I loved spending a summer week here! It is in the heart of major attractions with marble, elevator, AC mini splits, French doors to section off spaces as needed, and written recommendations from an excellent host. You would be very fortunate to stay here on a trip to beautiful and friendly Lisbon! I am a very light sleeper and enjoyed sleeping in each day. You will not regret staying here!

Linens, towels, pillows and mattresses could use some updating. Otherwise, spacious accommodations, great location and nice host.

Location, Location, Location

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Lisboa. The property is centrally located in the heart of Lisboa near many restaurants and shops - a perfect combination. The apartment had plenty of room and has most everything you would want. Felipe welcomed us and was responsive to our questions during our stay. When we return to Lisboa, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Spectacular apartment!

My husband and I recently spent 5 great days at this lovely apartment in Lisbon. It is so very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for anything nicer. Having air conditioning is a huge plus. WiFi worked great and it was very nice to have many English channels on the television. The bed was comfortable and we slept well as the apartment was very quiet. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook and there is a nice grocery store within a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here ago. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Lisbon Location

You couldn't find a more ideal location to stay in Lisbon, in the very center of the city oil Chiardo. Walk to everything in the old city (Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Avenida Da Liberdade, Alfama) and to waterfront. Literally hundreds of restaurants and bars within 15 minutes of the apartment. The apartment itself is extraordinary - very large, full of light, extremely comfortable living room chairs and sofa, great bed in main bedroom and lots of storage. Everything you could want in a city apartment. Felipe was an exceptional host. In the months before our trip and during it he was always available and he responds almost immediately to messages and text. The personal guide he sent us in a pdf was a great way to orient us to the city, full of great restaurant recommendations, location of supermarkets and stores, suggestions for places to walk and wander. We can't say enough about what a wonderful host he was. Thank you, Felipe, for making our visit so easy and comfortable!

Best Location

Carmo 15 Chiado was the absolute perfect location for us, myself, ny husband, and my 18 year old niece. Everything was literally a 5 to 7 minute walk away. Directly outside the door is one of the best shopping streets. Across the street is a shopping plaza, (Amazens do Chiado) with a Starbucks and McDonald's. They also have a food court with different places as well. We walked to a great little restaurant called, Duque that we all really enjoyed. I reasearched the neighborhood I wanted to stay in prior to booking and I knew I wanted Chiado. The apartment is large with high ceilings and the bathroom is larger with plenty of vanity space. The only thing is if you are elderly or have a disability the bathtub is very high to get into. My husband and I both noticee this. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to eat take out or make a meal. The A/C worked great. Lots of light in the living room and dining room with shuttered shades. The living room was a good size. The building was very quiet and we felt very safe with the coded front entrance, 4th floor elevator, and key to enter. Don't hesitate to book here. I would definitely book again if we came back to Portugal.

Great location, poor communication about how to get in to the suite.

Location was great, apartment is nice and spacious and bedrooms back on to a quiet street. Linens for bedding and bathroom could definitely use an update. Communication with host was great until we arrived. The last email received was when we arrive to buzz the apt number and come up to 4th floor and that host was looking forward to meeting us, also reminded us that needed to pay the tax in cash on arrival. We arrived and buzzed, no answer, buzzed again, no answer again. My husband then called the host who sounded confused about us calling him and he said he sent us an email with the code to get in which we never did receive. We got the code to buzz ourselves in to the building then went up to the 4th floor to try and find the lockbox with the apartment key in it. Was not advised that when we arrived on the 4th floor that it would be dark and where to find the light switch in the hallway. Use our flashlights on our phone to find that light switch and eventually find the lockbox. Another key piece of info left out is once you get the key out of the lockbox and go to open the apt door you will need to turn the key about 5 or 6 times for the door to unlock as the door has 4 deadbolts. We heard nothing more from the host so the day before we departed I took the initiative to message the host and ask where to leave the cash for the tax for him to collect.

This is a great, very spacious property in central Lisbon which is close to everything. The host was excellent to work with and communications were a breeze. The host also had great information on things to do and see in Lisbon. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This VRBO was the nicest one we have stayed in. The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was a fully working apartment. The air conditioning was excellent. Laundry was convenient. Check-in was in person lots of communication prior to check-in. The location was perfect, centrally located. We loved it. The building had two elevators, and there were no stairs to climb at all.

Our host, Felipe, was extremely helpful and communicative as we arrived early. The property is beautiful and located perfectly to explore this quarter of Lisbon. Had we appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was, we might have planned to stay a few weeks.
