Dette er en charmerende og renoveret studio ejerlejlighed med et loft soveværelse ligger på Four O'Clock Road med fantastisk udsigt over bjergene. Den Snowflake lift er 200 meter fra denne condo hoveddør, og en udgang fra Four O'Clock piste er kun 50 meter fra denne condo hoveddør. Dette Condo har en aflåselig skiboks for alle dine ski udstyr og kommer med sin egen opvarmet garage. Dette Condo tilbyder også eksklusiv adgang til opvarmede swimming pools og boblebade på New Upper Village pool facilitet.
Det overordnede niveau er 377 kvadratmeter og loft soveværelse er 140 kvadratmeter.

Det har en skræddersyet dronning murphy seng på stueetagen, og loft soveværelse med en queensize seng til nemt sove fire personer, og sofaen i stueetagen øjeblikkeligt konverterer til en komfortabel dobbelt seng (giver ekstra sovepladser), sammen med en ny 37 'fladskærms-væg tv installeret på hver etage af lejligheden, perfekt til unwinding efter en dag med vandreture eller skiløb. Væggen tv i stueetagen er udstyret med kabel, og er forsynet WIFI internetadgang. Væggen tv på loftet er sat op med en dvd-afspiller til at rumme alle dine film behov. Nedenunder i stuen, er der en smuk pejs med træ indlæg. Fuld køkken med alt det nødvendige til madlavning, komplet med opvaskemaskine, mikroovn og ovn og morgenmad bar siddepladser. Main Street Breckenridge, med et udvalg af restauranter, er kun 2. 5 blokke væk så godt. Renoveret badeværelse med stor bruseniche, piedestal vask, fleksibel brusehoved, og højt til loftet. Fælles vaskerum nedenunder med to pay vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Den opvarmede fælles swimmingpool med 3 boblebad på New Upper Village er kun en tre minutters gang fra lejligheden. Komplet omklædningsrum med skabe ved pool-området. Small but worked for us, price was great for as close to the lifts as we were.

It was very nice being close to the lifts and could ski in even closer to the house. Small cute studio. We were 5 adults staying here but we r used to taking 7 in our camper. They have utilized the space very well. Is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 with small children. Rita was very helpful and nice. I asked her several questions over the week and she got right back with me. We got a ton of snow while we were there and the heated garage to park the car and put the ski equipment in was very nice. Had all cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking things needed. Just FYI, we drive a Nissan Pathfinder and we only had about 3 inch clearance on each side of the car. But we fit n there. Over all, it was a great time.

Cozy and Quaint

It was a great location and a great for a quick vacation. We had 4 people staying there but were in and out a lot so didn't take full advantage of pool/hot tub but would love to come back in the winter!

Nice condo in great location.

The location is great. One block from the Snowflake lift and even closer to the Four O'Clock run. It's only a half mile from downtown. So once you park your car in the heated garage (a very nice perk), there is really no need to drive. There is no onsite hot tub, but you get free access to the Breckenridge public pool and hot tub. And if you take the short cut through the condos across the street, this is also a nice short walk. Inside, the condo is very cozy. I can't speak on the murphy bed as I did not use it. The fireplace does a very good job of heating the entire unit. The loft is very comfortable, but will be hotter than the downstairs. My only complaints (and the reason for my 4 rather than 5 star (I wanted to give 4 1/2, but that is not an option) review) There is a lack of storage. The downstairs closet is good, but the only dresser is up in the loft and you need to crawl across the bed to get to it. If you don't mind setting your suitcase in the main area (as I did) and living out of it, this isn't a problem. The only other thing, and this is minor, was the upstairs tv does not get cable. I would definately stay there again.

What a wonderful stay we had in Breckenridge. This condo suited all our needs perfectly. Ms. Ballard was very helpful and responsive to every question, concern and need before and after booking. Loved walking to everything especially the lift! Thank you for the use of your condo.

Good location, but uncomfortable.

My wife, teenage daughter, and I stayed at this place for 4 nights in January 2016. The best thing is the location, about 1-2 blocks from the Snowflake lift, so it was an easy walk (uphill) to start the ski day and a similar walk downhill from the Four-O-Clock ski trail at the end of the day. The worst thing is that we just couldn't get comfortable in this place for several reasons: 1. It's advertised as "sleeps 5". This assumes 2 people in a loft with a very, very low ceiling, 2 people in a pull-down Murphy bed, and 1 person on a hard sofa. Ok, the loft has such a low, sloping ceiling that it's impossible to walk around the bed. And there's very little space to put your suitcase and "stuff". There's a bit of floor space and a small dresser on the opposite side of the bed, but you have to literally crawl over the bed to get to it. The Murphy bed (downstairs) is a humungous piece of "furniture" and occupies most of the floor in the "living room" when it's folded down. Furthermore it has very large doors that take up even more space and block access to bits of floor space which might be used to place a suitcase and "stuff". Storage and access to "stuff" is a major, major problem. Finally the very hard sofa is also very lumpy -- nobody will want to sleep (or sit) here! 2. The only seating in this place is the very hard, lumpy sofa, and some hard wooden dining chairs. The sofa is positioned UNDER the TV! UNDER it, so there is no way to watch the TV while sitting on the sofa. You won't want to sit there very long anyway, it's so hard and lumpy -- you'll want to pull a hard dining chair around to watch TV or "relax". (Also the TV is not HD if that frustrates you. Also there is a TV in the loft, but no service there -- DVDs only.) 3. The heat/furnace does not produce enough heat for comfort. The owner supplies several plug-in heaters which help a lot, however you can't leave them on while you go out of the place, and we didn't feel safe running them overnight while we slept. Also the bathroom never did get warm, even after 3 hot showers. Also the floor covering is tile and very cold -- bring some warm slippers or shoes to wear around the condo -- socks are inadequate. There is a small heated garage if that's useful to you. It's big enough for our Prius, but probably not for an SUV, and no other parking possibilities that I could see. The kitchen is nice and well equipped.

I am sorry to hear that our condo was uncomfortable to your taste. Since your stay, we have made a few changes to help resolve some of the issues you stated. We have added two luggage racks (one downstairs and one in the loft) so that guests can easily keep their luggage off the floor and make more efficient use of the space. We also added a new futon chair that accommodates two people to sit besides the couch in the living room area, so that guests can relax better and view the television from a different angle. Regarding the heating in the bathroom, we actually had disconnected the ceiling heater intentionally as it is a potential fire hazard. But we are in the process of placing a heating unit in the wall to properly address the bathroom heating issue. Regarding the heated garage, most guests have found that this is an added convenience for our unit and have been able to park SUV's and minivans in the garage with no problems. I really appreciate your honest and direct review about our condo, and I hope some of the steps we have taken resolves some of the concerns you had. You are welcome back anytime as our guest and your opinion is deeply appreciated.

Cute and cozy Breckenridge condo

This condo was cute and cozy for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers). Plenty of comfy places to sleep. A warm fireplace to sit next to after a long day of snowshoeing and hiking in the snow. The condo was within walking distance to ski rental shops, great retail stores, and delicious dining. We only pulled the car out of the garage once while we were there because the location was so good that we didn't need a vehicle. This condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It made our winter wonderland vacation complete!

Charming

This condo was perfect for a family of 4. Great location for summertime in Breck! Short walk to town, easy access to bike rentals, short drive to horses in Keystone, and plenty of outfitters for rafting in town or down in Frisco. We couldn't figure out the garage door? But really liked all of the other detailed instructions provided. Loved the keyless entry!! The toilet requires two flushes. Cooked almost every meal in the well-equiped kitchen. Great family time! Thank you!

I really appreciate your honest feedback about the condo - I was not aware that you had any issues with the garage nor that the toilet needed additional flushing. Since your review, I have personally inspected the garage and made sure everything is in working order, and I will have a plumber come out to check out the condo bathroom next week to make sure the toilet is working effectively as well. Again, thank you for your honest and direct feedback - it really helps me to know what areas I can fix or improve on. We would love to have you as our guest again anytime you return to Breckenridge!

great place, great time

Small but very comfy place. Pretty much have everything we needed. Comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels, fireplace, garage with lockers. we cooked a lot so we had slight struggle with not having enough skillets, but it worked out just fine eventually. There were 4 of us; since we were there for over a week we had a bit too much luggage to fit in the apartment. So if you go there for a week or more, id say 4 ppl is max for ski trip. It's great location, less than 5 min walk to Snowflake lift and we could ski back to apartment on 4 o'clock run. I'd definitely come back to the same place and recommend others to stay there. It's quite cool :-)

My husband and I made this trip specifically for the wine festival, we had been 3 years in a row and we checked on the Breckenridge web page for this year. Imagine our surprise when we were told after our arrival there wasn't one this year! But yet it was on the web page for this year! So we made the most of it and used the hot tub, went into to town and had wine and cheese elsewhere. The condo itself was ok. To many kids running past our window and skateboarding and climbing trees right outside our window. toilet didnt flush half the time and there was a constant knocking, dripping sound in the pipes. But we did get a great deal on the condo, and we appreciated that.

Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention. Our condo is usually very quiet and peaceful, and we have never had any issues with noise or commotion in the past nor comments about noise from other guests (in fact, guests usually tell us that our condo is very quiet and serene). I do really appreciate you bringing up the possible plumbing issue to my attention (as no guests who have stayed before you has ever brought it up either). Immediately after reading your review, I contacted our plumber who will inspect the premises later this week and fix whatever issues might exist. I am very sorry to hear that you were not able to go to the Breckenridge Wine Festival this year - we created your reservation for the Breckenridge Wine Festival to especially accommodate your request to stay here during that time period. Even though you were not able to go to the festival this year, I hope you return soon Breckenridge to enjoy its many gorgeous sights and inviting atmosphere. Perfect family getaway!

The condo/loft was super cute and quaint with a great location within Breckenridge. My family of four spent a comfortable 5 nights and loved having a kitchen and space to play and relax. The pool was a short walk in a nice neighborhood and was heated nicely for the cool mountain weather. Downtown Breckenridge is also a short walk and my 4 and 6 year olds loved the free gondola rides up the mountain. We all loved the cute shops and restaurants downtown. A great variety and lots to see and do makes it a great spot for a vacation. The paved biking and recreational trails were all over and we loved exploring hiking trails in the mountain. The view and beauty of the area was amazing!

Great Location and FABULOUS Stay!

This condo was perfect for our purposes of staying in Breckenridge. It was so close to all of the things we wanted to do in the mountains and even closer to downtown for shopping and activities. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the pool, and the condo was furnished wonderfully for us. Cannot recommend this condo enough, and the owner was FANTASTIC in helping us with our questions and even for good spots to go to throughout our stay. Will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Perfect for 2 people

Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom 1bath. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for 2 people -could sleep 4. The bed in the loft is very comfortable. We did not use the Murphy bed so I can't say anything about it. Good location- within a minutes walk to downtown. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. She even gave us recommendations on where to eat . We can't wait to go back! Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge and convenient location to everything we needed

We were apparently the first people to rent this condo since the owners bought it in July of this year. The owners thought of everything that we might need and really treated the condo as their own home. Every aspect of the studio was renovated and well-cared for, including the really comfortable murphy bed that we loved. The kids loved staying in the loft, and there was no complaints because they had their own TV set up. We loved the closeness of the pool, which we used almost everyday, and the hiking trails that are pretty much available outside the condo door. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
