Glad you enjoyed your stay. A new washing machine is in unit and dishwasher cycle solved. A small piece of red plastic lodged into the drain and caused that brief issue:)

Thank you for taking the time to reflect on your stay. Guests comfort is top priority. The walk-in pantry is large and has plenty of shelving, I also use the empty cabinets above the microwave for canned, boxed, and dry items too. It is well stocked with both ceramic and melamine plates on account of being microwavable. There is a beach cart in the guest bedroom along with the beach chairs, etc. which is normally used to tote items to beach. We're happy you were able to enjoy the water and event field view from the living room, but screening in the balcony would obstruct that view a bit. The furniture layout of the living room is idea to accommodate different modes of activity (daybed and desk). Since the room is large enough to have both. The two bedroom condos at Madeira Beach Yacht Club allows six overnight guests & still ample room. I'm familiar with the floor plans of the different units here, only the 3 bedroom units are a little larger & cost more to rent minus the view. The appliances are also new here. I spoke with housekeeping during your departure ten minutes after check-out time. She was on a tight schedule. She was appreciative of the fact that you were helping to do things that she will do as part of her cleaning process, and apologized for needing to get into the unit.

Thank you for your kind reference. I always want to provide a great base for family vacations. The location of the Yacht Club makes it easy for it's ideal location. I apologize for not having the additional night open to extend your stay when you requested it mid stay. The following guests didn't cancel, but I'm thinking you may have reviewed both mine & the property you were able to book to extend your stay because although the condo has Roku, we asked the next guests to collect the Roku device and hang it outside of the door for you as you requested. Glad you were able to still access the gate after check out and pick up what was left behind OK. The condo has a view of the Boca Ciega Bay & sunsets from the Living Room!, Its beside the smaller pool, yet private & Easy Walk To Beach like the photos posted. The Yacht Club HOA has a few general popular rules i.e. ;No towels or clothing over balcony railing, or chairs/Buggies on the entry door landing, Pools & Gym close at 10:00pm, golf carts not allowed on the property for safety reasons. the community registers guests, are given a gate code, and parking permits. Check in letter states parking passes not needed over the wkd since office is closed. I wasn't contacted about problem accessing the gate. If there was an issue, a text or call would have had it taken care of immediately. There is also keys given for the walking gates so could access this way too:)
