Great condo

We had a great weekend stay. The wharf is just a couple minute walk and very convenient. The property was just as described and the views were gorgeous!

Fun spring break!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sandestin! We had gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. Stunning view of the bay The location was convenient to Baytowne Village, shopping, the beach, restaurants, and more. The condo had enough space for our family of 5. Kathy was very responsive with any questions. We booked our vacation in 2020 and she was very accommodating and let us reschedule two years later. Look forward to going back in the future.

Golf Outing

In town for a larger golf outing. Very nice property, clean and good location near the courses, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised

Family of 4 including 2 children under age 10. The grand Sandestin property is gorgeous and clean. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious! this was our first ever family trip to this area and we will definitely be back. The pedestrian village was such a wonderful surprise I didn’t quite know what to expect, but we had so much fun walking around-literally steps away from this condo. Definitely kid friendly and lots to do!

Great property

A five star property with five star location and great accommodations.The only reason I gave it a four was because of the construction we were unaware of prior to checking in. Trying to put a 2+ year old down for a nap with drilling going on is at times a challenge. The actual property however is wonderful thank you would love to stay again when the construction is complete

Beautiful view

We were 2 families of 4 staying at the condo. It was spacious and had plenty of towels and blankets. Everything was very clean upon arrival. We appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods as we stayed in most of the time. Our favorite place was the balcony which overlooked the pool and the bay. Only issue we had was the dryer had a hard time with towels so it usually took two times to get them to dry. We would definitely stay here again. The host was super responsive with all my little questions

Fantastic... Again

This was our second time staying in Kathy's condo. It was as wonderful this time as it was previously with one awesome exception. The door now has a number pad and code for entry. It was so easy to enter and exit. The condo itself has had other updates as well - new flooring and the addition of a fuzeball table. I didn't think this condo could be better but Kathy really takes pride in her condo and does a wonderful job of creating an amazing experience. She also seems to take the recommendations to heart. We will stay again!

Great View, Perfect Condo!

We walked in to the beautiful view of the bay at San Destin's Baytowne Wharf. The condo was clean, fresh and large enough for 6 ladies to have plenty of room. With the condo being attached to the hotel, we had valet parking and bellmen to bring our bags to our room. We will stay here again, soon!!! Kathy was wonderful to work with! Her communication was prompt and she was very accommodating!

Medical Conference

I and family members were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this property. All the rooms felt very inviting and were extremely clean. The bathrooms were spotless. The owner was so thoughtful in providing us with amenities throughout the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms that made our travels very convenient. The balcony and bedroom windows offered stunning views of the bay. We were treated to a fireworks show, and it was prime spot on the balcony. The owner has a beautiful place. Also, I was so delighted to find out where we stayed was just right around the corner from the conference center where my meetings were held! We thoroughly enjoyed your place. Thank you so much!

Awesome 3rd year

Our happy place shared with family is a tradition, 3rd year here. All the amenities of home with the convenience of fun all around. We love that we only have to get in the car if we choose to- twice in ten days to go for dinner, The Track and Fuddruckers (feed gators). The tram is a life saver- convenient and no sand in the car! The condo is peaceful, the view relaxing... we all hate packing up and saying goodbye. To quote our grandson, 4, “See you next year vacation. I’m gonna miss you.”

Felt Like Family

I have rented through VRBO for years throughout the US. This was the most "at home" I've ever felt. It was truly like renting from family/friend. I feel like Kathy was a family member. The room had "extras" that made everything so nice. From simple spices/salt available as well as some extra paper products to get us by until we could get to the grocery store (if we even needed to). The laundry hampers being available were quite nice too. Extra blankets and throws available (handy with a bunch of teen girls that like to wrap up while chilling by the TV). It was a great experience & I highly recommend this rental.

great place, wonderful sunsets. They eve had tolitries in each bathroom. I didn't realize it at time of booking, but there are lawnchairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. If you rent them they are $40 for umbrella and $20 for chairs, nice savings.

Everything You Need

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It is very spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. And the view! I can't say enough about the view. We sat out each night and had a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful scenery. You can't ask for much more. We had everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, more than enough towels. Everything was labeled for convenience. It was awesome. Our only gripe was the front door. It felt like we were trying to get into Fort Knox. Thank goodness our brother got the hang of it. He was the keeper of the key during our stay. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Golfing Weekend Rental

I had the opportunity to rent this unit and was very pleased. The unit was clean and fully equipped. It was extremly spacious and allowed us to accomadate 3 adults in 3 seperate rooms. It’s in a great location, just steps from the shops, bars and restaurants. The view of the bay was spectacular. Use of the underground parking was a huge bonus, as it made access to the building very easy. I would certainly rent this exact unit again.

Girl's Trip

We came for a girls weekend trip and the views were truly picturesque-we all LOVED hanging out on the balcony and watching the sun set. The condo looks brighter and more updated in person vs pictures. The beds were comfy and the AC was cold. There was plenty of hot water, and we all loved the fact that there were three bedrooms (2 masters WITH hairdryers!) and 3 bathrooms. The ice maker didn't work, but plenty of trays were provided and there was ample ice ready for use when we arrived. The front door isn't the easiest to get unlocked/opened, but once you unlock it a couple of times you get the hang of it. There isn't a fan in the third bedroom, so you may want to bring one if you are like us and want a fan, even if it is 50 degrees outside. The location was awesome, too. There are several restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance and beach access (with free parking!) right across the street. There are a handful of beach chairs and towels in the condo as well which was a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of shuttle passes, but we didn't use them so I am not sure where all it takes you. We all really enjoyed this space and I would highly recommend staying in the John's property. She was communicative and only a message away if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again, thanks for sharing your space with us!!
