Vores DIREKTE OCEANFRONT hjørne enhed (# 1) har sin egen strand kun 27 skridt væk fra Lanai (gårdhave). Denne ende enhed (ingen under dig eller over dig) har tilføjet privatliv, herunder et stille græsareal. Oplev solnedgange året rundt og lad lyden af ​​bølgerne slappe af dig. Fra Lanai, seaside soveværelset, og endda ovenpå bruser, nyd at se grønne skildpadder græsning på klipperne, spinner delfiner springende (typisk morgen), og pukkelhvaler breaching eller hale-slapping offshore (i løbet af vinteren fødselen / parring sæson ).

Vi er direkte på en salt og peberstrand. I den fjerne nordlige ende er der masser af tidevandsbassiner med critters og petroglyffer. Ved den nærmeste sydlige ende, ved højvande, hvis bølgerne er rolige, opleves og passe snorkelere (med en kompis, aldrig alene!) kan finde en række hav liv. Men hvis en nybegynder og / eller havene er hårdere, er Kahaluu-statstranden (kun 5 minutters gang nord for vores bugt) fuld af haveliv og en sikrere beliggenhed (med beskyttende gamle hav og livreddere).

Begge soveværelser har Cal King senge. I stuen er der en sofa og kærlighedssæde, 42 "HDTV, DVD / BluRay-afspiller, og lydsystem (med stik og USB-porte). Gratis high-speed WiFi og telefon (lokale, US, Canada, Mexico, Kina, og EU). Fuldt udstyret køkken til enkle eller elegante måltider. Vi tilbyder masser af ekstraudstyr: shampoo & balsam, vaskemiddel, opvaskemiddel, badehåndklæder, snorkel gear, køler, boogie boards, strandstole mv. Denne enhed er surfside-nedsænket med omfattende jalousievinduer, der gør havsbrisen og -lyden svigtende på dig lige så let som solnedgange eller moonbeams (loft fans, ingen aircondition).

Beliggenhed: Vores byhus ligger i Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, en privat 16 hektar gated community ~ 5 miles syd for downtown Kona. Komplekset tilbyder 3 pro-grade oplyste tennisbaner (med tennis pro adgang), en stor swimmingpool, volleyballbane, BBQ gruber og gasgriller. Begrundelsen er frodige med smukke blomster. Vi er også inden for gåafstand til Kona Country Club for golf (reducerede satser hvis en Surf & Racquet Club gæst) og Keauhou Shopping Center med købmandsforretninger og apotek butikker, restauranter, biograf, og en indgang klinisk klinik ... .plus på Lørdag formiddag, besøg deres landmand marked med lokale råvarer, Kona kaffe, blomster og fisk. Vores beliggenhed er praktisk at udforske Big Island eller bare slappe af nær havet!

The townhouse was very well kept. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The lanai was in our opinion the best spot.

Overall loved this property. Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, on a beach with great tide pool exploring—but also not right in the middle of Kona/tourist congestion. We saw yellow tang, starfish, sea urchins (lots! Beware!) and even a Hawaiian monk seal on the beach outside the townhouse. It was a perfect spot for our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 8). The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the pool was a short walk. It’s an excellent pool for small kids, with a 1 ft deep area. The house seemed adequately accommodated in the kitchen and there were boogie boards and beach chairs. Only a little glitch in our stay—the planned exterminator coming for their quarterly spray, but we ended up heading to Hilo that day to visit the Volcanos, so all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Tide Pools

My grandson was with us and he didn’t want to leave the tide pool! The sunset here beautiful from the lanai and the property was near everything!

Location can’t be beat

My family had a magical stay here. So close to the beach, a great location with everything we needed, friendly neighbors, the pool was a great option when we (our kids) needed a break from sandy beaches. We really loved it and would definitely come back again!

Quiet townhome in the beach

We loved our week at the house. Everything went smoothly and it was so nice and quiet. The adjacent snorkeling beach park happened to be closed all week for coral sponing, but nearby magic sands was open as were other snorkeling beaches.

Nice! As advertised

Lanai provided a beautiful view, steps to a nice little beach. BBQ's were close, and not busy. The tide pools nearby were interesting to explore. Shopping center up the hill was handy, with a great shave ice place. Condo was in a great location, we'd definitely stay again.

Best Place to Stay in the Big Island

This is our 2nd time staying here and it will not be our last. If you are on the Big Island, this is where you want to be. Oceanview from Lanai, Pool and Tennis Courts as well as a great place to stay. There is a Shopping plaza with a grocery store, Movie theater, drug store and a bunch of restaurants all in walking distance. There is a beach footsteps from the townhouse great for watching sunsets and exploring the tide pools. We look forward to staying here on our next trip. Thank you for another amazing stay.

Beautiful stay in paradise

We had another great visit to KSRC - our favorite place to stay on the Big Island! We have stayed in a couple of different units here over the years and this is definitely one we would return to. Well maintained, amazing view, close proximity to the little adjacent beach as well as the pool - perfection! Loved laying in bed and watching/listening to the ocean waves. When we needed help with a fan in the unit that wasn't working, the property manager was quick to respond. Definitely recommend. Aloha and Mahalo!

This home is an absolute gem!

There is so much to share about this home! First, the location is incredible - to open the backdoor and feel the ocean breeze was so wonderful! Our family loved looking at the tide pools and seeing reef fish at high tide! We were a short drive from so many amazing beaches and places. The house was fully loaded with everything we needed, including things like a mini beach cooler, snorkels, tennis/pickleball rackets, beach chairs...we didn't need to buy a thing to be very comfortable! We can't wait to come back - this house was a key part of why we loved Kona so much!

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay in this unit in Keauhou, which is away from the tourist bustle of Kona, but close and convenient to everything. Direct access to a nice beach right off the lanai with soothing ocean sounds all day and night. No AC, but we didn’t miss it with all the fans bringing in the ocean breezes. They provide virtually all the amenities, including beach gear for your day adventures. We stopped at Costco on our way from the airport and stocked up to cook for our entire week’s stay and had pretty much all we needed in the kitchen for evening meals on the lanai. Would definitely love to come back!

If I could give the location more than 5 stars... I 100% would! The condo is steps from a beautiful beach with really neat tide pools and we saw several sea turtles feeding in the mornings. We also saw dolphins a couple times. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a farmers market a couple minutes drive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great view and short walk to beach

The place had a great ocean front view. The beach was less than 50 yards away, The beach is great for tide pooling and snorkeling, not so much for swimming. The place is does not have A/C. The first night was a little warm, but the remaining nights were cooler.

Great Find

Still can't believe how great of a find this was. Amazing view and great location. I loved watching all the people staying in other units walk past our front door to go sit on the adjacent salt and pepper beach to watch the sunset. All we had to do was walk out onto the lanai! The unit was equipped with everything we needed and more, and served as a great starting point for all the places we wanted to go and all the things we wanted to do. Can't wait to return.

Location, location

Very pretty location - great views from the downstairs lanai, main upstairs bedroom and bathroom of the cove where on last day yellow fish surfed the waves in their hundreds - no need for snorkeling! Kitchen fully stocked in a very cute smallish townhouse. No dining room or kitchen bar; only outside lanai patio dining set - bring or buy bug spray for evenings. Daytimes have minimal bugs in December, more at night. Close to Longs and restaurants up the road. Very close to one of best snorkeling beaches in Hawaii.

Great location with spectacular view.

The location of this unit is its best feature. Right on the ocean, we woke up each morning to a great view right from our bed and fell asleep to the sounds of gentle waves each night. The unit is well equipped with everything you could need. Binoculars for whale spotting, we saw two from our lanai, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and coolers. Made our trip very easy. The unit could use a little updating, but definitely serves its purpose. We like to stay on the fringe of the action and this was a great location. Not far from the hustle of Kona, grocery store within a half mile and a great snorkeling beach within walking distance.

Amazing

This townhouse is right on the beach! You should not swim in it because of the rocks but at high tide and with watershoes you can soak in the far right side. Beautiful water, turtles and tons of fish. The furnishings are comfortable and up to date. The owner fixes things super fast. We had an issues with the upstairs shower and it was fixed less than 24hrs later! The ocean is so loud that times I thought it would come in the windows. A little unsettling for me at times being so close. That being said, I will not let it stop me from booking for our next anniversary trip. This unit did not have air-conditioning and it got a bit sticky and hot. We knew this going in and just delt with it. This is our vacation spot forever.

Perfect for a small family

A really wonderful condo, one of the easiest and most pleasant stays I've ever had. Arrival was very easy. Parking is assigned so no problem with that. The condo was spotless and everything was in it's place. The instructions and information were through, I never needed to contact the owner about any problems. Location was perfect with Kahalu'u Beach Park a minute in one direction and a grocery store and shave ice shop a minute in the other direction. We had breakfast and dinner on the lanai every day, with the evenings accompanied by wonderful sunsets. We grilled fish from the grocery store's great selection next to the pool. We walked down and explored the beach and tide pools several times during low tide. The condo miraculously had everything I needed when I was looking for it, whether it was some spices for the grilled fish, a blender, some boogie boards, or coffee filters. It doesn't have AC, but with the ceilling fans and standing fans bringing in the ocean air, it works out fine. And falling asleep to the sound of the crashing surf in the master bedroom is wonderful. The only thing that made us unhappy was when we had to leave.
