På Gatehouse 106 har du en pejs, terrasse, stort opholdsområde, komplet køkken til tilberedning i condo måltider og adgang til en sæsonbestemt udendørs pool. Mere vigtigt er, at Gatehouse er den senest udviklede condo-bygning, der er gåafstand til centrum. Det er en nyere bygning, der er privat, velholdt og stille. så du har alle de bekvemmeligheder ved at være i Gatlinburg i en nyere enhed til prisfastsættelse af kabinen!

A Wonderful Place

Comfortable Economy Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a nice location and the river with waterfall below the balcony was picturesque. We found the layout comfortable and it was a good price compared to us having a cabin or two hotel rooms. The unit could use a renovation for some stained carpeting, the bathroom and bed coverings. It was fairly clean, but some dust bunnies were left behind. We were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like coffee & filters and toilet paper, which are common everywhere else we stay. Overall, we were happy here at this price point and would stay again, but with a few touch-ups it could be a premium rental.

I will say it is a bit dated and the mattresses need to be replaced with better quality. There was no extra toilet paper, only what was on the rolls and no extra towels provided. Those items would have been nice. If you have mobility issues, you will have difficulty getting in and out of the shower/tub combos.

The building, unit and locations is what brings us back. The unit could use some TLC. New mattresses, fix the screen on the patio door and a new master bath sink faucet (drips a lot). We did have one incident the morning of departure, where the smoke alarm went off twice at 7:40 AM, while we were still sleeping, but resolved quickly.

It is obviously dated, but who goes to Gatlinburg to stay inside. The kitchen has everything you need (who wants to cook while on vacation ?) If you’re looking for a place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and adult beverages at night this is the perfect place for you. It was for us!!

The condo was super clean and nice and spacious. We loved the patio, it was so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again! We bought the ripleys package and enjoyed the aquarium (which was awesome) and 7 other activities!! The kids loved the sarcasm at Dicks! We have 2 teenagers and they had fun and loved condo! My hubby also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub!!

The furniture was comfortable and it was just close enough to all the action. There were a few this that could have been better. The unit wasn't very clen. Yes, the floors were swept and things were tidy, but there was more. The walls were dirty, cobwebs thick in the bedroom window. The kitchen sinks had a yellowish crusty film. The worst was the black mold that came out of the jets of the whirlpool tube.
