Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortably appointed home. Everything was as advertised! The private beach was a very nice amenity to have access to.

Beautiful home and spectacular view of Bear Lake

We loved our stay at this property with our large family. The accommodations were amazing and the hosts were friendly and replied quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the view of Bear Lake from the deck, the large gathering areas in and outside the house, the pools and the short drive to North Beach where we spent our days. We would highly recommend this property for a place to make wonderful memories!!

Family Trip

This is the second year we’ve stayed here. It’s a tremendous family home. We had a great time. Quiet, clean, accommodating and beautiful. Will be back. Hosts are great to work with.

Excellent House!!!!

We loved everything about the house!!! Our grandkids loved the games in the house...and the swimming pool area. The view is amazing!!! Highly recommend.

Having all our family members together in one unit was a great experience.

The view of Bear Lake was incredible and the property was wonderful. If the short gravel road could be paved it would improve the road entering the property. We all enjoyed our stay at this unit.

Great Thanksgiving Time!

Beautiful view of the lake! Very clean and great accommodations! We loved all the games to play! Very responsive host! 3 fridges! Well stocked kitchen! Great big table for dining!

This beautiful villa was the perfect size for our family.

In general, we had a great time-- The multiple fridges were very helpful, We could have used more clean towels & sheets, the ceiling leaked badly in a downstairs bedroom. Also, the downstairs bathroom rugs were dingy/cringy and not absorbent.

Fun time had by all

Our pre-teens loved the "trundle bed room" where cousins got to talk and be with each other. "cousins make the best friends" is their motto. I like how well the kitchen is stocked.

Amazing property!

This was a wonderful house for our annual family reunion! Perfectly stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of bedrooms and beds! The kids absolutely loved the bonus room with enough beds for all the cousins! Tons of games were played at the large dining room table! We even had a talent show in the back yard! Contact with the owner was fantastic! I would recommend this home to anyone!

A piece of heaven

The views are stunning, especially the morning sunrise over the lake. It is a comfortable home, well stocked and perfect for our large family group with many kids. The kids loved the arcade games. The private beach is small but perfectly adequate. The beds were cozy and pillows so soft and comfortable. All of the showers were super nice! The host communicated with us well.

Great location. beautiful views.

stayed for a family reunion. Enjoyed the house and the location. Communication with owners was great. Beautiful views of the lake. The only complaints were the pull out couch mattresses were quite uncomfortable which left a few people sleeping on blow up mattresses we had brought. The other is the plumbing is incredibly loud which made it hard to sleep if laundry was going or any water in the house was running. We loved having access to the private beach!

Great Christmas present for my whole family

plenty of room for everyone. the upstairs bunkroom was perfect for all the cousins. They had fun in the little hideaway room. the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The only drawback was the parking, not very much room until we found out we could park our trailers down by the clubhouse. Otherwise we had a great time and hope to come back next year.

Grandpa’s 80th Birthday

We loved our stay in Fish Haven. The home was perfect for what we needed. We were celebrating our father’s 80th birthday and had all his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in the home. The kids loved the arcade and basketball court on the property and spent a lot of time at the community pool. The views of the lake were amazing. Sitting outside on the deck at night chatting was one of our favorite things to do. Check in and out were easy. The owner was in contact with us and is very nice and friendly. We will most definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

It was a nice, clean large home. It has lots of games including arcade games. You are not right on the beach, however there is beach access you can drive to. You need the key fob to access the private beach. It’s not big, but worked well for us. The views from the house are awesome, and the fire pit was a nice touch. It wasn’t quite ready for us to check in at 4;00, so my family spent time at the park until the house was ready.

Priceless family time

Where do I start? All I can say is WOW!!! Just WOW! There were 20 of us in total we had comfortable sleeping arrangements. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is so beautiful we cooked. We laughed. We cried. We had prayer service on Sunday. It was just beautiful the snow, the area, the city, the lake everything was breathtaking working with the hosts of the home was so easy they had so much to do in the area also, any information they thought we needed for the home it was provided if I needed anything they texted back right away I did not have one issue at all l.regarding the house we had the best time I think this trip brought our family closer together. The house was extremely clean so beautiful.We were in love with this home. It was so comfortable. We want to go back in the summer. Can’t wait until we come back

Family reunion 2024

I don't even know where to begin. So I will start in the kitchen since I was the cook. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever I needed to cook with for 40+ people. The teens commandeered the basement TV area for their hangout. The 10-6 took the upstairs games and big room during the day. And the 5-2 loved the driveway and lawn. There were a few nights we were over the max of 40 and the house never felt over crowded or that you couldn't find a quiet spot. Every family had one home-based bedroom. The back lawn is a perfect size for some yard games. The outdoor seating was especially enjoyable in the afternoons to just sit and visit. The host was amazing at replying to messages and even did a video chat when I couldn't locate the gas valve for the fire pit. The host at the clubhouse house was also great to visit with and had lots of knowledge of the area. Last but definitely not least the view of the lake is breathtaking. We definitely hope to return in the future.

Beachfun

This house was new and clean, with great views. We booked this property because of the large bunkroom and the access to the private beach. Things that we especially loved was having two fridges, great bedding & towels, outside hose for sand, outdoor patio furniture on both patios, extra air conditioning unit in the bunk room, and solid construction which gave more privacy. Things that could be improved was the air conditioning unit for the rest of the house. It was not adequate for the volume of the house, couldn't achieve it's temperature, ran constantly trying to, and froze the unit in the process. So the kitchen/great room, and upstairs bedrooms were hot. Next time the adults get the bunk room, because the air conditioning works there. There is only one key used for both the pool and the beach, which took some logistical planning.

Very spacious

We loved this home in Fish Haven. The bunk room upstairs was so spacious with bunks to sleep 10, and also two pull out couches. Spectacular views, easy access to the lake, and two big swimming pools made this home perfect for us.

Perfect for our family reunion!

First, the view from this place was so beautiful! It had a great number of bedrooms and the cousins loved the bunk room. The kitchen had the things we needed and there was plenty of space for dining and for our other activities. It is such a nice, clean place. In a super great location. We highly recommend this place!

Extravaganza

We had our first family reunion (32) at this beautiful property. There was plenty to keep the kids busy and a comfortable space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we could want to meal prep with. There were great gathering spaces too. The owner, Noel was very responsive to any questions we had. To top it off we had a spectacular view! Highly recommend!

Great place to enjoy Thanksgiving with a large family

Our extended family rented this home for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of space for everyone. With many gathering rooms, our family of all ages was able to enjoy everyone’s company. There are many bedrooms that could accommodate our large family, the challenge was deciding who would stay were. Check in was a breeze and the owners kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going good.

A Family Reunion With Treasured Memories Forever

This was a beautiful location for us as a family to gather together for a week of fun and treasured memories. We loved having access to the private beach and lodge and of course the lovely accommodations of this Vacation Home met all of our expectations. Family Fun for All

Great spot for large family get-together. We enjoyed the location as we planned activities down to the lake, up to hiking locations, over to Pickleville Playhouse and go-carts. The home itself was ideal with its large kitchen, decks, patio and fire pit. We highly recommend Noel's home. He was great to communicate with -- hope to come back here again!

Just right!

We have a big family 12 adults and 18 kids. 12-3 kids loved the bunk room and the upstairs loft. The moms loved how well stocked the kitchen was. The arrangement of the rooms worked out well. They all loved the Reserve Beach ! We had a great time! Heidi Wall

Our family loves Bear Lake. There is something to do all year round. Our favorite time is the Fall and Winter because we love the outdoors and it is so peaceful and quiet. We love long rides along the beach and up the mountain. When it snows we tube, snowmobile, ski, relax in the hot tub, and watch movies.

You can go right from the home into the mountains or onto the beach right on your ATV. In summer its warm and the water is an amazing blue, in winter you have the snow and you can snowmobile and pull sleds behind your ATV right on the lake.
