Oceanfront VIP condo sover op til 8 personer med en kingsize-seng i soveværelset, to dobbeltværelser i soveværelse 2, to dronninger i soveværelse 3. Med dæk fra stuen og soveværelset nyder gæster, der bor i Ocean One 219, panoramaudsigt over Atlanterhavet og dets hvide sandstrande. Efter timer i brændingen skyller de feriegæster under det udendørs bruser, der ligger på kompleksets private strandgang og derefter dukkert i swimmingpoolen ved havet. Unit is great location. 2nd floor near pool and path to the beach. When on porch in the evening you can hear bands playing at Tiki bar next door which we enjoyed and when you were inside you couldn’t hear the bands so wouldn’t interfere with any early bed goers. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning wasn’t super cool. Fans were provided in bed rooms so it ended up working fine. Kitchen could use a few cookie sheets. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, excellent beach

We enjoy staying at Ocean One. We can walk to everything - grocery, dining, ice cream. The beach is awesome, and we like having lifeguards. We are a family of 10 and have plenty of room for all in the 3-bedroom and everyone has their own bathroom. We also cook quite a few meals at the condo and appreciate the full kitchen.

The location of this condo is exactly where you want to be

When we checked It went smoothly! We had a terrible time with the dryer squeaked terrible! The towels where so moldy smelling had to all be washed! Sent a note to manager with no response. The location of this property is absolutely the best place to be! This condo is very outdated!

Great first visit to Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Ocean One. Great location and very comfortable for our group of six. The only issues we had were: 1) a tech/TV issue, but the mgmt company sent someone to troubleshoot it very quickly; 2) two of the shower curtain liners appeared moldy; and 3) the kitchen supplies weren't up to par. The baking sheets in particular were completely unusable and I was shocked that they were kept in the unit to be offered to guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great stay and are likely to return to Ocean One, although I probably won't stay in 219 again.

Reviewer Comments: Been renting condos at Ocean One HHI for 37 years, HHI never fails for our large group vacation!We mostly have rented from Seashore vacations over the years which have been easy to work with.Our stress this year is the cost vs the quality units we rent, rent has gone up significantly every year yet the units deteriorate so not getting the value we were used to. Leaky toilets, ripped screens, furniture old and tired, bed linens old, cabinet doors peeling, patio furniture for 4 people only, wallpaper peeling off the wall,and the whole unit needed to be paint years ago. I know seashore can’t force the owners to update but weekly price does not reflect the quality of the unit.

First time staying @ Ocean One & if at all possible it will not be the last. Parking & checking in was piece of cake. First day my wife went to take a shower & tub drain was clogged to where water ran out VERY slow. Texted, not called, just texted that we had a problem & was answered within maybe 5 minutes & someone was there, fixed it, & gone within 30 minutes of my text. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! & the tub drain being clogged, no big deal, it happens. My point is we’ve never stayed anywhere where they answer your call AND fix the problem so fast. Also was a man that was mopping, emptying outside trash, sweeping spider webs down from walls, I’m not sure but I believe his name is Gabriel. Such a nice man. Ask us if we were enjoying our stay, if we needed anything, just a joy running into him & talking for a minute.
