1313 Ariola Drive administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Dette hjem har et utroligt førsteindtryk, når du klatrer op ad trappen og åbner hoveddøren. Dens eksklusive indretning komplimenteres af kvalitetsmøbler. Første sal har en åben rummelig planløsning. En opholdsstue og spiseplads på 22 'tilsluttes forbindelse til et stort gourmetkøkken. Køkkenet har designerapparater og rigelig bordplader af granit til madlavning.

Det vigtigste opholdsstue, badeværelser, verandaer og altaner har travertingulve. Fornemme møbler med smukt tilbehør strømmer gennem hele hjemmet. Værelserne er store og komfortable med tv og privat bad. Hver er meget indbydende efter en lang dag på stranden eller ved poolen. Overdækkede verandaer og altaner gør dette hjem ekstra specielt. Verandaer vikles omkring hjemmet på tre sider, der giver udsigt over bugten eller bugten. Sid på verandaen i en af gyngestolene og lytter til bølgenes lyd. Alle fire soveværelser har udendørs adgang. Family Beach Vaca

This property is great! 4 Bedrooms each with own bath is really nice. It is just a few steps away from the beach with nothing blocking your view, although having a private pool was great with 2 infants too. House was stocked with lots of beach toys, a beach wagon, pool floats, a cooler, a baby pool, and lots of outdoor seating.

Just Perfect

The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

We've been coming to Pensacola for many years as a family, and all agreed this is the best house, yet. Plenty of room for all, and a nice pool. Great view of the ocean with no house across the street from ours. Very convenient.

This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

Great Beach Teip 2020

We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how close we were to the beach. It was easy to walk back to eat or relax in the pool or get out of the sun. Clean house, great location and great views.The only small issue we had was with downstairs bedroom fan/light combo. It seems to be an ongoing issue since it is in the instructions given for house. I think it needs to be reprogrammed because that bedroom didn't have a working fan due to light always coming on at night. Time needs to be taken to fix that.
