Denne luksus, Gulf Front hjem er billedet perfekt, ind og ud. Med fem soveværelser, fem bade og 3608 kvadratmeter, kan 1214 Ariola Drive sove op til 17 personer meget komfortabelt. Inngangsbilledet på jorden er let og lyst, med trapper op til et stort åbent stort værelse med stue, køkken og spiseplads. Den rummelige opholdsstue har masser af komfortable siddepladser. herunder en dronning sovesofa. Det moderne køkken har granit bordplader, rustfrit stål apparater og prep ø med to bar sæder. Det store spisebord er fantastisk til familie stil måltider. Soveværelse 1 er placeret ud i stuen og tilbyder en kingsize-seng og sovesofa. Dette værelse åbner til bugten side dæk og har et stort, privat bad med walk-in closet, dobbelt forfængelighed, separat badekar og overdimensionerede bruser. Soveværelser 2 og 3 er placeret på den modsatte side af huset. Soveværelse 2 har en kingsize-seng, fladskærms-tv, privat bad og åbner til Gulf side dæk. Soveværelse 3 har en dronning og to enkeltsenge, privat bad, og åbner til gaden side balkon. Soveværelse 4 er slukket i køkkenet, har to enkeltsenge, åbner til gadesiden balkonen, og bruger den store hal bad, der også tjener køkken og opholdsrum. Det øverste niveau tilbyder et andet dejligt opholdsstue med en sovesofa og adgang til en anden Golf side dæk. Der er et ekstra soveværelse på dette niveau, også åbner til det øverste dæk. Denne smukke master suite har en konge seng og et stort bad med brusebad og jacuzzi. Badet i denne suite har en døråbning til at servicere det øverste niveau boligareal. De udvendige faciliteter i dette hus ikke kan matches. Hovedniveauet dækket dæk område har en fabelagtig udendørs vask ved grillen, to fuld størrelse spiseborde og fører ned til en privat strandpromenade med adgang lige til stranden. Under huset er der mere udendørs boligareal, en privat udendørs bruser, overdækket parkeringsplads og garage. Det lavere niveau har også et bonusrum med bordfodbold, bordtennis og spil bord og glasdøre, der åbner lige til stranden. Spring break in Pensacola

The property and house were beautiful and access to the beach was great! We had a couple of days with rain and thunderstorms, so we didn’t get as much beach time as planned!

Awesome house for a small wedding

We had our daughter’s wedding at this house. It was big enough to accommodate 27 people for the wedding. We would rent this house again and again! Paradise Homes is great to work with!

Perfect, beautiful beach with private access was great. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, windy and cooler than we would have liked, we had a wonderful time. Sitting on the deck or in the house listening to and watching the waves was great.

If only we had had more time ...

This was an absolutely wonderful home for our family! With 7 adults and 4 children, there was still so much room and privacy (when wanted). Usually, people complain about so many petty details, but not in our case -- it was pretty much perfect! Our only complaint was that we didn't have more time to stay, lol. The Paradise Beach Homes staff was more than helpful with everything, and so easy to work with (Thank you!) It was a wonderful vacation!

Blue Angels and Blue Skies!

It was Blue Angels week in Pensacola when we were there and let me tell you, this house was in a great spot to see their awesome maneuvers. This house provided everything we needed for a great family vacation. 3 bedrooms with King Beds as well as 2 bedrooms for Kids made for a perfect arrangement. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was furnished well. Because it was so hot outside, the bottom level was not usable since there is no AC down there but the extra refrigerator down there was an added bonus. We will definitely keep this on our list of prefered properties when visiting Pensacola Beach.

We enjoyed being right on the gulf and the views were outstanding. The kitchen could have been somewhat better equipped, and the refrigerator had an annoying strobe light issue , but overall our stay was very good .

It could use a very minor amount of fluffing up but overall it’s fantastic!!! The only thing I’d say is that the upstairs den really can’t be used as a bedroom because there’s no door to the stairway and it’s noisy if folks are still up downstairs. Otherwise though it’s perfect!

We were happy with the unit; however, there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The grill is rusted and is not in good working condition and the shower in the double full sized bedroom is leaking all over the floor. We would stay at the home again if we knew these issues were fixed.

Patio door sticks and not closing perfectly, but since we live on a lake knew that was normal from water and wind from gulf . Kitchen had lots of dishes and glasses. Will definitely rent again.

Large dining table sat 10 comfortably. We had easy access to great restaurants on the beach - we visited several establishments in search of the perfect Bushwacker. We were just a short drive away from the Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival, Joe Patti’s Seafood AND the Blue Angels Homecoming show at NAS. Everyone had a blast!!!

Anyway, enjoyed our stay and thanks for the efficient management.

It made a great home for my wedding party to stay in that lead up to the big day! Had the reception inside and used the deck as the dance floor, bartender area and it was a blast!!! Highly recommend to anyone deciding on a venue for their big day!! 40 people was the perfect number for the occasion and wouldn’t recommend anymore as hosting the reception inside it wouldn’t fit. Having more than that you would have to have it in the parking area but you would lose the gorgeous view of the beach, which what is the beauty in that?? I can’t say enough positive things about this home for your beach wedding, it was perfect!!!!

Great Spot on the Beach - Convenient to Everything!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of fifteen - three generations from five states - had a wonderful week in this ocean front home. Everything about the location was the best - private walkway to the beach, short distance to restaurants, plenty of parking, etc.The layout of the house is very nice, with central common area and bedrooms off of that. The covered back porch just expands the whole living area.The only thing we must say is that the furnishing need some updating. In particular, all of the mattresses have seen their better days, the furniture on both porches need replaced - we couln’t use the upper one because the chairs were broken - and appliances need some attention.All I all, we loved the place. However, for the price being charges, some improvements should be made.

Fall break 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and very clean The property management company was excellent and very responsive. Answered all pre visit storm related questions quickly and very helpful. We called in an issue with the kitchen faucet handle falling off, the property management representative was on site within 2 hours and was unable to repair, plumber was called and repair made within 3 hours of initial call, well done. The house has a very welcoming and open layout. Could use some minor repairs/update to make it great. Most of the exterior sliding doors were very difficult to open, my wife and grand daughter were not able to open many of them.

Wonderful place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time in the house. There was plenty of space for every one.House was well stocked but I would suggest bringing toilet paper. The one ply doesn't cut it. Got to see dolphins, pelicans and other birds. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I called on an issue with the refrigerator and they answered right away. I would recommend dumping the ice from the ice maker when you get there. It was frozen, but made ice very quickly. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer downstairs that can be used. There were 3 baby gates in the one bedroom closet. i brought one. My family is still talking about that weekend and how much fun they had.
