Beautiful and stylish Italian villa, stunning view as advertised. Helpful and friendly owner. Good parking. Super kitchenDeluxe atmosphere, enough things to see and to do. Milano can be reached by train ,station with direct line from Lecco.

Elaina’s property was great. It had one of the nicest views of any VERBO in which we have stayed. It was clean and well kept. It was quiet and peaceful. We would stay there again.

Great spot for touring the lake country. Pristine is the best word for the property and Helena was the perfect host. (A car is a must.)

Beyond beautiful !

We so enjoyed our stay in Elena’s beautiful home. She generously provided lovely bread, wine and sweets on our arrival. We were so comfortable during our stay and loved the amazing views.

Wonderful Villa, incredible views, Lecco and Lake Como is beautiful.

Helena is a wonderful host. The villa is beautiful, with space outside for children to play. The view of Lecco and Lake Como is incredible.

Lecco

We very much liked the property and accommodations. Helena was there to greet us with goodies. The views from the yard were spectacular. We would encourage anyone with interest to stay at Helena’s.

This charming and comfortable home was perfect for our visit to Lecco. The views from the house and yard were spectacular, and the charcoal grill permitted us to have a cookout one night. Well equipped kitchen, great toys for the children, very clean throughout the whole home, and very gracious host. The fresh bread and cookies and beautiful sweet nectarines left to welcome us were an extra special welcome. Would joyfully return!

Villa is beautifull, good location, clean, spacious, even better in reality, than in photos :) Nice garden, good parking. Elena is really helpfull, kind, intelligent woman. Super service :) I would reccomend it to anyone, who travel in North of Italy. Many places to visit nearby - lakes, beautifull villages, mountains. We have spent unforgetable holydays here :)

Cycling base

A warm welcome from Elena was a good start to our week. Used as a base for cycling on the shore of and in the mountains around Lake Como, and worked very well. Would recommend.

Wonderful villa with a marvelous view

We spent eight days in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect: A wonderful, very clean house with plenty of space (even with an old piano in one of the rooms), a beautiful garden and a marvelous view. The communication was very good. Moreover, we found delicious food as a welcome present. Thank you very much, Elena.

Sensational

Villa Helena is a magical place. It sits high atop a hill with a commanding view of the town below, lake and mountains. (Be prepared for a windy drive up and many steps.) The house is roomy and comfortable, immaculately clean with beautiful grounds and patio. We were greeted with bread, wine, salami and grapes, and treated to warm hospitality. We were even given a lift into town to take care of some errands. A lovely vantage point to explore Lake Como- we hope to return soon.

Wonderful

Villa Helena is a spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished villa in a stunning location with marvellous views of Lecco and Lake Como. The Villa has its own garden with outdoor dining facilities and wifi is excellent. The Villa is as good, if not better, than the photos suggest. Although approximately 5 kms from Lecco centre a car is not essential as a reliable bus service is available with a bus stop nearby. Owner, Elena, and the gardener, Gigi, live on site. They are not intrusive but they are extremely welcoming and both go out of their way to assist when required. Highly recommended.

A Piece of Heaven

This was our home base for a week in the Lake Como region and it was wonderful! The house is spacious, immaculately clean, stocked with everything needed, and the view… my goodness! Just stunning. We enjoyed delicious meats, cheese, olives, artichokes and bread on the patio, overlooking the beautiful city of Lecco and Lake Como! Elena is a wonderful host and responded to each of our messages before our arrival in a very timely manner. She left for us fresh bread, fruit, salami and a bottle of wine. So kind and very generous! The train station is a short drive down the hill and perfect for a day trip to Milan. The villa is as shown in the pictures… and we loved that the property is gated. Felt very safe and happy in our little piece of Italian Heaven! I hope to return some day!

The villa matched the description exactly.

The villa was easy to find and upon arrival at the property we received a very friendly welcome. The villa is very spacious and has everthing you would want during a holiday. It is well maintained and was very clean and tidy. Elena very kindly took us on a tour of Lecco so that we could see some of the main parts and to also see where various restaurants were located (something we had enquired about) and this helped us to get our bearings. There is plenty of tourist information available at the villa and if there is anything in particular that you want to do I suggest you let Elena know in advance so that she can get the information for you. The views from the villa, which is high up the hill from the centre of Lecco, were stunning. During our stay we visited Bellagio, Como and Milan during our stay. Excellent train service, make sure you get the train that goes to Milano Centrale, it’s fast! The cable car trip is well worh doing, the views from the top of the mountain are fantasic and the air is so clear. Nice little cafe at the bottom if you have to wait for you trip.

Cette grande et magnifique maison sur les hauteurs de Lecco a été le point de départ idéal de nos excursions autour du lac de Côme et le havre idéal pour nous reposer après des journées bien chargées. La maison est très grande et parfaitement aménagée. Vue magnifique et dégagée sur le lac et les montagnes depuis le jardin (parfaitement entretenu par Gigi).De plus la maison est parfaitement équipée (à l'exception d'un lave-linge énigmatiquement minuscule)Par les chaleurs caniculaires de ce mois de juillet 2026, nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la climatisation dans le salon et les 2 chambres à l'étage. En revanche, la 3e chambre au sous-sol est le seul bémol. Pas de clim, un déshumidificateur bruyant et une odeur désagréable si on l'éteint. Et pour finir, Elena a été une hôte formidable, de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, prlant un français impeccable - ce qui nous a bien facilité la vie - et de très bon conseil.

The views were fantastic and Elena is a great host. A bonus that I didn’t see listed is that there are trails right behind the house that are worth hiking. The pictures and description of the property were accurate with exception that the air conditioning can only be run on one floor at a time and there is no air conditioning at all on the first level. Normally that might not be a problem, but when it is 90 F / 32 C it’s very difficult to keep the house a cool temperature. Overall we had a great time in Lecco!

Elena ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir kennen sie und ihre schöne, traumhaft gelegene Villa schon aus vorherigen Aufenthalten und waren auch diesmal wieder begeistert! Wir genießen dort die Ruhe und das angenehme Ambiente der Villa. Es ist alles sehr unkompliziert, und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico a Villa Helena! La casa è bellissima, molto spaziosa e confortevole. Tutto era pulito e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per cucinare e sentirsi a casa. Grazie di cuore, speriamo di poter tornare presto!
