The home is located in Chiaia, Naples' most prestigious, elegant, and sought-after neighborhood. Known for its safety, charm, and refined atmosphere, Chiaia is the heart of the city's upper-class residential district while remaining perfectly connected to all of Naples' major attractions. Guests can easily reach the Historic Center, the waterfront, museums, shopping streets, and cultural landmarks. The Cumana railway station is just an 8-minute walk away, the Metro station is approximately 10 minutes on foot, and both bus stops and a taxi stand are conveniently located right outside the residence. We also strive to provide all the comforts of a luxury home away from home, including air conditioning throughout the property, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated laundry room with both washer and dryer, complimentary kitchen provisions, and premium-quality bathroom amenities so our guests can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy their stay without having to think about a thing. For entertainment, guests can enjoy the Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix and Prime Video, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, or the surrounding area. Following your comments regarding the noise, we looked into the matter and found that it was related to a weekend aperitivo and a birthday celebration hosted by a neighboring resident. The gathering ended within the condominium’s quiet hours regulations and was an exceptional occasion rather than a regular occurrence. The apartment is located in one of Naples’ most peaceful and prestigious residential areas, renowned for its tranquility and quality of life. The building itself is small, private and intimate, with only a few residences, making it a true oasis of peace and relaxation in the heart of the city. For this reason, noise is extremely uncommon and was limited to this isolated event. Regarding the bathroom, it has been recently renovated and is regularly maintained. During longer stays, we always recommend a mid-stay cleaning service to help keep the apartment fresh and comfortable. For guests who prefer to do so independently, we also provide cleaning products and supplies to allow for quick and easy touch-ups during their stay.
