We really enjoyed our stay at Island Sands. The host was quick to communicate, very easily reachable and accommodating. The condo was clean, updated, and provided plenty of space for our party. The location was fantastic and walkable to many restaurants. We will not hesitate to book again for our next trip to Indian Rocks.

Perfect Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at this property and we will likely be back again in the future. Everything is as described, the location is perfect, the beach is amazing, and there are great restaurants nearby. This unit is best suited for two couples traveling together, since both bedrooms have king beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved the condo but will definitely not be working through Vrbo as of their new ridiculous fee structure. Look elsewhere for a vacation rental!

Thank you for the kind words about the condo, we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! For clarity, VRBO’s service fees are set and collected entirely by VRBO, and we unfortunately have no control over their fee structure or service fees. We’re disappointed our rating was impacted by VRBO's platform fees that are outside of our control, but we truly appreciate you staying with us.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Our favorite part was the balcony that looks right on the beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. The stretch of beach near the condo was never busy during our late July stay.

We just returned from a one week trip. We had a fantastic time. We sat on the balcony every evening to watch the sunset and spent time at the pool during the day. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas even though we did not utilize those.
