It features a lovely terrace with a dining table and a barbecue area, from which you can admire a magnificent view of the lake and Comacina Island.
A staircase leads down to the sleeping area, which includes a spacious master bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Here, too, you can heat the space with another pellet stove.
Since the house is located in a forest, far from the town center, the water used is rainwater that is collected and purified; it supplies the house’s plumbing system and is used for personal hygiene, cleaning the house, and cooking.
To reach it, you must travel one kilometer along a narrow dirt road.
