Always a great destination!

This is our third time here and we keep coming back! Kathy Wooten and her team communicated throughout the process and handled our minor issues. Nice location near the beach, well maintained, totally satisfied.

Great Location.

The patio, living room and beds were all comfy. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the beach was right across from the ocean. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Very nice and clean. Manager was very nice when checking in. Had everything you need to stay. We would stay there again.

Perfect beach vacation location!

What we loved: Property exactly as described Clean! Lovely pools Excellent location by beach and restaurants Fully stocked beach items - chairs and cooler Excellent host communication Easy checkin and checkout You’ll want to bring or purchase household essentials like TP, paper towel, napkins, and trash bags as there was no paper towel/Kleenex/napkins and only one trash bag. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A wonderful week in the sun in a perfect location!

Our second stay here and Island Pearl never fails to please us. Contemporary furnishings; comfortable beds; great location close to the beach. The manager, Kathy Wooten, is great to work with. Can't wait for our next visit!.

Excellent Experience!

The property and unit were wonderful, with great responsive service for any needs or questions. The unit was well equipped for everything we needed and access to the beach was very easy. We loved that there was a cart with chairs & umbrellas, even though we only needed them once with association chairs already available on the beach. The pool and hot tub were great as well - and it was nice to have two pool options. Loved the deck and area on the Bay side as well. Property Mgr Kathy was very helpful and responsive, and offered resources when our flights home were cancelled. (Thankfully they weren't needed, but she clearly cares about your entire experience!) We highly recommend this property!

Very Nice Condo!

The property is located in a great spot on the island. You get the best of both worlds with direct access to the Beach and the Bay. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. My only complaint would be the lack of quantity of dishes, silverware and towels on site.

Very Nice

This place was very nice and clean just across from the beach with a pool on the beach also. We really enjoyed it will stay there again.

Beautiful location

This is a lovely condo that made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything you will need to cook. Just needs a big pot for boiling lopsters and more dishes and forks so the dishwasher doesn't have to run twice a day. The Manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. I recommend to use the trolley. This condo is in a great location and enjoyed the BBQ restaurant at the entrance of the property. Great food.

Ocean Pearl was even better than its photos. The unit was well-maintained, and many of the furnishings seemed new or almost new. The property manager, Kathy, was great: when we had a minor issue reprogramming the thermostat, she drove over at 9 pm on a Saturday to help us resolve it. We've stayed on Anna Maria Island for more than 20 years, and this is was the nicest condo and the best value for the price. We hope to book it again in 2021!

Kathy Wooten was awesome. Place was very nice. Was not beach front, walk was short. Would recommend.

Nice and quite, relaxing. Did find one bug (roach) And a sock when I was cleaning. The place was beautiful and comfortable. Will tell everyone looking for a great place to stay. Will know to rent a golf cart when we make our next reservation. The owner property manager Kathy Wooten was the sweetest, kindest person. She answered all our questions went above and beyond. Thanks Kathy for great vacation

Nice Stay at Immaculate Property

This is the fourth time in four years that I have stayed at the Bradenton Beach Club, but the first time in this unit. Although each unit has been very nice I must say this is by far the nicest. The living room and master bedroom both had large screen tv's with soundbars. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with new, modern appliances. I was especially pleased with how prompt the property manager was in responding to each and every email and text. If I return to Anna Maria Island in the future I will definitely give this property first consideration.

Enjoyed the lovely condo and great location.

We had a very enjoyable vacation over the Christmas holidays. The condo was every bit as nice as the pictures, and the beach and access were very convenient. The unit manager, Kathy, was extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend this unit to any going to Anna Maria.

Very cute spot , across from the beach.

To start with management was responsive and easy to work with. The place is exactly as pictured and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were Beach towels as well as regular towels. A few little bottles of soap / shampoo in case you forget - would get through a day until you got to store. Tvs in both bedrooms. Plenty of channels. Air con worked great. Beach Stuff in downstairs storage , had cooler , umbrella and chairs. We purchased large sand shovels for our kids and left them - so shovels now too :). It’s literally about 2 minute walk from your front door to where you set up your beach chairs. The pool - good enough kids were happy. I would like to see a few larger pots in the kitchen and a culainder. It made cooking spaghetti and crab a challenge. Also a supply of garbage bags beyond one extra would be nice ( we puchased 50 and left them so it should be good for awhile :) ) and there was only enough dish detergent for 2 loads of dishes. Beyond those minor issuesfor the price it was perfect and we would stay again.

What you see is exactly what you get. This condo is awesome! It’s very clean and spacious. All you have to do is bring your clothes. The property manager Cathy was amazing. She was very helpful and has great people skills. Thank you we enjoyed our stay and we would do it again. See you soon.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location

It appears as tho this condo is newly renovated. It is absolutely clean and well appointed. The furnishings are new, stylish and comfortable. The 'little' extras were a pleasant surprise. I don't cook on vacation but it looked like everything was new (and again, well appointed), some still had wrappers on. It has an underground parking spot & elevator. The pool is right outside the building, with a hot tub. The pictures are good representation. The pool on the beach, however, looked like an over-sized tub. We didn't use it, but if you needed to get wet, it would serve it's purpose. The lanai does not have a view, just like the pix shows, and the sun does not hit it, so it was cool, with comfortable furniture. It is a short, maybe 100 steps, to the boardwalk and the gazebo on the bay, a nice place to sit and fish or watch the sunrise. The beautiful gulf beach is about a block the other way, having to cross Gulf Drive and thru BBC, an easy stroll. There are OK chairs at the beach, but no umbrellas, which I found strange. The owner has an umbrella in his storage, but it didn't look all that functional so we didn't even try to set it up; it might have been fine. The beach towels provided were plentiful and high quality, as were the bath towels. There was a small cooler on wheels in the storage too, but we did not use. It was nice to have full bottles of dish & dish washer detergent, laundry soap, and coffee filters, more than I've found in other places. There was a very large, great TV with netflix and CDs but we did not use any of that, just the regular stations. The location on the island was nice, close enough to walk to Bradenton Pier, Restaurants and Shops. It was right on the trolley line. The island itself was extremely busy, driving could take longer than it should at certain times of the day. A waitress said it takes her 15 minutes in and 1 hour 45 minutes to get off the island after her lunch shift. If you are prepared for that, it can help. The beaches are plentiful so I'm sure that is why so many drive over. With this location, you wouldn't need to drive often! It is so comfortable and relaxing; I would highly recommend this rental. The owner and manager are both very nice and helpful. We were very pleased with everything at this condo.
