We had a great time staying here! The place was exactly as described and made for a perfect home base during our trip. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Our host was fantastic—he checked in when we first arrived to make sure we were settled and to walk us through a few things, and he was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions throughout our stay. He even went the extra mile by helping us arrange our airport transportation. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free stay. Thanks for having us!

Wow! We could have not been more fortunate than to stay in this beautiful apartment while visiting Athens. Ioaniss was an incredible host, exceptionally helpful and a great communicator. We could not have possibly felt more welcome and valued as guests. He even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the airport and cruise terminal. The apartment was very well equipped and thoughtfully detailed. We are very grateful we chose this property for our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Our host arranged transportation for us and we were able to check in early. There was a lovely coffee/pastry shop on the corner and a full supermarket a few stores down from that. The apartment was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water! All the comforts of home were available. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay near the Acropolis in Greece!

The host was amazing! The condo was clean, has all the appliances you need, and close to downtown in a great area. If you don’t mind walking? All of downtown Athens attractions are within 3 miles and you can start every morning with a coffee across the street. We did Uber some of the days one way then walked back. Uber picked us up right on corner as we were drinking are fresh greek coffee. Then we would explore and walk back to condo. There is a great local restaurant so close, we would walk to it for late night dinner and loved the local father and son owners. You can copy this and put in google maps, “Mprakatsaki μπΡΑΚΑτσαΚΙ”. There is also a grocery store right past coffee shop. Can’t say enough grate things about this condo. For us it is the place we will always stay when visiting Athens.

The owner is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered, Ionnis responds very quickly to all of your questions i.e. where is the closest grocery store and restaurants . He let us check in early, which was a plus and the apartment is exactly as shown very clean, very modern. The pans and dishes were clean and new. It did take us about 20 to 25 minutes to get to the Acropolis area from the apartment our Apple Maps and Google maps said it would take that long,. The apartment is in a busy residential area across the street from a playground and on the corner of an automotive store. There’s a grocery within three minutes of walking and a place to get coffee across the street. also, if you need a Car Sevice, he was able to book one directly from the airport, which made our transport seamless.

We stayed here in Athens for over three weeks, and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment was thoughtfully set up with everything required for a comfortable, longer stay. Its location was ideal—within easy walking distance of major attractions, as well as plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and public transit options like the metro and trams. The host was attentive, checking in occasionally by text to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also kindly arranged our airport transportation, which made arrival and departure completely stress-free. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d happily return to.
