Great property, terrific hosts.

We really enjoyed the accommodations. The promenade was great for running in the morning and Playa Honda provided a great base camp for day excursions. The private pool was fantastic as we soaked up the sun.

Amazing outstanding villa best we have been to amazing owners

The owner allowed us in to the villa early as we had an early flight, he was waiting for us on arrival to show around the house. There was fresh fruit, bread, orange, milk, biscuits etc that he had brought for us and a bottle of wine in a ice bucket just to top it off. We stay in villas all over the world and have not been to one before as clean as this property everything has been done to the smallest detail to make this villa exceptional. The pool area is totally secluded and the pool is a very large pool to suit large groups,there is also an amazing area to the front of the villa for barbecue and games. All the bedrooms are large and there is a further outdoor area upstairs which has amazing views out to sea. The beach is 2 mins away on foot and the restaurants on the beach are also mins away. There is a shopping centre at the top of the road with everything you could want including restaurants and bars. Can't wait to return to this little Gem again. Thank you Antonio and Sandra for all your help during our stay see you soon.

Beautiful villa in peaceful, beachside residential area

We have just spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful villa. A lot of love and attention has gone into the decor. Antonio was so helpful and accommodating in the lead up to the holiday and was waiting for us with a chilled bottle of cava on ice by the pool when we arrived. He had also left lots of groceries so that we were well supplied until we made it to the supermarket. The location is ideal for a relaxing stay. The supermarket is very well stocked in a fairly large shopping centre only a few minutes walk away, up to the top of the street then turn left. Down at the beach there were some nice bars and restaurants, although we were happy to relax in the villa most nights and barbecue. My daughter loved to lie in the hammock with her book and catch the breeze. The internal garden by the barbecue area is really lovely and there were even some grape vines in the sunny seated area leading from the barbecue. We were able to log into our Netflix and Amazon accounts on the smart tv and there are also a variety of other English speaking channels. Antonio and his daughter Sandra were in touch during the week to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. We really did, thank you both! Hope to see you again.

Amazing trip in a lovely Villa with such caring hosts

What an amazing time we had here! Antonio and Sandra ensure that every member of your family/group is catered for and make sure you have everything you need during the stay as well with some nice messages to see if there is anything they can do It was a family trip for us with our 2 young children as well as relatives and the place is so well setup. Everyone felt as though they had their own place for some quiet time (some of the reading areas are great) but then eating breakfast on the veranda with a stunning view or lunch on the table by the pool or the partaking in the BBQ area were all great spaces! Given that we had 2 young children (1.5 and 3.5) it was so well setup even where I think Antonio and Sandra may have bought a cot especially for our youngest! – (THANK YOU!). There are rail guards, bed guards if required (for those with small children) and lots of books, games and even the PIANO! The pool is lovely, about 1.6m but the water is so clean and we chose to have it heated which again was great for the kids! So many loungers and we had a few fine days poolside in the sun Practically, just the little things which were there are a bonus such as washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi (I sadly had to do a bit of work and the w-fi was great throughout), smart tv with apps (Amazon Prime came in handy for the kids when we had a cloudy day!), as well as “English” channels, ironing board. Etc. Everything you need in the kitchen and it was a lovely welcome we received from Antonio and Sandra The bedrooms are all very spacious and a couple with en-suite! The house is in EXCELLENT condition and you can see great care has been taken of it which is testament to them The area is quiet and very relaxing, but you only have to walk 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants, shops etc Probably about 5-10 mins taxi away from airport which is nice! We also visited Playa Honda (which is busier and I’d say more akin to your typical “British person going to Spain”) but we certainly preferred the area we were in and to travel as and when we fancied it A fantastic family holiday in a simply stunning house and location Thank you so much Antonio and Sandra!

Lovely Villa

The villa is lovely. There is lots of room inside and out and the pool is a good size. The owners have been fantastic, very accommodating and very friendly, it means a lot to them that you enjoy your time in the villa. I would recommend.

Einfach nur perfekt 👌

Die Villa ist gleich wie die Gastgeber perfekt. Super gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß und war bei unserer Ankunft ideal temperiert. Die zahlreichen Terrassen bieten reichlich Gelegenheit, auch mal alleine ein Buch zu lesen oder die Sonne zu genießen. Antonio und seine Familie haben uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang mit Sekt, Obst, Süßigkeiten und ‚Grundausstattung’ im Kühlschrank, bereitet und trotz früherer Ankunft und späterer Abreise darauf bestanden, die Villa zu nutzen. Für Fragen standen sie uns immer zur Verfügung und hatten uns schon vor Anreise mit Infos und Tipps für die wahrlich zauberhafte Insel versorgt. Der Ort ist toll gelegen und trotz Nähe zum Flughafen haben wir so gut wie nichts davon mitbekommen. Ob zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen - mehr als fünf Minuten Fußweg ist nicht nötig. Abends kann man auch sehr nett auf der Promenade eines der Lokale besuchen. Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall mieten, um möglichst viel von der Insel zu sehen. Jedes Jahr mieten wir mit mindestens fünf Erwachsenen irgendwo ein Haus oder Villa für zwei Wochen, aber bei Antonio haben wir ein Zuhause gefunden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastic family friendly villa with sea view

We found the villa to be a good size for our party of 6 (4 adults and two grown children) The villa is well equipped with everything you would need and is a short walk from local restaurants. We found the local Emmax restaurant to be excellent and we enjoyed dinner there on multiple nights. Antonio and Sandra are the perfect hosts to welcome you into the villa and made us feel very welcome and explained everything we would need to know about the villa and the local area. Everything was well prepared, spotlessly clean and in good working order. We even found that Antonio had prepared a nice welcome pack with a bottle of chilled wine to enjoy in the evening sun on our first night. Antonio is very responsive and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We found the area to be good for a family and enjoyed swimming in the sea and running along the promenade. The local supermarket is only a 4 minute walk and is well stocked. We did not have a hire car as we found we did not really need one with the local amenities being so close but took taxi's to the volcano at reasonable cost. All in all, we would recommend this villa and would be very happy to go back for some winter sun. Thank you Antonio & Sandra for helping to exceed our expectations, for being such great friendly owners and for the prompt refund of the accidental damage deposit.

This beautiful villa is better than we ever expected!

Thank you so much Antonio and family for letting us stay in your amazing villa. It is even better than the lovely pictures on the website. The children and teenagers spent every waking moment in the pool and my husband and myself enjoyed lovely long walks along the seafront. The views are amazing too. Loved eating in the area near the barbecue, relaxing with a gin in hand in the sun terrace in the evening, and relaxing in the lovely lounge. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities are so spacious and worked so well for our party of 8. Every detail, right down to the lovely fresh white bath towels. Would love to come back again and recommend to anyone xxx

ein ganz toller Familienurlaub

wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub mit unseren drei Kindern und meinen Eltern in einem Haus, das vier wunderbare Schlafzimmer hat, alle mit Meerblick. Drei Bäder und vier Toiletten und einen riesigen Pool. Alles war genauso und schöner als auf den Fotos, das hat man selten. Man hört die Flugzeuge des nahen Flughafens, aber nicht so, dass es störend ist. In 3 Minuten ist man am Strand, an dem man auch gut baden kann. Oder man läuft kilometerweit auf der schön hergerichteten Promenade. Tischtennisplatte und Außengrill haben alles abgerundet. Wirklich ganz toll. Würden wir sofort wieder machen - übrigens, Antonio und seine Tochter waren ganz und gar reizend und haben sich sehr gekümmtert

Amazing villa with views to match. Perfect hosts!

I've never stayed at a villa as well equipped as this. The owners have created such a wonderful place to stay and have considered everything you need to feel at home. The views from the villa are amazing and we spent plenty of time relaxing by the pool and taking it all in. Location is great and very close to the airport but you are never bothered by planes. The area is a combination of residential and holiday villas so no big hotels which we like to avoid. Plenty of eating and drinking options either along the beach promenade or in the town of Playa Honda. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastische Villa für einen Urlaub mit hohen Ansprüchen

Die Villa von Antonio liegt sehr günstig zum Flughafen (5 Minuten) aber ohne störenden Fluglärm. Playa Honda ist ein hübscher, von den Touristen weitestgehend verschonter Ort, mit einem wunderschönen Strand. Von der Villa aus bietet sich ein toller Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade liegt gleich vor der Tür. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man auch zu Hause benötigt und wir haben jeden Tag mit Freude gekocht oder auch den Aussengrill benutzt. Das Haus ist auf mehreren Ebenen angelegt, so dass man auch mit einer Familie oder 2 Pärchen genügend Platz findet und sich auch aus dem Weg gehen kann (wenn gewünscht). Antonio und seine Tochter haben uns einen wunderbaren und warmherzigen Empfang bereitet. Der Prosecco stand bereits gekühlt am Pool für uns bereit und der Kühlschrank war mit Leckereien gefüllt. Beide waren stets erreichbar, denn obwohl wir nichts zu beanstanden gehabt haben, wollten wir Antonio zwischendurch wissen lassen, wie gut es uns in seiner Villa ergeht. Ein Auto lohnt sich auf Lanzarote immer, da es viel zu erkunden gibt, aber man kann auch alle Geschäfte fußläufig von der Villa bequem erreichen. Alles in allen ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Amazing sea view so close to the beach!

The villa was exactly as described, only much better looking than in the pictures! Our kids loved it, Sandra and her family also prepared the villa for them. Perfectly clean, with a good location close to the sea and with a great view. Lots of terraces also give you a lot of possibilities. We will definitely be back!

Best place to stay in Lanzarote

Beautiful and spacious house close to the beach (just few steps away). We really liked everything about this house. It is perfectly located in an residential area, away from all the tourist hassle, really beautifull and clean, as it is described. Welcome was perfect (even a bottle off chilled champain was waitting at the pool - to bad we are a family, if it would be only two of us, we would take full advantage of the terrace with the pool positioned just right, on the sun but away from all public eyes :-). All amenities are there, so you can just come and enjoj, this would be even perfect for 2 smaller families traveling together since there is really enough rooms with their private bathrooms. Anyway we are returning soon, there are some places still not discovered by us in this week. All in all a great location, with the great home, and just enough things to do and see to bring us back.
