Great stay in a fantastic location. The apartment was clean and convenient...exactly as described. Just outside the front door are all the best things about Paris...small bakeries, fruit stands, ice cream shops, restaurants, and more. Quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, Seine, Les Invalides, Rodin Museum...made this the perfect location to explore Paris.

Located on Rue Cler, it is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. On nights you don't want to go far, there are numerous restaurants just outside your door, all willing to welcome you in for a wonderful evening. From the metro station, just a 5-minute walk away, you have access to just about any area in Paris you want to visit. We also took the RER out to visit Rouen. Its location is ideal for your time in Paris..

The most beautiful stay in all of Paris! As an American, we truly felt like we had the perfect French/Parisian experience. First of all, the location is amazing! Rue Cler offers beautiful shops, fromageries, cafes, fresh markets, chocolates, and ice cream. We tried many of the restaurants... all delicious and reasonably priced. The apartment entrance is next to a chocolate shop. Yes, we bought chocolates there! They told us they were the oldest chocolate shop in all of Paris. Also, the Eiffel Tower is just a short walk. Next, Jean Francois was wonderful with communication. He even provided us with great tips and advice. Mrs. Elisabeth was amazing too! She welcomed us to Paris and we had a beautiful conversation. Great to practice my French. The apartment is quaint and uniquely French. Loved opening the windows to the corridor for a cool breeze. We had everything we needed. Especially loved the Nespresso machine for a morning jolt. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine/dryer was nice to have. If you want that uniquely French experience, you must stay here. Merci beaucoup to Jean and Elisabeth!

The host was easy to communicate with and had someone meet us promptly. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location of this apartment is also fantastic - we didn't realize when we booked it just how great a spot it was. Lovely street with tons of food vendors, shops, and restaurants.

The location was perfect! So convenient to the metro, restaurants and grocery stores. Oh and a short walk to the Eiffel.The apartment was just the right size for 2 adults, with plenty of privacy. A family of 4 would be comfortable staying here too. I was a little concerned because I’m a 60 heavyset woman with bad knees and worried about the stairs. No worries! The elevator made it very easy to navigate the steps. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. A Little hiccup meeting the person for check in but it’s Paris! Se la vie! Communicating with property owner was easy and he always replied quickly with answers to my questions. He even arranged airport transportation which was helpful. Can’t wait to go back again !

The host was nice and responsive. I received good communication before arrival. Overall, the apartment met our needs well. It was a little tight for the three of us, including the bathroom (although somewhat normal for Paris). The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Some of the amenities were not stocked as well as it could have been, but we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is in the perfect location of Rue Cler. The market and cafe lined street is just outside your door. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away, and most other locations are within 45min walk or a short trip on the metro. We loved this location in Paris and will consider staying here again.

Location was excellent. Arrival and departure was easy. Apartment was pretty quiet. The kitchen had everything though the cooktop was mini and there was no counter space so really hard to cook anything.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just steps from charming Rue Cler with its wonderful shops, cafés, and fresh food markets. It was close enough to walk to so many sights, yet tucked away enough to avoid the heavy tourist crowds. We especially enjoyed evening walks to the Eiffel Tower, which was just a short stroll away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, well appointed, and had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. Highly recommend!

Adorable apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! Stayed there with my husband and two young kids. The neighborhood was amazing. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are so many adorable restaurants and shops all around. Metro is also a 5 minute walk or less. Perfect for a quick trip to Paris.

It’s a wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable, and has a great location in Rue Cler.It is not ideal for any one with mobility issues due to a steep and narrow stairway. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Perfection!!

This apartment is absolutely ideal!!! It’s exactly as pictured, very clean and safe! The area is absolutely ideal and was so happy to walk out and have everything right at your fingertips. Contact with the owner was very easy and he responded quickly! In addition he helped arrange a driver to/from the airport for me! Would 100% stay here again!!!

Really charming apartment in the perfect location

Loved our stay at Rue Cler! The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. The location could not be better! We thoroughly enjoyed just walking downstairs to cafes, patisseries, markets and so much more. Communications with Jean Francois and Elizabeth were seamless. They really took care of us! Would definitely stay here again. In fact, hope to in the near future. Merci!

Host met us at door when we arrived. Location on Rue Cler was fantastic. So many shops and restaurants right out the door. Inside very clean and felt like Paris. Bathroom small as stated but clean and is just fine fir average size adults. There is no window out to the street in the apartment. The windows face the inside of a corridor in the building. Didn’t bother us and you still get plenty of light but just understand that your view is of your neighbor‘s windows not Rue Cler. Overall, we had a fantastic say and definitely would recommend this rental and location.

Perfect stay

My daughter wanted to visit Paris as a birthday celebration. Francois made this trip possible. Not only did he respond to messages quickly he helped with our transportation to the apartment and made it such a comfortable place to stay. The location of the apartment is in a prime spot. Everything you could need is central to this place. Don’t look anywhere else just book here!
