We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was just as described: clean, comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need (good cookware, storage containers, plastic wrap, foil, etc), short bike ride to the beach, well maintained bikes and quick response from Jessica when we had concerns. We have never stayed at a pet friendly villa/home because we don’t travel with a pet and were afraid the furniture would have a doggy smell. We rented this villa anyway because of it’s location and kitchen. We were happily surprised to find that there was no evidence that a pet ever stayed here. The furniture was clean and odor free! I recommend staying here to pet owners and non-pet owners alike!

This villa is located perfectly between the beach and a cozy neighborhood, making the whole experience comforting and homey. I appreciated that the kitchen comes stocked with all the appliances, dinnerware and cooking equipment needed for an extended stay(Week+), which makes eating in if you have children convenient. The furnishings are, overall comfortable and have a seaside vibe to them. I especially appreciated the sun room...a perfect reading nook. I'd recommend Sea Pines Villas to couples and families that value quiet comfort and quick accessibility to some of the islands best amenities.

We liked it! This property was very clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. The main room and bedrooms were very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, and we really liked having lots of windows towards the course and lots of natural light. The kitchen was fantastic... it had everything we needed and everything was where you expected it to be. Great TV and good wi-fi. There were more rules/instructions left for us than we've seen before, but it didn't bother us.

We have stayed in many different villas in Sea Pines and this one ranks high on our list for value. You can spend a lot more in Sea Pines but you really don't have to. We'll be back.
