Smuk 3 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser, sover (8) 1900 + sq. ft penthouse condo i Sand Point Condo Complex. Den eneste 3 soveværelser / 3 badeværelser i anlægget. Master bad har jacuzzi og separat dampbruser. To store altaner med udsigt over Atlanterhavet og den indre kystvej. Leveres med to reserverede parkeringspladser i garagen og ekstra udvendig parkering. Bygningen inkluderer en udendørs pool og grillplads, indendørs motionsrum, dampbad, 2 elevatorer og bibliotek / læserum. Vi er ikke i en af Large Resorts med 200-300 condos, hvor du ikke kan finde en lænestol eller et sted at slappe af og ikke kæmpe for skarer. Bare trin ned til det smukke sand og Atlanterhavet. Hele lejligheden er ombygget og keramisk flisebelagt. Nyt køkken og badeværelser med keramiske fliser og granitplader.

Wonderfull place to vacation at the beach

Everything was perfect, we enjoy the view and the quiet condo, the owner is a very nice person and available all the time. We are really for renting that condo.

Great Condo on the beach

This condo has a great location . Very spacious. Loved all the balconies. Kitchen is fully equipped. We come down to DB a few times a year. We have rented many different vacation condos over the years. This is the only one we would rent again.

A beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo with all king beds. Great views of both sunrise and sunset. Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans etc. Very nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs.

Place was big, clean , and nice. Our AC wasn’t working right and never got fixed even though the repair man said he would be back on Wednesday to fix it, never did so that was a big deal. Had fans going but still hot. Hopefully owner will offer a little refund. He was super nice to work with.

Greatest beach stay ever!

The condo we rented was immaculate and had all the comforts of home! Great location, privacy and security, and beautiful! We would definitely recommend this residence for any sort of family vacation! We would absolutely rent again when the opportunity arises. The Youngs made us feel welcome and did everything to make our experience a great one!

We had 3 couples plus 3 children ages 1 1/2, 2, and 7. Lots of space. The 3 king size beds and 3 full baths were just what we needed.

This was our first time staying in this Condo. We loved it the moment we arrived. Three bedrooms and three baths! Plenty of room for my husband and myself plus our son, his wife, and our three granddaughters. Loved the steam shower and jacuzzi tub. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our huge balcony and we all spent a lot of time out there having meals and visiting. The pool at our building was very nice, too, as well as our beach area. SandPoint is located in a more quiet area without huge crowds at the beach. Overall a very nice place and an excellent time there. Would come again!!

Amazing Trip

We were canceled by our Golf Shores booking following Hurricane Sally with about 3 days notice and my brother suggested Daytona Beach. We found this place miraculously with plenty of square footage for our huge family and he kindly overnighted the keys. It is a beautiful place and we felt at home instantly. The littlest child asked if we were rich, because it is so nice. Haha! The place is safe and secure and even the residents in the building were so nice. Thanks!

Great Condo with a 5-Star Location

The Condo is very nice and just as shown in the pictures. The location is tremendous. The views of both the ocean and the Halifax River from the balconies are amazing. We had never been to Daytona Beach Shores previously and were truly impressed. The section of the beach where the condo is located was absolutely beautiful. We are beach lovers, and this beach was without question one of nicest we have ever visited. It is an immaculately clean beach with sand that is a pleasure to walk on. There is a gentle incline into the ocean with clear water. We stayed in mid-August and the beach was not crowded at all. It almost felt like it belonged to us at times. We were truly blown away. We highly recommend this Condo.

What a view!!!

We chose this location after our west coast rental was damaged from the 2 hurricanes. We have a destination Thanksgiving every year, so other family members were also staying in the same building. We had a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset and both were outstanding! We even got to see a rocket launch one night. This roomie rental is very well appointed with many high end touches. We were very surprised to see that there was a steam shower and a jacuzzi tub and the primary bathroom was to die for!!! The owner was very easy to communicate with and kept us up to date on everything. Don’t worry about bringing a lot of kitchen stuff as the kitchen was very well stocked! So much so, we had to make room for some of ours. There was everything from A - Z, except for a hair dryer 😂😂 There were also folding tables and chairs, beach gear and more. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come up to Daytona. It was perfect!

Beautiful condo and beautiful location! Loved it!!

I really enjoyed our stay at Bill and Patty's home. The home is beautiful and super clean!! We were definitely not disappointed in having picked this condo to stay at. It was super spacious for our family of 6. We loved the fact that it is right beside the beach too- you can't get any closer than that!! Beautiful scenic views from the balconies. There is also a heated pool which we used quite a few times during our stay- it is no joke heated- which we were very happy about. It had all the amenities we needed- oversized washer n dryer (need 1 like that for my home hahaha), frig, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishware, silverware, crockpot, blender, coffeepot, toaster only to name a few. I most definetely enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen (I cooked alot). There was also more than enough towels and beach towels! It has cable TV and wifi. Bill was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. I will definitely be coming back!! You won't regret renting their place either!!

Daytona Beach Vacation

Daytona Beach Shores is our family vacation destination. The check in procedure was a little confusing, but we figured it out. The condo was very clean & nicely decorated. The building/garage is currently under repair because of damage from past hurricanes. There are stilts in the garage & on all the balconies except the top floor. We were assured that the condo was safe, but it did give us an uneasy feeling. From the balconies you have a beautiful view of the sunset over the bay, but there is no view of the sunrise. You are on the wrong side of the building to see the sunrise. You have a view of the beach but it is definitely not a beachfront condo. Just know there is a difference between beachfront and beach view. The mattresses need to be upgraded. Especially the one in the master because there are massive holes. When you lay down you sink into the holes & it is difficult to get up. It would be nice if the bed was on the other wall, that way when you wake up, you could see the beach. The owner was responsive when I reached out with any questions. Overall, a nice condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Lots of space

There is a lot of space to enjoy in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils. There are two balconies with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. The pool was nice and clean but rather small. My only complaints were that the master shower had not been cleaned and there are some sort of emergency light switch looking things all over the condo, I’m assuming that set off the sprinkler system that have signs that read “minimum $800 clean up fee if you set this off”, which made me a nervous wreck all week. They look just like a regular light switch and I was so scared one of my kids would accidentally turn it on. They really need some sort of box over them or something. Other than that we had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this condo.

Sorry you misunderstood the switches that operate our electric hurricane shutters. We had one guest who let her son run the shutter up & down till it Quit working, which was the shutter for the main balcony access & stuck in the down position, leaving no access to balcony. Was 3 days till a repair appointment could there. That cost us $800 because adults left a child play with our shutters. Glad you enjoyed the condo.

Our condo was large and roomy for 6 people. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms were quite large. We enjoyed having 3 baths (especially with 5 out of 5 people being females). Loved having 2 balconies! I will miss having my breakfast and lunch every day. Pool was not crowded. There was an issue with cleaning the pool, but management quickly hired someone to remedy this and it was done well. I would recommend this condo!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Pros: The unit is updated and beautifully decorated. It is a very comfy condo with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Loved the mirrored hallway which made the unit feel even more spaciois. The master has a sleep number bed and is spacious and has a nice view of the beach. Having two balconies with one facing A1A and the river and the other with a side view of the beach and A1A. You can see the beach from your recliner or the river from the couch. The unit was clean and well stocked. The washing machine was so wonderful to have. There is an extra drink fridge which would be helpful to some. The utility room even has a soaking sink! Communication with the owners was very easy and friendly. The location is very central to food, groceries, and attractions. You can also Lyft or Uber easily. It's right across the street from 2 ice cream shops and right beside Peck Plaza or Top of Daytona which was a beautiful building. Umbrella rental was very easy to obtain and reasonable. Cons: Keys and Locks on trips are usually frustrating. I prefer keypad systems so multiple tenants can come and go as they please. The traffic on A1A is great for people watching but did get loud some nights. The parking garage was to tight for a large SUV. The water for the east coast seems alot more turbulent this time but the ocean was very pretty. You can't hear the waves from the balcony usually due to traffic. The elevator is pretty slow and no air so it gets muggy in the heat of the day. Parking even on the main level is tight with large vehicles but can be done. Not a pro or con, but as with all condos the last few years make sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, as the unit didn't have extra. They did have paper bowls which we used and replaced, solo cups and cutlery. The kitchen was very adequately stocked. If traveling to the area again, I would highly recommend this property for my stay with a family or multiple couples.

It's truly one of a kind in the Sand Point Resort. We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. The only 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit in this family friendly resort. Just decorated by a interior designer & a unit that was never on the rental market. Beautiful condo also has 2 balconies to view the Atlantic Ocean or the Intra- Coastal Waterway. This location is in Southern end of Daytona Beach Shores out of the main street crowded area which we truly liked. Parking is no problem as we have 2 reserved garage stalls & extra outside & also storage lockers in the garage.

A jaccuzzi tub & separate steam shower in the master and a beautifully decorated master bedroom are awesome. Showers are NEW, large, roomy & beautifully tiled.
