Step outside to a heated pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a marina with your own deeded boat slip, and a waterfront pier with fire pits and sunset chairs. WHAT MAKES THIS PLACE SPECIAL

Your Own Deeded Boat Slip (#49): This is the real deal – your own slip with water and electric hookups, right near the boat ramp. Launch from the marina and reach open ocean through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek in just 10 minutes for fishing, lobster diving, snorkeling, or scuba. Boat ramp access is included with the community. Trailer parking is available on site, and Futura Yacht Club charges $150 for it for your stay.

Resort-Style Community Amenities: Heated pool with spacious sun deck and poolside WiFi, lit pickleball and tennis courts for evening play, basketball court, charcoal grills, a waterfront pier with fire pits, Adirondack sunset chairs, hammocks, tiki hut, and picnic tables. The marina also features a well-maintained boat ramp and trailer storage. Gated entry, elevator access, and free washer/dryer on every floor. No hidden fees from us. Our rate includes every charge on our side.

Balcony Views: Your private balcony overlooks the pool area, tennis courts, and lush tropical landscaping – a great spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

INSIDE YOUR CONDO

Comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room (sleeps up to 6 guests, 4 adults). The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, quality cookware, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook your fresh catch. Relax with the large HD flat-screen TV, high-speed private WiFi, free on-floor washer and dryer (just steps from your door), and year-round air conditioning.

LOCATION

Islamorada is the heart of the Florida Keys, famous for world-class fishing, coral reefs, and laid-back island life. Located at mile marker 88.5, you're minutes from Robbie's Marina, Theater of the Sea, local restaurants, and tiki bars. Miami is just 67 miles north.

BOOKING INFO

We book Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum stay. If you're bringing a boat, Futura Yacht Club charges $150 for trailer parking and $50 for boat registration. FYC collects both at their office when you arrive. FYC also requires a copy of your boat insurance showing at least $300,000 in property damage coverage, so bring a photocopy with you.

Great Time

Weve stayed at FYC many times and Joes condo is just as great as the other's weve stayed in...FYC is a perfect location to stay in islamorada.

Peaceful paradise

We have stayed here at least 10x. Relax, read, fish, snorkel,etc. Great restaurants. Locally Twisted Shrimp, Papa Joes. And if you travel to Key West El Siborney.I cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had. etc.

Great condo in Islamorada

We had a great time here. The condo was spacious and super clean. Nice patio to sit out on. The pool was relaxing . We met a lot of great people there. I got beautiful sunset pictures. We would definitely stay at this yacht club again.

Perfect Location and Great condo

Spent the week up and down the keys and this unit was perfectly situated for easy access to all of the keys. Joe was awesome to deal with and the instructions provided were spot on. Will definatelyatay here again on our next trip down to the keys

Wonderful place to stay

Everything was exactly as expected based on the listing. The condo has everything you need and more. Communication with the owner was easy and always quick responses. Quiet, very clean, excellent location. The whole property was beautiful and well maintained. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing at the marina. I would gladly stay here again.

The condo was more than we ever expected. It met every need and more. Fully stocked for anything you may need! Location is perfect, pool is perfect, I cannot say enough! We will be returning!! And amazing stay for anyone with children!

Great place to stay in Islamadora!!!

Wonderful property. Joe was great to deal with in all aspects. Immaculate. We rented a boat for the week, and Joe even has a slip to tie up on. Pool was warm and refreshing all week. Thanks for everything Joe!! We will be back. Joe’s condo if we’ll equipped with everything needed. Future is located in a great location

Awesome Condo!

My husband and I stayed for a week for my birthday. We usually stay in Key West and just pass through the other Keys on our way to/from the airport. This time we decided to stay somewhere in the middle and explore what the other Keys have to offer. Am I glad we did! The Islamorada area did not disappoint. Joe's condo has everything you could possibly need and even stuff you might forget like band aids and ibuprofen! Beds super comfy. Huge relaxing pool. We cant wait to come back with our kids. Just a 2 hour drive from Key West too (so we still got to our OG happy place).

First Visit to the Florida Keys

This property was exactly as described. We thorougly enjoyed our time here. Not knowing the exact layout of the Keys, we were extremely happy with Islamorada. There were many fabulous restaurants which we enjoyed. We were able to arrange a snorkeling trip and a sunset cruise. The Theatre of the Sea was nearby and a great way to spend a day. We did travel to Key West one day and were so happy to get back to Islamorada after the conjestion and craziness in Key West. There were several iguanas that lived in the pool area. They were fun to watch. Problem is they left little presents around the pool and it wasn't cleaned up daily. One of the guests in our party would go down first and hose down the area so we didn't have to be bothered with the droppings. Overall, we had an awesome trip. The property was as expected. If we decide to visit the keys again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommend to others as well.

We typically go to Fort Myers Beach, but Ian changed our plans. This property was great! Had all that one needs. Beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants/ bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! We will be back!

Unit was great and very much felt like home with all the little things you forget to pack like foil, baggies, scissors, super glue, Tylenol, etc. Comfort touches like soft pillows and throws and amazingly comfy beds! Washer and dryer on the floor were new and clean too. Pool was never super packed and was always enjoyable and nice people at dock and pool. Fun looking at iguanas, manatee, and dolphins all right from the dock. Super close to all you need for groceries dining and bait. Great inshore fishing a 5 min boat ride away and only about 30 min boat ride out to great spots on the Atlantic side for both fishing and sandbar fun. Really nice and helpful owner too!

Islamorada Vacation 2022

If you’re looking for a perfect place to be in the Florida Keys, this one would be hard to beat. The location is perfect. Especially if you are there to fish. The accommodations are very comfortable, with everything you need. My wife and I were on a “rest and relaxation” trip, and we certainly found that here. The property manager, Joe Moser was great too. We’re already planning a trip for next year.

This was such a clean and well appointed place to stay. No detail was missed. This condo was perfectly located, immaculately clean, And the setting was gorgeous. The pool is large and clean, the beach is spacious and perfect for watching sunsets. Loved everything about this place.

Exceeded expectations

We were in town to visit with friends, and wanted a comfortable, conveniently located place to stay. This exceeded our expectations. The condo was very well appointed, and the bed was so comfortable. Check in instructions were seamless, and we appreciated having a key code (instead of a physical key) to enter the condo. We weren't expecting - but appreciated - being able to use the owners beach towels and kitchen items (spices, olive oil, etc). The beach area was the perfect place to watch the sunset, and I enjoyed watching the fish that seemed to hang out near the fish cleaning station. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We think that we are in the best location in the Keys. It is a great family area with lots of restaurants, stores and the best marina access to the ocean and back country.
