4th of July Weekend Hideaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fabulous. The only unexpected item was the garage door by the pool is locked in place and cannot be used. In the photos, it is operational so that was a little disappointing but certainly didn’t affect our mood. Additionally, there was no hair dryer so we bought one and left it for the next guest.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Text on the way up to the cabin the fire pit was not working. Pool was not clean even after 2 workers cleaned it. Second guy said this was the worst pool for bugs getting in it. Description says Mountain View? Turns out as the girl told me it’s seasonal! Very disappointed. I asked Monday to be moved to another cabin and the girl said nothing was available that was comparable. I went online and found 3 cabins available for the 2 remaining nights. I have pics text and to back this up. All I ask for was a view and fire pit. My wife have been taking a few days each summer to relax. It was far from it.

Besides a couple minor issues with the slow bathroom drain everything else was perfect. We definitely plan to stay here again. Just a heads up that the upstairs fireplace timer was not worker, so we had to turn it off manually. Elk Springs was great to work with and responded quickly to all my questions prior to our stay and following.

Wonderful Stay

Reviewer Comments: The stay at Urban Cowboy was wonderful! In fact, the accommodations were even better than the description and pictures on the website. There were 3 small mishaps but, maintenance came out promptly to resolve the issues. I can’t wait to experience another cabin with my family...5star rating in all categories!
