Will Not Be Back

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed in the Alta Maya cabin. We had several issues including black ants all over the kitchen, black mold all over the “rustic” kitchen island, the ac unit kept pouring water inside, pool had no chlorine, main shower has a full open window facing another cabin and the downstairs bathroom had urine soaked into the concrete all around the toilet. We have always stayed with Elk Springs Resorts and we will not be back. For the price we paid for this cabin, this was all unacceptable.We did email the issues (minus the mold which we realized after it was sent) and they responded quickly that they would relay the info to the appropriate personnel. They also sent someone to fix the AC unit which they did not fix because it started pouring water again after we ran it. When we saw the mold, we immediately emailed and never received a response.
