Great location!

So convenient to the beach! And the covered deck was a great surprise- it rained all weekend but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while our neighbors were stuck inside. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL stay!

We had a wonderful Stay at SIV#30! The best part was the rear exit and entry from the patio that no other condo had. As well as the fully stocked and precious interior design. We will be back again!

Wonderful condo! Clean, convenient and so close to the beach! My only complaint-ish were the bed sheets were so starchy! But other than that, it’s a great spot and we will definitely stay again!!

August stay 2020

Great property with easy beach access and lovely view of the dunes. Our unit even had stairs down to the beach walkway - walk was about 200-300 yards to the beach. Unit was recently updated so everything was new and in good shape. Comfortable and well appointed’ plenty of room for two tall teenagers. Thank you for sharing your property

This place was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was super happy with this condo, and the communication with management was ultra responsive at all points. The view from the porch is great. The proximity to the beach trail perfect - like 60 feet andthen maybe a 200 yard walk to the beach with a shower bench along the way. Everything we needed was provided for (bring your own coffee of course). My 5 yr old asked, “Can we live here!” I intend to stay here again.
