We had a wonderful stay in Hope! The property was absolutely perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully cared for The linens were beautiful, the views were gorgeous, and we especially appreciated all the lovely little touches, including the potted plants and fresh flowers on the dining table. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The only downside to our visit was the smoky air from the regional fires, which of course was completely beyond the host's control. Even with that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A beautiful home in a beautiful setting!

Thank you for such a lovely review! It means so much to receive positive feedback, as that's what we strive for! We are so happy ou were all comfortable and found everything you needed. The smoke from fires has been pretty bad this last couple of weeks and it's so unfortunate as folks like you travel a long distance to enjoy our quaint town of Hope and our beautiful lake, and it definitely takes away from the beauty. I hope for "Clear skies and gorgeous views" on your next visit! Thank you again for your kind comments! Tim

Wonderful home with a kind and generous host

This home was everything you could want in a Idaho vacation home - an excellent location just up the hill from a marina, spacious, clean, and fully equipped for a short or long-term stay. We loved it.

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed this quaint cabin. It was spacious and clean and had many amenities for kids. The view was breathtaking to see the lake and you are within 20 minutes of the grocery store. There were many things to do and the Clark fork pantry was a delicious bakery nearby. Would come again.

Great home in Hope! The house was even larger than I anticipated. Stayed here and got ready the day of my wedding in Hope and it was the best thing I could ask for. I think the garden/yard area is being re-done but we got some amazing photos with the view. Tim was a great host!

Tim was a great host and provided detailed info making the check in process easy. Great Family Vacation Home w/ Stunning Views

This house is a fantastic house to rent if you have a large family & kiddos. We enjoyed the lake views, home movie theater & the fully stocked kitchen. My only recommendation would be to provide a property rental manual, as check-in & check-out expectations were not clear.

We were looking for a peaceful lake view getaway, and this fit the bill. It was all we could have hoped for, and more. The home is large, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to have you meals there, (minus the food) including seasonings and spices. The owner of the home is a great host, accommodating and responsive. We will definitely plan another stay if possible!

Beautiful Lake View!

This is a perfect home for families! The beds are comfortable, plenty of room for a family of four. Our teenagers were thrilled with the welcome basket, thank you! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because there is so much to do at the lake, but it was super comfortable to come home to at the end of the day. The sunset views of the lake are to die for! Amazing, friendly, communicative hosts! Thanks so much for everything, Tim!

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay at Tim's home! It was in a beautiful location..close to a boat ramp, beautiful view of the Lake, quiet area, and short drive to Sand Point but not amongst the hustle and bustle. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a movie night in the theater room. Before arriving he mentioned that there was some construction going on as they were having ac put in, but we hardly noticed it. Tim and his mom, who lives close by, were so helpful as we figured out where we could park our boat during our visit. Both were very quick to respond to my messages and they even gifted a generous basket of goodies for our stay which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. If another opportunity arises we would definitely stay here again!
