THank you for your msg . is clearly states in the rental property details that the renters are renting the full private half of the Villa and the owner lives downstairs and there is a private entrance for the renters . It also states the Villa is located at 800 Feet above sea level up in the mountain and a 4 x 4 is needed . Acutally only a small stetch of 25 feet of the road is needs a 4 x 4 and if you are visiting CR most gravel sideroads require a 4 x 4 wheeldrive .

Hi Randy, Thank you for your fantastic review! It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed Villa Desiderata million-dollar view, the private infinity pool, the luscious grounds, the wild life around the Villa and of course the host which is “me “smiles grin. I truly appreciated your feedback and look forward to welcoming you & your group back soon. I also loved and enjoyed your awesome personality. I would like to add that I am sad you had to drive on part of a muddy road to get here that was CAUSED by 15 days of torrential rain which put CR during that period in National alert due to various regions being affected. You will be happy to hear the Seabreeze road is fixed now and pleasant to drive on. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any suggestions or need assistance in the future! With Kind regards, Mizz Terry D Villa Desiderata

Sorry you feel that way but ONLY renters use the pool. Yes, I verified under the bed, this situation was resolved, I now have a new cleaning lady. The luffas in the shower are brand new. You should have talked to me about the fan, it was fixed immediately after I was made aware of it . All rugs are washed after each renting, also there is 4 additional cleaned spare rugs for each room. Yes, young puppies do bark occasionally during the day. My workers start at 6 am and did forget ONE morning and did make noise for 5 minutes and were stop immediately.

Dear R & S, It was really great having you here and I am looking forward again to seeing you again at the beginning of next year again. Phoebe & Mariah (outdoor dogs) & the 2 shy cats are looking forward to seeing you again and of course your furry little girl Nina also. Looking forward to you Sheldon sharing all those wonderful photos you guys take on all of your daily adventures with me and discovering new places again for me to share with my family members when they come down to visit me . See you soonish ! Pura Vida … T. xo

Thank you Celia for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay here . You were such lovely renters and do hope to see you again in the future ... Stay sweet .... Pura Vida , Terry

This review is from an abusive renter. He was angry I would not give him his money back. My former reviews show this is not true, 95% of our reviews are 8 stars or above. I do not cave to scammers looking for a free night. Might I add that VRBO was sent a video & fotos that proved he was lying through his teeth .

Pura Vida… Mizz Terry Xx
