Caroline's apartment on rue Herschel has a perfect location. It is close to transportation, grocery stores, bakeries, and other services. It is also just a five minute walk from the Luxembourg Garden, one of the nicest parks in the world. The apartment is comfortable for two persons, and well-equipped. Caroline is a warm person, and an excellent communicator, always responding rapidly to any questions.

Loved my stay.

This is a wonderful apartment, and in a great location right next to Luxembourg Gardens. Caroline was also a great host. Thanks for a great stay!

Very cute, excellent location next to the Jardin du Luxembourg, wakling distance from Latin Quarter.Food shops all around including a small super market open until 9pmAll as described. Kitchen , living room,, separate bedroom, etc..We had an wonderful time

Grad Trip for Annelise

Perfect location next to Luxembourgh garden and walking distance from most sites we wanted to visit. Beautiful weather, awesome monuments, castles, churches, museums, food, street-side dining. It was a trip of a lifetime for my granddaughter and me.

Near the park

We enjoyed our stay. Caroline was a good communicator, and the apartment was comfortable, with especially good closets and storage space. It is quiet and very close to the Jardin du Luxembourg. There are good shops and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Loved this apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Luxembourg Gardens and transit systems. It was clean and well furnished. Caroline was a very pleasant host and she provided a booklet of important information including restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend this apartment for other couples.

Caroline is a delightful responsive host who provides a very quiet welcoming apartment in an excellent location. The Luxembourg Gardens are at the end of the street and the other end is the central Boulevard St-Michel with easy transport connections and walking distance to many places. It was a lovely experience living in a real Parisian apartment and enjoying all the comforts needed. There is lots of natural light especially in the living area and the bedroom is thoughtfully prepared with all you could need. A washer/ dryer is such a bonus. Highly recommended and I really appreciated Caroline’s prompt and enthusiastic communication that made my 10 night stay so easy. Merci

Fantastic, well set up apartment in a great area of Paris.

We loved the apartment! I was there with my partner and my teenage son. The place was well set up and pleasant, and the location is unbeatable. Caroline was so helpful and easy to work with too

Caroline's apartment is cozy, functional and well located. If you want to be in a quiet neighborhood and away from the tourists - a good place to be after a day's activities - this is a great spot. Luxembourg Gardens is at your doorstep and makes for the beginning of a perfect walk to almost anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, mostly catering to the locals.The small and typical Parisian kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee makers etc.. The living room is a great place to put your feet up, with great natural light. My only complaint, literally, is the shower door, which is a little hard to get in and out of. Hardly a deal breaker.Best of all is Caroline herself, who is accommodating, kind, and flexible. Given the opportunity we will stay there again!

2 week France trip

It was a perfect place to stay ! Caroline was amazing and greeted us in person and gave us a tour and introduction to the apartment. It’s has everything that you would need and we really appreciated the location. Groceries right around the corner and close to metro and bus stops. I can not wait to come back ❤️🇫🇷

We had a great experience with Caroline’s apartment! The location is incredible (we were literally about a 5-minute walk from our RER train stop, from the airport), and just steps from the Luxembourg Gardens. Caroline is an excellent communicator, so check-in was easy, and she was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very quiet & the bed is extremely comfortable. The elevator is efficient but very small—one person and one piece of modest luggage per trip, like many Paris elevators.

Outstanding flat for those who love the 6th arrondissement. Half block from Luxembourg Garden and Blvd St Michel. Clean, sharp flat in building with spotless and beautiful common area. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. Extremely cordial and helpful hostess. Will definitely lease again. Don''t miss this one if available.

Amazing spot, right next to Luxemburg park

My family really spend a few days at Caroline's place, communication was great, host was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the location of the apartment, since we have stayed in the area before. The apartment was very very clean, only necessities and no clutter in the apartment, which we greatly appreciated. The place is located right in the heart of Paris, we loved every single minute spend there and would love to come back.Thank you,From Russia with love

Very well located and comfortable

We spent nine days in Paris staying in this very well located and comfortable apartment. We greatly appreciated the fact that Caroline, the owner who speaks excellent English, lives in the building and was on hand to assist us on arrival and during our stay till the very last moment. It is our hope that we can return to Paris and stay in this apartment again... and again!

Excellent rental

The appartement is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable and well designed. Caroline is a wonderful host : welcoming, reactive and incredibly nice. The location is wonderful, away from the crowds yet very close to the city center. We will definitely come back

Loved Caroline’s apartment

Very nice apartment with separate living, eating and sleeping areas. All the comforts of home. Caroline was very responsive and an extremely nice person. The area was convenient to metro and walking distance to busy Latin Quarter. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

Wonderful light, bright and warm place to stay while exploring Paris in the winter. My family (3 adults) had a great 8 night visit. Host was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries, also had a great list of shops, bakeries, delis, restaurants, etc.. Comfortable bed (2 people) and couch (1person), complete kitchen and nice living space to enjoy while taking a break from seeing the city. Quiet at night. Close to public transportation.

Feel Like a Local

The apartment gave us the perfect opportunity to live in a beautiful neighborhood and walk to markets and restaurants and tourists attractions. The central location is close to bus and metro.Our host was responsible and accommodating. The apartment had everything to make us feel at home and come and go with ease, home for a rest from seeing attractions, and back out to walk. The neighborhood and building were super quiet.We look forward to going back and staying longer.

A very nice property half a block from the south end of Luxembourg Gardens. Caroline was a wonderful host and great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a classical French building and there is a small elevator if desired. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything necessary. Would definitely recommend and use again. 5 stars.

Lovely, perfectly situated, thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable, with a fantastic host

This is a real find. Caroline couldn't have been kinder or more helpful in helping me get settled in her apartment. She's an architect, hence the place is beautifully designed, with interesting colors and thoughtful touches, including everything you need for a nice stay. Its central location was perfect for both business and pleasure. I highly recommend this!
