We loved the amenities at the resort. The condo was very nice and the living space more roomy than expected. The views were amazing and very easy beach access. Paul, the owner was wonderful. He was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay at his property again in the future.

Pool area was nice and clean. The Condo was nice kitchen well stocked. The refrigerator could have used a good cleaing but otherwise was in Good order. Dishwasher wouldnt come on. Texted the owner and he had someone come and look at it. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Paul was very communicative and pleasant to work with. The condo is perfectly located to access the beach and has views of both the ocean and the sound. With the indoor and outdoor pools, there were activities available for every day of our stay no matter the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Winds! The host was wonderful and communicated very well! The house was clean and welcoming with beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pool. We were able to enjoy some time on the beach, which is a nice extra for November. The hot tub was awesome. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and arcade area. The kitchen was fully equipped, lacking nothing. The grounds were clean and safe. Staff was very kind. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return and we recommend this to anyone wanting to visit this area! We fished in the ocean and the fish were bountiful as well…overall, we had a WONDERFUL stay!

You cannot beat the views. From the condo you can see the sound and the ocean sides. The complex has great pools and the ocean access was easy to navigate even with small children.

Amazing view, plenty of space, & easy beach access

My family had an awesome time! There were 10 of us in the 4 bedroom condo and, surprisingly, we all felt like we had plenty of room. The view was amazing from the room and we could just walk out to the pool and the ocean. The washer and dryer was a bonus too! I would definitely come back to this condo to stay and recommend it to others.

Sunshine during tropical storm

Property and nearby amenities had everything needed to keep us and kids busy when beach or ocean not available. Enough sleeping space for our party which likes its room. I was worried that views in add were taken elsewhere, but was pleasantly surprised with living room and balcony views of pool and ocean. Would definitely consider again for next beach ttip.

We had a great family trip! Everything worked out well and was perfect. Our unit had what we needed and was clean. The host was easy to reach. We really liked the location and the resort’s amenities too. Seeing the water out of every window not to mention the view overlooking the pool out to the ocean was a plus! A very nice find!

The property was outstanding! There was enough room for my wife and six children.The property manager Mr. Powers was great. We only encountered a hiccup when first arriving. the issue was resolved at that moment.

Entry door number hard to see..need larger numbers.Shower doors weren’t cleaned very well.There were no blankets for those who were cold.Consider a lamp in front bedroom.A lot of sand found underneath chair next to TV.Rug in living room curls at edges..safety concerns.No light over stove to cook.Understand, we’re a group of women over 70.

Nice view of pool and ocean !

Showers were not clean when we arrived- I cleaned myself. Bathrooms are tiny - no counter space for 8+ people - had to Keep all personal stuff in rooms and take to and from. Otherwise condo is updated, nice decor in Summer Winds. Need to wear wristbands at all times (security guards are relentless). Nice pools and close walk to beach !

Thank you for staying with me. My cleaners are normally very thorough and the owner of the cleaning company also comes and inspects behind them. They also leave their card in the condo and are glad to come by and address any issues which they did in this case although guest declined. The condo has been totally redone and is beautiful with high end quartz countertops and new tile showers in the baths. There is plenty of storage in the cabinets below the sinks in the bathrooms. The condo is over 1400 sq feet and one of the larger floor plans in the entire Summer Winds complex. The ocean and sound views out the front and back are awesome! This is a family complex and has 24 hour security and you do need to wear a wristband to identify you are a guest staying at our Summer Winds complex. This is of course to keep "just anybody" from walking off the beach and enjoying the wonderful amenities Summer Winds has to offer including its 4 pools (one indoor). As guest stated, the decor is very up to date (entire condo renovated in 2019) and the beaches are just a few steps away with easy access through the wooden boardwalks. This really is a great place to have an amazing vacation. I look forward to you staying with me soon! Thank you! Paul

Beautiful condo, lots of room and breathtaking view!

We really enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. We have stayed in other units but this was by far the most beautiful unit at Summer Winds. There was plenty of room for our family with the four bedrooms and spacious layout. The views are incredible and we enjoyed sitting on the large balcony. The entire process for reservations and check in was easy and Paul the owner was wonderful to work with. He personally called to make sure we had all the info days before our arrival. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen items. We will definitely book this unit again.

Fantastic Getaway

Overall, this place was great for my family for Easter weekend. It had great views from the two big rooms (1 master room had the ocean view and the other big room had the inlet/sound view) and the place was easy to find with things to do with the family. But let me brag on the host. Paul was a very, out of the way communicator. The unit had just been repainted and had a few spots of drywall dust, the ac unit went bad and the coffee machine had a broken power button. I was able to text and call Paul about all of it and he was very helpful about it and went out of his way to assist us. He had an hvac guy looking at the unit on Good Friday and venmoed me money to replace the coffee machine.Overall, it was a really good weekend, really good accommodations, fully stocked unit (like fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies), the table for 8 was amazing and my family is looking to go back in the future!
