Beachfront Condo med Free Beach Setup (2 stole / 1 paraply) Inkluderet

Shoreline Towers er en smuk ejendom, som består af tre højhuse. Vores enhed er på 11. sal i Bygning # 1 og har en smuk udsigt over bugten. Hvis du aldrig forlod lejligheden, ville du have haft en afslappet ferie bare nyde det smukke smaragdgrønne vand i modsætning til de sukker hvide strande mens du nyder det farverige syn af paraplyer og stole, der prikker stranden lige fra vores enhed. Vores lejlighed har en indendørs balkon, der har glasdøre, der åbner for at se og høre bølgerne. Visningen af vandet er fantastisk!

Vi kan nu tilbyde en gratis strand setup (2 stole og en parasol), der skal indstilles for dig hver morgen i løbet af sæsonen (marts 31 1-Oct). Alle elsker dette!

Nogle af vores enheder er i toskansk stil med smukke rige farver af murstenrødder, chokoladebrune og blågrøn. Køkkenet har smukke granit bordplader og er udstyret med alle de nødvendige madlavning. Det har et køleskab, mikroovn, ovn, opvaskemaskine, under kabinettet belysning, samt en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Soveværelserne er udstyret med en kingsize seng i master og to dronning senge i det andet soveværelse. Begge værelser har udsigt over vandet. I lejligheden er fyldt med mange indbyggede ins i både soveværelser og køkken-masser af opbevaring og ingen kommode til at optage værdifuld plads. Den store mester bad walk-in bruser har et sæde. Der er to store skabe i Master Suite. Det andet badeværelse har en kombination af bruser / badekar. Der er 32 "fladskærms-tv i hvert soveværelse samt en 50" fladskærms-tv i stuen. Stuen har en kystfølelse med hints af blå og en ny cremefarvet lædersofa og kærlighedssæde. Vores Condo har alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet!

Beliggende i hjertet af Destin, er du kun få minutter væk fra nogle af de bedste attraktioner og eventyr af Florida Panhandle at sige intet af den casual eller fin middag og lækre fiskerestauranter. Fabulous condo with great ocean views. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is insanely well appointed and had everything we needed plus! Including the beach service is fabulous and made for such a relaxing vacation with hours of walking up and down the beach. Great location in Destin, too!

Trip of a lifetime

We started out with our annual anniversary trip but ended up having our adult children join us to celebrate. The condo made for a perfect relaxing beautiful atmosphere in between all the wonderful excursions. The view was awesome and the Condo conveniently located near everything!

Amazing Vacation

The condo was a home away from home. From the communication between the property owner and our family, to the condition of the unit and all other features/amenities, I would absolutely recommend staying at this property. We loved staying here!

Great vacation

Stayed at this unit for a week. In overall and it was great, comfortable and close to beach. Beach set up that was included was great and super convenient when travelling with kids. Pool away from beach is less windy and nice alternative for red flag days.

Great condo with great location

Our family has never stayed right in the heart of Destin before. We really enjoyed the location and the proximity to just about everything we wanted to do. The condo was very nice and we loved the view. The property owners were great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely return!

Absolutely Wonderful

How can it get any better than staying off of Gulf Shore Dr in Destin, FL? And, in a condo directly on the beach? It doesn't! To begin with, this property is so well located. So easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Then, the property itself. Updated furnishings and flooring made it super comfortable. And, it was so well provisioned. We will look to book here again when we make our way back to Destin. No going wrong here!

Best Vacation

This was my families first time in Destin and we just loved it! The condo was perfect and in such good condition. We had other family staying at Shoreline in other Condos and they all thought ours was the best looking! We loved waking up to a beach view while we drank our morning coffee. Access to the beach was so easy and we appreciated the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. We are already planning to return next year!

We had an amazing time! The place is super spacious and comfortable, which was great because it rained the whole time we were there, so we relaxed a lot and watched movies on the cozy sectional! The place has gorgeous views and is hardly a walk to the ocean-it’s right on the beach! The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked a lot. The management staff was also extremely helpful! Highly recommend-you will enjoy your stay!

The owner was so quick to respond, which was so important as our vacation was cancelled to N.C. that day due to a hurricane. She was able to make sure all of our needs were taken care of and went above and beyond to check on us. The view of the beach was beautiful and our condo was right on the beach! The chair and umbrella service was a fantastic plus. The condo was clean, roomy, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

End of Summer vacation

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was planned for May, but COVID delayed. Luci was wonderful to work with to reschedule. Weather wasn’t great (2 tropical systems), but beach and facility was fabulous. Definitely will schedule again!

WOWOWOW what an awesome condo....the ocean/beach front views are incredible.....Vacation with our adult children...just perfect !! We are truly blessed !!!!!!! The decor is very tasteful with all the amenities of home. We so enjoyed our vacation at Shoreline Towers, close to everything yet on Holiday Isle you don't fee the busyness of the area, very quiet and relaxing !!! We will tell all our friends, no better place on the beach to relax !! - the beach service set up was an added bonus !! Thank you for an awesome vacation !!!! Gotta try "The Back Porch" and "Harbor Docks" for awesome seafood !! We got fresh seafood from Sexton's and cooked in one night!! Soo much fun and so delish!!

Outstanding condo

Long and slow line at guard shack upon initial arrival (should have two guards during peak check in times). Condo itself was AMAZING. Roomy, clean, very well stocked kitchen. One major disappointment was the chair/umbrella service. We asked for front row seating but we’re told “none available” yet every day we were there, several set ups Im the front row were never even used. Very disappointing….

Location is everything and this is THE location in Destin!

This rental provides quick access to everything that you might want or need both in and out of Destin...the beach, the pool, parking, groceries, shopping, the movies, restaurants, the Harbor Walk, fishing, parasailing, kayaking, golfing, and even more. There is nothing to want for that is not within 15 minutes of this centrally located condo making it a great location for a vacation for all family members. The included beach set up meant that we didn't have to carry a ton of extra items in the car with us and it was always a delight to have the chairs and umbrella set up every day when we arrived at the beach. We even rented an extra umbrella for a nominal fee due to the terrific sunny weather that we had all week! We cooked many of our meals in because this rental is equipped with all of the things that you need to do so. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view of the beach is something that cannot be described in words. We will definitely be renting this condo again!

Spring break

We returned to Shoreline Towers after our friends sold their last condo 8 years ago. The updates are very nice. Once they're completed, the complex will be very nice. The condo was clean, smelled clean, and comfortably decorated. I brought my favorite pan to cook a few dinners but was pleasantly surprised at how well-appointed the kitchen was with quality pots and pans and sharp knives! The updated primary bath is very nice. The host was very pleasant and quick with correspondence. She even kept appraised of downtime with the wifi. We prefer to stay at Holiday Isle as there are great restaurants, a Target and a Winn Dixie across the street without all the crowds. Anthony, who handles the chairs and umbrellas was very helpful, as well. Don't forget to tip him when you leave! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again.

Summer vacay

This is our second time staying at Luci's condo, and it does not disappoint! We have been staying at Shoreline Towers off and on for many years, and the upgrades and improvements to the condos and property are great. The condo has been nicely updated and clean. The kitchen is well appointed, appliances work and the primary bath is fantastic. We'll be staying here everytime we can.The only "nuisance" is not with the condo or Luci but with property management and the new gate situation. I get and appreciate the security but returning at night was a hassle. Several times no one answered the call for some time to let us in and traffic would back up. Maybe they can come up with a better way to handle this. Also, the cleaning service needs to leave more than one hand towel for a week's stay. We called and left a message with the office but no one returned our call nor brought more hand towels. Otherwise, everything was perfect.The guys with the beach setup are so nice and helpful. Please remember to tip them at the end of your stay. They work hard to make your experience nice and deserve a token of appreciation.

Rob and I both grew up and currently reside in Chattanooga, TN. We fell in love with the Destin area while visiting a friend who owns a condo at Shoreline Towers. We decided to purchase our condo both as a rental investment and also as a wonderful place to take our family and friends for a relaxing vacation. Our condo is on the 11th floor in Tower 1 and has a beautiful view of the beach and the emerald green waters!

This property is a wonderful family friendly place. Besides the beautiful beach, you can enjoy the pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, and fitness center. There is a guarded entrance for safety and security. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping as well as fishing expeditions, mini golf, the Destin Harborwalk and the Big Kahuna Water Park. Enjoy!
