We had a great stay. The property was exactly as described, the location was excellent and everything was clean and well maintained. The host was wonderful - friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The host communicated back and forth but the condo truly needs a deep clean. We went with children and my 4 year old found a pain pill for treating severe nerve pain. I took pictures of the floor, cracks between flooring, makes you wonder if the owners have seen this place lately.

There were a few issues with the property. Broken bedroom ceiling fan, underwear in the dryer from a previous guest, bed sheets constantly popped off (too small) and beds were very hard. Overall, it's kinda rundown and needs lots of updates. We did love the location but the weather wasn't the best so we were stuck in the condo more than we wanted. We would not rent at this location again but Carolina Beach is not busy and a fun area.

The property was okay. The reviews said "exceptional" which is why we picked it. I realize it's off season, but the construction noise going on right underneath us was unbelievably loud. This property should have been taken off the market while that was going on.The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was non-functional.The AC was difficult to maintain temperature.The beds were not comfortable. The fitted sheet on our queen size bed was clearly a full size. It kept popping off in the middle of the night.Again, I know it was off-season, but the pools were closed. Had this been made clear at time of booking we probably would have picked a different property.With that said, the property was big enough for our needs, the patio was large, and the beach was really easy to get to with private access.It was adequate for our needs, but I would not stay there again.

Grandkids beach trip

Took my 3 grandkids for a brief beach trip. Enjoyed the condo and the area. Weather was hot , but nice breezes from the ocean.

Great spot

This is a great property and it’s in a great location. Parking was available directly under the condo, it’s an easy walk to the beach and to all the surrounding attractions.

Beach Trip 2024

Property was great. Beds were super comfy. Kids loved the pool and easy beach access. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Beautiful Vacation Condo

This condo is beautiful. You have the street view from the walkway into the condo and a big back balcony looking out into the ocean. Contact with the property manager was easy, and we even got to meet her in person.

The property had everything we needed. Even a blender to mix our drinks😊nice balcony all amenities we could want. Will definitely go back.😎

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The unit itself was clean, nicely furnished, and located in a quiet area of Carolina Beach.The space is best suited for about 3–4 people comfortably. We stayed with five adults and a toddler, and it felt a bit tight for that size group.There were also a few maintenance issues that appeared to need attention. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was extremely noisy, the towel rack in the master bathroom was loose and repeatedly fell off, several light bulbs were not working, and the hot water heater only provided about five minutes of hot water before turning lukewarm to cold. For a larger family, this was a significant inconvenience.Overall, it’s a nice property with a good location and a friendly host, but keeping up with maintenance and functionality is just as important as hospitality when striving to be a Superhost.

Great location with pier access to beach. Condo was not as clean as we would have liked for the money we spent on "cleaning services". Air filter in wall was filthy. Floor was covered in sand and dirt. Patio door is broken and comes off the track easily.

Whitney, we're glad you enjoyed the amazing location of this condo! We do apologize that the condo wasn't guest-ready upon your arrival. There was a miscommunication with the cleaners, and although they were able to complete the cleaning shortly after your check-in, we can assure guests this was an isolated incident. The homeowner informed us that they had personally changed the filter a week before your stay, but we're sorry if it was still unsatisfactory to you. The owner has replaced the screen door and confirms it works correctly. As evidenced in past reviews, we're more than confident this condo will continue to host many satisfied guests! The condo was okay. Needs some upgrades for sure, especially the flooring in the main living area. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not enough towels provided but luckily we brought our own. The noise from upstairs made the stay exhausting and it went on until well after midnight every night.

Overall a great stay!

Everything was great except a couple of things. The water in the condo is not the greatest, even at max temperature you’re taking a moderately warm bath or shower in yellowish water. The pool was also disappointing, it’s much smaller than it appears in photos and the water was hot and disgusting, lots of bugs and hair in the pool. There are also no lounge chairs. The location is great and convenient, the boardwalk is a quick walk down the beach. If you’re not a pool or bath person this is a great place for you!
