Et ovenpå Legacy Villas studie med en kingsize-seng, mini-bar, pejs, komplet badeværelse og privat balkon giver en behagelig, rolig ramme for dit næste ophold i La Quinta. Soveværelset har udsigt over et samfunds springvand med udsigt over Santa Rosa og Chocolate Mountains. Soveværelset giver rigelig boligareal med et skab, skrivebord og kommode. Minibaren indeholder et minikøleskab, kaffemaskine og mikroovn. Engangsredskaber og opvaskemaskiner er placeret i et skab over minibaren. Badeværelset har et brusebad og et separat badekar med et komplet sæt sengetøj til brug under dit ophold. Lejligheden ligger tæt på bagsiden af Legacy Villas-samfundet med rigelig parkering udenfor gaden lige foran indgangen. Lejligheden ligger en kort gåtur til det fælles fitnesscenter, klubhuset, Legacy Grille og fælles pool og spa. Enheden kan kombineres med LV204 (Villaer ovenpå to soveværelser med privat balkon) for at skabe en 3 værelses villa med 2 master suiter (afhængigt af tilgængelighed).

Ferie villaen ligger i Legacy Villas i La Quinta. Legacy Villas er et samfund på 280 feriesteder og byhuse. Samfundet ligger i en bjergbugt på den vestlige side af La Quinta med udsigt over bjergene Santa Rosa og chokolade i hele ejendommen. Nyd 12 saltvandspooler og boblebad, et fitnesscenter og et fælles klubhus og grill. Legacy Villas er et lukket samfund med 24 timers bemandet sikkerhed. Perfect spot for a horse show stay

Although the carpet and the decor are a bit dated the setting and the unit are so great for an adult or two and a pet. The view of the hills during the day is amazing. I will be back!

What a great place to stay!

My pooch and I stayed for 4 nights and genuinely enjoyed our visit. The unit is comfortable and the resort amenities are wonderful. The unit is connected to another larger unit that can accommodate a family, so it can get a little noisy if there are young kids staying there. All in all, though, i would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful with Incredible View!

This unit was pretty much perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing - I was right at the base of the hills. Awesome! The unit was quiet, clean and just as pictured. It’s a 2 minute walk from two different pools. The pool was quiet, clean and had good shade. I really enjoyed my stay and love this resort property. It is a hidden gem!

Great place

Perfect for a single or couple. The studio was immaculate, and the unit had a nice view from the balcony. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped and well run. Overall, we were very impressed at the quality of the room and operation of the rental agents. One thing about the room....absolutely could use a bigger TV. Really...

Perfect for a couple!

Easy parking, nice balcony, very quiet. Only issue was checking in and getting into room. I never received email with code to enter. Waited 30min on phone to confirm! Thought we had access to La Quinta resort pools also next door but we did not. Overall, nice place and comfy bed and tub!

Attending wedding in La Quinta

This property was just what we needed. The overall location is very nice and the building easy to find. Room was quiet and had nice touches like paper plates, spoons and cups for our dinner to go. We had a nice meal on the balcony. Only challenge was finding the exact room. The numbers are not on the door so we tried getting into the wrong room! The person was very understanding, but we felt awful. Check in and out was very easy and automated. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful grounds

We loved the grounds and the pools but the unit was not clean. We had to have housekeeping come in as soon as we arrived as the shower was so dirty I wouldn't get into it. We appreciate that it is a dog friendly unit, but it did not smell great and the carpet was stained. I wonder if the unit owners have seen in lately. We would stay here again but in another unit.

Our housekeeping manager inspected the unit prior to check in and responded within a couple hours of the guest check in. There was no issues with the cleanliness of the shower. The guest brought a pet which might have contributed to the smell in the unit. The owner invested in painting the interior of the unit in the last couple of months and the bed has been replaced in the last year. Our company and the owner are committed to providing a quality vacation rental experience. Thanks, Joy

This quiet studio is a sweet little space with a lovely view of the Santa Rosa mountains. The Legacy Villas property is beautifully maintained. I gave the poor cleanliness rating due to the filthy carpet. It needs to be deep cleaned (at a minimum) and probably replaced....yes, it's that bad. I would stay at this property again if the carpet issue is resolved.

I was given the code without the # key ad part of it which made my early check in less than seamless. Luckily the company resolved it quickly. The carpet was really dirty and stained.

Lovely retreat space!

This is my second time back at this particular unit. I love the private balcony with a view of the hills. It’s just beautiful. Only drawback ( and it’s a small one) they still haven’t fixed the outside light on the balcony. It didn’t work in August 2021 and still doesn’t work in December 2021. They updated the A/C unit, so I’m so confused as to why they keep missing the outside light. Come on guys, the unit would be perfect if that could get fixed . Other than that, another great retreat getaway in the record books!

The condo itself was very good. Bed was comfortable, views was very good, pools were outstanding, parking was abundant and given it ws gated with a 24/7 guard it gave us a sense of security. When we return to the area we will definitely rent here again -- quite frankly my wife and I are actually thinking of buying in, if there is something available. My one and only negative comment is the TV. It was exceptionally difficult to figure out how to use the remotes and without a guide we had a terrible time knowing how to use them. After some frustrating amount of time and a lot of cursing we were able to figure out what remote did what and at least a few channels we liked to watch.

The guard at the entrance was very rude! And the contact phone number to resolve issues, were very slow to respond and to act on giving me solutions . I, actually ask to be refunded for the last day, because I, was very unhappy. I, didn’t hear from them I, was so upset I, left a day early. I, will summarize everything and write it on YELP.

Great place

Very clean, easy to walk around, pools and spas the best. Had one problem checking in . The front gate did not have our reservation. Had to call the hoist to send the info over . About an hour later we got in.

We enjoyed our stay! The location of the property is amazing. The development is beautiful, but the actual unit is very dated and needs to be remodeled. It wouldn’t take much! It was priced well and possibly that’s the reason why.

Great location!

Wonderful studio! Great location and very nice view of mountains. Studio was clean and also close to pools. Everything was well maintained and management company extremely easy to work with. Already planning our next visit!

Nestled so close to the mountains, the building and grounds were impeccably kept. Peaceful and relaxing, the Villas are a quick drive to a beautifully maintained walking trail. This particular unit was comfortable with a great balcony and spacious bathroom. However, the furniture looks a bit worn and chipped in places. It could use some TLC. We will certainly return to Legacy Villas!
