Nearly perfect summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect with one exception. The dish washer did not work for most of the two weeks that we were there. A new dish washer was installed the day before we left. Sanibel Holiday took care of the entire process. Otherwise, the property parking, pool and beach were excellent.

There is everything you need, it's impeccably clean and updated. This feels like home and is well loved. The location is key: you are steps away from the pool and that made life with kids MUCH easier! We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Sanibel is feeling like our summer vacation home. Everything we need is there. The swimming pool is right outside the lanai door and the other renters are friendly. The beach is filled with a variety of shells and the gulf water was more clear than we have seen in recent years. Good times.

Amazing Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location next to the pool made it super easy and convenient. The pool was a good size and never too busy. The bedrooms and furniture were nice and the condo was a good size for 4 people but might be a bit tight with 6. We could easily walk to the ocean and having beach chairs and toys made it easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but the property management was lacking. We did not have enough linens in the unit and they arrived on the 4th day after several requests. The pillows were too thin.

Best location on the island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed from the lighthouse area to Captiva. When you’re looking for something close to the beach, one of the shortest walks to the surf line; or a low traffic area, no problem getting in or out, this unit is one of the best locations we’ve found. The owner, leasing company, and leasing agent Matt were a pleasure to deal with. 3A is next to the pool, just outside the back door. We will definitely give this unit first consideration for next year’s vacation.

Best Condo Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best stay last week! Condo was so clean, so pretty, and completely accommodating. Of course everyone wants the ocean view, but we had the prettiest view of the pool & a VERY short walk to the beach. This was our third time staying at Villa Sanibel, but this has been our favorite condo. Thumbs up!
