Dette lyse og indbydende ovenpå har et stort køkken med alle bekvemmeligheder (køleskab, komfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine, kaffekande, brødristerovn, mikroovn) og spiseplads med et bord til 4 personer med ekstra stole, der kan bringes ind fra dæk. Den enorme katedral / træbjælkerhul har masser af plads til underholdning med et stort fladskærms-tv. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng med futon, mens det store badeværelse har en ekstra stor bruser og dobbelt vask. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize-seng. Badeværelset har et stort brusebad og forfængelighed med en enkelt vask. Derudover er der et vaskemaskine / tørretumbler skab og masser af lager / skabsplads overalt. Det rummelige dæk har en overdækket spiseplads (plads til 7) og en stor åben del med rigelig siddeplads og grillplads.

Could not have found a better San Clemente rental

This was by far the best stocked VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. All kitchenware, linens, pantry items, etc were there in the unit, very impressive. We were fortunate enough to meet Suzi and Stephen and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them the first week we were there. I would recommend this rental for its excellent access to downtown San Clemente and the walk to the beach/pier is rather easy too; the location is pretty much ideal. We'll be renting this place again (if we can get our reservation in early enough!) and hope to be back in San Clemente very soon.

A Heavenly Month

Suzie and Steve are lovely people who respond immediately to all inquiries. The apartment is light and airy, clean and quiet. We spent much of our time on the expansive front deck. The furnishings are comfortable and the television is enormous. The kitchen was stocked and every need was anticipated and provided...It is four blocks to the pier and a wonderful 2.3 mile beach walk. "Town" with lots of great food is only a block away but doesn't generate any noise. We stayed a month and already made arrangements to return next year.

Best vacation spot

We just had the best month in San Clemente. The town is laid back and peaceful with a beautiful ocean. We loved Suzi’s rental. It was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of space, but with the addition of the outdoor decks it was absolutely perfect. Suzi was so attentive to anything we needed and the place was fully stocked. She fixed everything in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card when repair men were taking longer to fix the washer. All in all it was the perfect spot and the perfect place to rest. Thank you, Suzi!

Excellent location and comfortable house

This was the most well stocked vrbo house that I have stayed in. Shampoo, soap, sponges, laundry soap- kitchen staples. It was all there! Suzi was very easy to communicate with and eager to help with any issues.

Perfect stay

The condo is as great as the photos suggest. Everything about our month long stay was wonderful.. Every need we might have in terms of comfort and ease was anticipated. Owners are attentive and eager to give you the best experience.

Great location in near downtown San Clemente

The house was very clean. Everything is very useable and convenient to use. It is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the area as well as downtown shopping. The beautiful beach and pier are only about a 10 minute walk. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for a great location and fun place to visit. The only issues are the stairs and small garage, nothing that would stop me renting again.

Lots of space , great location

We stayed here for Fall Break. Sometimes we walked the 9 minutes to the beach, & sometimes we drove the 3 minutes to the beach. Very close walk to shopping & restaurants. There was a Farmers Market on Sunday morning right across the street.

Perfect home base to explore So Cal beaches

Suzi's place is wonderful. The large deck became our favorite place to enjoy the cool weather and sunshine. She has fully stocked everything, I mean everything. And high quality furnishings and kitchen items. Bed very comfortable and entire place super clean. We highly recommend. She responded to everything with efficiency and great service. Highly recommend.

Adorable apartment

The apartment is very beautiful., although its states that it is air conditioned, but the unit is for the main room only. Plenty of fans to keep it circulating through the rooms. We happened to stay during a heat wave , so cooking was out of the question with no air in the kitchen.The location is wonderful.

This was the second visit to this property. I can’t say enough good things about the property and the property manager. The location near the beautiful downtown is a block away. The huge deck out front is fabulous. The house is bight and welcoming. The whole rental is over all wonderful. Thank you.

4th of July in San Clemente

Our 4th of July vacation to San Clemente was a blast! Suzi's home is clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location to take advantage of the pier, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife on Del Mar. We especially liked the large outside deck area with plenty of seating and BBQ.

Just wonderful

This is a lovely apartment with all you need for a great stay. We were here for six weeks and plan to return. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants and across the street from the library. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances and the bathroom had shampoo, etc. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. A great feature is the sunny protected deck. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Just a pleasure all around. Thank you!

Convenient and spacious

Two adult couples spent a week here during Thanksgiving....great location close to the beach and downtown. Large, modern, and clean. Owner was in touch regularly to see if we needed anything. Recommended.

This place was awesome!!! My Sister and I took four of her grandchildren (ages 9-13) on vacation to California - she lived a few streets over from this location back in the 80s while her husband was stationed at Camp Pendleton (her daughter was born there and the kids wanted to see where she lived as a baby). Our days were spent at the Linda beach, State Beach, San Clemente Pier, Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Griffith Park, Legoland Sea Aquarium, Adventure Park and Water Park . It was perfect to come back after a full day to a 'home' instead of a hotel - there was plenty of room for all of us - I could go on and on, the photos and information were spot on, I would highly recommend this location. Thank you again for helping us have a WONDERFUL vacation!! Tammy, Karen, Haley, Kenzie, Tanner and Brooklyn

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

This was our first VRBO, and have only positive things to stay. The condo is open, comfortable and has a wonderful deck! The location was perfect for us - close to the beach, close to farmers market and close to family. We had a wonderful experience and have already started planning our next vacation. Suzi was wonderful to work with and I felt like I could contact her if I needed anything and she was always quick to respond. Thank you Suzi!

Good little apartment in San Clemente

Nice place, only complaint was we had a big truck / large suv size that did not fit in the garage and they driveway is funny shape so the neighbor who lived downstairs could not get into the garage if we parked in driveway. Moral of story. Rent a small car and it will be cool. The manager was very nice and stayed in touch via text the whole time, very accessible but we had no problems except the parking.

spacious & comfortable

We have 6 in our family and all felt very comfortable. Plenty of room, close to the beach, and loved the decks and patio areas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals and we used the grill as well. We loved it!

The perfect summer rental

Location and a beautiful home with all the amenities made this our best summer rental! WE loved being a short 4 blocks from the beach- where I ran every morning and watched the surfers as the sun came up, then set out our umbrella in the prime location next to the volley ball court so I could relive my childhood watching the junior life guards enjoy their fun summer program. In the evenings we loved being so Close to Del Mar where all the best restaurants and shops are- just 1 block away! And the owners were wonderful and responsive if you have any questions .WE fell in love with this home and considered it ours for the entire month of July 2016! Our only regret is that we do not own 238b Avenida Cabrillo

Great Location, Beautiful Oceanside Village

If you are interested in spending lots of time near the ocean, this would be a very good choice. Within a few minutes to both the San Clemente Pier and the beautiful downtown, you could easily park your car (on the street or in the small attached garage) at this spacious condo and walk virtually anywhere. The owners are very attentive and eager to help with restaurant recommendations, places to visit, and local activities. There is a huge deck with comfortable outside furniture and a covered area under which a large family can eat outside. A new 60-inch HD television and also excellent wireless connectivity enhanced our stay. The condo's layout is very accommodating for families. At times there were six of us, including two small children, and we never felt cramped. There are two large bedrooms, two full baths (the smaller of the two has recently been nicely updated), and an enormous living area. The kitchen could use some updating, but there is plenty of space including an eat-in area. The washer/dryer unit off of the kitchen was very useful since we were there the entire month. We would recommend this fully-equipped condo for families who especially intend on spending a lot of time outside exploring this sunny seaside town.The location also allows easy driving excursions to both LA and San Diego. San Clemente must be one of the most gorgeous coastal locations in southern California. The weather was spectacular and the village itself charming.

Great Location, Great Owners, Great Deal!!!

The owners of this condo, Suzi and Steve, are incredibly kind and accommodating. Although this is an older San Clemente property, they have turned it into a beautiful beach vacation rental. From the lovely "welcome basket" to the very nice decorating touches, you cannot go wrong staying here. You can walk nearly everywhere in town in under 15 minutes. You are 10 minutes from the pier and the main beach, and about 3 minutes to the closest shops, bars and restaurants. It is a short drive to Doheny State Beach, the Mission San Juan Capistrano, and a great little concert venue called The Coach House. This is the kind of property you will want to return to every year...sometimes more than once!

The location of this property is perfect! This property is in a prime location where you can walk to town in less than 5 minutes and beach in less than 10 minutes. You can park your car and walk or ride your bike. While San Clemente is a small town, it offers an abundance of activities to occupy your time. Explore the beach and its 4 1/2 mile(r/t) beach walk! Swim, surf, kayak and fish all day! Enjoy sunset viewing on the pier or while barbecuing alongside your fire pit on the beach. Numerous restaurants and boutiques (1 block away) offer much to taste and experience. There are many local restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Happy Hour is available at many eating establishments. Several breweries offer fine brews and a great launch to microbreweries in the San Diego area. Wineries and tasting rooms abound. There is plenty of bicycle riding throughout San Clemente and along Highway 1. The Cabrillo Playhouse, offering plays throughout the year, is just a 1/2 block away. Enjoy music nightly at several locations within walking distance. Don't forget the Farmer's Market each Sunday behind the library where you will find fruit, vegetables, flowers, cheese, tamales, various meats and crafts.

The spacious great room with its cathedral, wood beam ceilings and large windows is perfect for quiet entertainment and experiencing the ocean breeze.
