Alexander, thank you so much for taking time to write us a review. I am very sorry about the confusion on our part about the Master closet. In years past it has been locked and not everyone on our staff was aware that the owner has recently been leaving it unlocked for guests. Thank you so very much for bringing this to our attention. It's reviews like this that make us all step up our level of service so we can provide the best possible experience for our guests. Please pass our apology on to your wife as well. We hope you will give us a second chance, possibly at one of our luxury homes, closer to the ski are next time. Thanks again! ~Tilly ABODE LUXURY RENTALS
