Én Charleston Place er en unik stranden samfund i den mest ønskelige sted på St. George Island. Praktisk placeret i centrum af øen, kun få skridt fra spisning, shopping og aktiviteter, du får også adgang til et lukket, privat pool deles med kun 4 andre boliger i One Charleston Place. En privat strandpromenade er kun få skridt til stranden.

Med trægulve overalt, flere private dæk, fladskærms-tv, WiFi og mere, One Charleston Place tilbyder alle de bedste faciliteter!

Den største sal har rummelig åben koncept køkken, stue og spisestue områder. Moderne, fuldt udstyret køkken med rustfrit apparater og granit bordplader. Praktisk pulver værelse på stueetagen. Træd ud på dine dæk over leder puljen.

2. sal har 2 soveværelser, begge med privat, eget badeværelse og kabel-udstyrede fladskærms-tv. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng. Herfra træde direkte på din helt egen private balkon med betagende udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf. Det andet soveværelse er udstyret med 2 enkeltsenge. Vaskeri, med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, er også bekvemt placeret på denne etage.

På 3. sal er der en anden king-size seng med privat, en suite badeværelse. Dette værelse har også kabel-udstyrede fladskærms-tv. Desværre ingen kæledyr !!!!

Beautiful Home

The location of this home is perfect. It is located centrally on the island and is within walking distance to everything. The home is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Central location

We didn’t have to get in the car all week! Groceries, restaurants, pizza, ice cream all within walking distance! Great private pool right on the beach

Perfect location for someone who has lived here before. The pool was great. Bacteria in the water kept us off the beach. The house and cooking equipment was great. Thank you. We'll be back.

Great condo, great location!

Enjoyed our stay with our two sons and their fiancées. We have been coming to SGI for 30 years and love the island. First time staying at One Charleston Place and really enjoyed it.

Location of this property is PERFECT

This property is so incredibly convenient to the beach, pool & next door restaurant/bar! We barely used our cars the entire time we were here! Property was nicely decorated & well maintained. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation!

Our family had such a great time on Saint George Island! The house was perfect for us, loved the decor, loved the proximity to everything and loved being right on the beach. The pool was such a great amenity as well. We are already planning to come back next year and will stay here again!

Paradise found!

Perfect property for our first trip to SGI. Enough space for our family of four; our teens loved having their own bedrooms. Location couldn’t be beat. I was a little concerned about being right next to the restaurant but it was so chill… the music and tiki torches gave us a resort vibe. The pool was chilly but beautiful and that beach! I hated too leave and can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Set Up

Very clean home with perfect set up. Private pool that walks right out to the beach is perfect for families so you don't have to lug all your stuff to the beach. The pool is also very large so even if there are more people staying in the complex, there is plenty of pool space and chairs.

Fabulous Beachfront Vacation

We have been visiting SGI for twenty years and this property was by far the best we’ve experienced! The home was thoughtfully furnished with everything you need…beach towels, lots of kitchen utensils and cookware, a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, etc. Access to the beach couldn’t be better! The owner was easy to communicate with and happily answered any questions we had. We will definitely rent this home again!

Beachfront with Pool

This house was a perfect getaway for our family and we enjoyed every moment there. Cooking was easy due to a well stocked kitchen and the view while cooking is magnificent. The pool, beach, & ocean are steps away from the back porch, which worked out great for all of us. We enjoyed walking to the stores, restaurants, and along the beach. Lori was terrific to work with and communication with her outstanding. Thank you, Lori, for renting your beautiful home with us & we hope to make it back sometime soon.

Great location

The location was amazing. We could walk to all the shops, restaurants, bait shop and stores. The beach is steps away and on those windy days, the pool was a great place to get some sun. The house was very nice with comfy beds and included everything we needed. The 3rd floor tv was the only smart tv that we could figure out how to use and log into all of our personal apps. But we really only needed to do that to watch some March madness. We would stay here again.

Perfect location!

Amazing vacation in this perfectly located beach house! The house was steps to the beach and private pool, and was walking distance to several restaurants, stores and the lighthouse. Extra free parking was across the street. The house had plenty of beach towels, kitchen ware, comfy beds and bath towels. We appreciated the washer and dryer for washing towels and swimsuits. Be sure to pack your own toilet paper, because as mentioned in other reviews, there isn't much provided, especially for a week long stay. We loved our week in this house on SGI and can't wait to plan our next stay here!

Great Family Geat Away

Lori did a great job on communicating with us regarding the condo. There was a slight hiccup with an appliance, but she communicated through the process with us, offered a cancellation/refund, and got the refrigerator repaired with away. It was great that she kept us in the loop and got the repair done right away. We had a great time, and loved the central location. Having direct beach access was important for our family, and the property did not disappoint. The convenience of the restaurant right next door was great. We would definitely recommend this property and owner to anyone looking to stay at St. George island.

Stay here! You won’t regret it!

This is a beautiful house. The view of the ocean from the living area is superb. You can see the lighthouse from the side windows. It’s clean and centrally located. We didn’t have to drive the entire time and no need for a golf cart! Minimal noise from the Blue Parrot and super convenient to watch for the right time to jump in line at Weber’s Donuts. This house is literally on the beach and it is a minute (at most) walk from the back door to your toes in the sand. Lori was readily available when we had an issue with the TV. Excellent! We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice stay, great location

Nice stay, however would like to see availability of beach chairs/ umbrellas. We rented from George who is located on the beach, however the cost was $30 for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Given we had multiple couples who needed chairs/ umbrellas the cost added up. Another suggestion would be to add an additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We felt like we were in the military and needed to ration our supply. :) Other than those suggestions, our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Great Location

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was ideal and the view of the water was excellent. The poor reviews from prior rentals is accurate. The home is slightly unclean (windows are foggy and dining table is incredibly sticky) and the smell resembles a cat-like aroma. I’m assuming the owner doesn’t utilize a professional cleaning service. Renter beware, this rental does not have cable and their interface only allows for select applications (Netflix & YouTube TV). We had to buy our own firestick upon arrival and it is not easy to plug into the tv. Unfortunately, the host did not mention their tv situation prior to our arrival. I do think the price point of the home was high, based on some of the negatives. However, the pool and location to the water can’t be beat.

First time at St. George

The house in the little group at One Charleston place was nicely situated with a pool in front and the beach with 100 feet. George the chair guy could not have been nicer as our chairs were set up by 8:00 every morning and we stayed at the beach until 6 or 6:30 every night. Access to get adult cocktails was within feet at the Blue Parrott beach. bar. It was a lttle crowded on the weekend as there are 2 public accesses on either side of the complex. We could walk to the restaurants, get ice cream and to Sugar Kingdom. The downside was of the house itself. The loft bedroom does not have a door and with small children this is tough. The carpet in the living room is full of stains and needs to be cleaned as does the sofa. The beds were nice and well appointed although there wasnt any soap provided for showers or baths. There were plenty of beach towels, spices , garbage bags and dishwasher soap. All in all it was a great stay and the weather was perfect.

Great Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this property. It is perfectly located on St. George within walking distance to everything you need. The house was very clean and well appointed. Our communication with Lori was great and she was very accommodating. The development itself was perfect for our family as our children loved the pool and the beach access is so close. We hope to return to SGI soon and would definitely stay at Lori's place again.
