Bryan, thank you for being a guest. Apartment and big city living is different than the suburbs of Washington state. I can understand that you do hear the neighbors during the day. Hopefully you would feel comfortable reaching out directly to me if anyone was being noisy after the quiet time period we state in our house rules as the adjacent apartment is also a vacation rental and we would always immediately talk with a neighbor if they were being noisy during quiet time. Thanks again for being out guest.

The VRBO was very roomy and great location. Our only issue was the lack of hot water at the bathroom sink (for shaving). Very clean and great communication with host.

Hi Susan, this was mentioned in the listing. To be marked down for a full-disclosure item seems unfair. We made you aware beforehand, therefore we recommend that you book elsewhere moving forward, thank you.

Quiet and Charming

Had a great stay at this apartment. Was quiet, charming, stocked with all of the essentials and in a very convenient location. Was on a work trip so did not get to explore the area as much as I wished, but had very restful evenings there. Will make it back soon!

Beyond Perfect

Omg . The hosts of this property are the most thorough of any I've ever dealt with. There was a list of eateries nearby and any store you may find useful. They've even got a video to help you with any questions about the apt and it's amenities . Immaculate and just as pictured. There's a hot plate instead of an actual stove but that's due to guests accidentally leaving the pilots out (dangerous)..the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook. The main area could have been staged better giving people a place other than the bed to sit comfortably. It seems to have had a Murphy bed originally and that would be ideal to have for the size of the room also there's no television which didn't bother me since I don't watch it anyways. Altogether it was a very lovely place with very lovely hosts and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a more homey and safe atmosphere.

It was wonderful!

The owner was so polite and diligent when it can to anything that had to do with the area and kindly messaged use to keep us informed about the street cleaning schedule. The house is cozy and the location makes it easy to get anywhere in Burbank in less then 10 mins.

Burbank Splendor

We had a great experience with this little apartment unit in Burbank. The owners even accommodated us last minute and allowed us to check in sooner than we had initially planned which was very nice of them. They were in contact with us throughout our stay to inquire as to how our experience had been and were Cleary very concerned about their guests experience. The unit was clean and with tasteful decor and the neighborhood was very safe and clean and so close to the Griffths Observatory and Hollywood attractions. My only con from our stay is the water pressure was fairly weak in the shower and also did not get particularly hot but this is just nitpicking. We would highly recommend this stay!

John, thank you so much for staying with us. To get the temperature hotter, please review the welcome video (a must for all guests to watch which we send at the beginning of the stay). We appreciate all the kind words. We cannot control California's restrictions on water which mandates us to use low volume shower heads. Sorry for that, we are in the desert. The water heater can get a lot hotter, we recommend everyone watch our welcome video that explains how to change the temperature on the water heater. Thanks!

Perfect Boho apartment!

The apartment and hosts were great. I liked the fact there was no tv and the purpose of the unit was to relax. Loved the wine and wafers left for me by the hosts. Check in was easy thanks to the welcome videos explaining the apartment and water heater. The only thing I think they could need is a salt and pepper shaker, PAM, and olive oil. Overall a great place. Will stay here again if I come back to Burbank area.

Mom & Daughter Cali Trip

My daughter and I traveled to California for my daughter to have surgery in Beverly Hills for her lifelong battle with Hyperhidrosis. We selected the Burbank area because it was conveniently close to her surgeon in BH, LAX and various other ares we wanted to visit. I can’t say enough about how incredible the property owners are for this precious little studio apartment. It was exactly as shown in the photos and we absolutely loved the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we loved the downtown area of Burbank. Gloria checked in on us throughout our visit and made us feel extremely welcomed. They even provide a house manual with many suggestions for restaurants, attractions, etc. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! If your traveling alone, with a friend, spouse or maybe you also need a mother/daughter trip then this place will be perfect,

Wonderful Stay

My partner and I came here for a mini getaway adventure. This was definitely one of my favorite stays. Ever. The neighborhood was chill, the studio was beautiful ( the decor was definitely something I loved) and looked like the photos presented. It felt comfortable being here. The hosts add lovely touches that added to our enjoyment and responsive to inquiries. Don't hesitate to book here - it's wonderful!
