Executive Suite i Downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Ligger 1 & 1/2 gader fra Ocean Ave. af Carmel Plaza i hjertet af byen. Parkere bilen og gå til spisning, butikker, stranden, Sunset center ..... alt på halvøen ligger tæt ved. Our Stay in Downtown Carmel

This is a wonderful place, with an ideal location close to all the shops and restaurants. Loved our time here.

Great location and well-appointed unit

All the comforts you could want. Fabulous location, you can walk to art galleries, restaurants, etc. Might be a little crowded with 4 adults.

Excellent accommodation

Superb apartment in the heart of Carmel with off street parking! Cannot recommend this place more. The host was responsive and the property was as described. We’ll definitely be back!!

Exceptional Property and Property Manager

This property is amazing. Conveniently located near Ocean Street, yet nestled atop a business, it is private and secluded. The interior is well maintained and well appointed. The property manager is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is readily available if needed. Our stay was perfect! We will return.

Beautiful accommodations!

Just like the pictures. Everything we needed was there. Even the k-cups. The condo was located conveniently to shopping and restaurants. We will recommend this unit to our friends. Enjoyed our 50th wedding anniversary in Carmel!

Lovely accommodation in Carmel

This is a desirable accommodation that is well equipped with modern appliances in the kitchen and many amenities, such as an electronically controlled fireplace and air purifiers. It was spotless clean and well maintained. The outdoor seating area, a common space shared with another condo, is very inviting with beautiful mountain views. Bruno's Market & Deli and Surf N Sand Liquors & Wine is a convenient bonus. Furthermore, the host, Craig, was very responsive and gracious. Best of Vrbo hosts. Highly recommended for a couple that wants to enjoy the best of Carmel within walking distance.

Perfect fit

Our stay in Carmel was a great one, much due to the convenience and layout of the unit we rented. The location was excellent, allowing us to either walk or ride to a variety of stores and restaurants in downtown Carmel. The layout of the unit was perfect in that it offered all we could want from the kitchen to the outdoor grille to the living room with fireplace to the very comfortable bed to the high quality big screen TV. Additionally, it had 2 full bathrooms which helped in the early mornings and when we were preparing for dinners at our event. And, Craig was very helpful during the sign up process and when we had one minor question about the unit. All-in-all, it was a perfect fit for our trip to Carmel and we will definitely return.

Our favorite place to stay in Carmel

We loved our stay in Unit A. The location is perfect and is located 1 block from Ocean Ave. It is conveniently located walking distance to Carmel beach, dozens of great restaurant, shopping, cafes and grocery stores. The unit itself is wonderful. It is well appointed, newly upgraded and modern. It was incredibly comfortable for 2. We never cooked a meal but the kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to prepare a meal. Including a great deck with a grill. Craig is an excellent manager and very responsive. When one minor question came up, he responded within an hour. We were very impressed. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs in the Monterey/Carmel area and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back!

superb little apartment!

We have traveled extensively and always stay in places we rent through VRBO. This lovely condo rates at the top of the list. I am very particular about cleanliness and this was absolutely spotless, from the bathrooms to the kitchen to the floors. It presents beautifully. The furniture is not only comfortable but appears to be very recently purchased. The bed is wonderful! The location in Carmel couldn't be more perfect. Lovely restaurants all around within a five minute walk. Grocery store directly across the street. Large outdoor patio with very comfortable furniture and a great place to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Rarely do I say this about places we stay, but THIS one does not have one single negative to it! And another first: before we arrived home after leaving Carmel, Craig had already returned our deposit. You will love it, I promise! MIchaela

Wonderful Village Getaway!

We have been visiting Carmel-by-the-Sea for many, many years and returned last week to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. We knew we wanted space (more than a hotel room) and to be able to dine in once and a while. This property offered everything we wanted. It is in the village, so we were able to walk to our favorite restaurants, shops, and down to the beach. It is near the market, so we were able to get groceries and have snacks and meals in when we wanted. It includes a parking space, so we were able to park and not have to be on the hunt every time we went out. The property was very clean, updated interior, the bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are lovely, and the large outside deck has tables and couches for lounging. The property manager was very responsive and incredibly helpful (thank you Craig!). While I would selfishly like to say nothing and hope that this property be my own hidden gem, I can't help but rave a bit. Ha. We will definitely be back.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

Carmel was a 35th wedding anniversary trip. This unit was easy walking distance to everything in Carmel. Our first impression was the unit was very clean with updated flooring, bathrooms and appliances. The kitchen was well outfitted and supplied better than most VRBO rentals. We found it odd that there is no central heating or cooling. The fireplace serves as the heating in the main area. The bathrooms have exhaust fans that also heat. There are no ceiling fans. For me, the air was too still. The unit had a slight musty smell to my sensitive nose. My husband didn't notice it. We are east coast people, so central heating and cooling along with ceiling fans are common, perhaps California is different.

Fantastic Property

If you're looking for the perfect place to rent in Carmel, look no further than this property! Located on Junipero between Fifth and Sixth streets, this is the perfect location for walking to everything in Carmel. The unit is one of two on the complex. Both are accessed through a private security gate which opens into a wonderful shared courtyard. The courtyard features a great seating area and outdoor dining table. There's also a propane grill if you want to stay in for dinner. Bruno's market is an easy walk half a block down and they have all you need for a nice dinner. The table in the courtyard is a great place for breakfast or an afternoon snack with wine. The seating area is really nice for an after dinner cocktail under the stars. Unit A, which we rented, has been recently redone I would think. Very up to date decor. Clean, everything in great repair. Nice fireplace for those chilly evenings. Well stocked kitchen with every appliance needed. Keurig coffee maker. The bed and bath are well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. All in all, there's no way you can go wrong with this unit! There's not a thing negative I could honestly say about it.

Top notch rental

Very nice and spacious rental, ideally located close to everything, including a well-stocked market and deli right across the street. Quiet, clean, and modern, with all the conveniences, including a Keurig coffee maker, complete with a variety of k-cups! Comfortable couch and bed, nice primary and secondary baths. Super outdoor area with gas grill. Top notch in every way!

Perfect Spot for Weekend Trip

Great location

Great location. Easy to walk to many great restruants. Apt was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Host was responsive and easy to work with. I would stay there again.

Awesome place and highly recommend!

Location, property and amenities were wonderful! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the surrounding beautiful neighborhood. Place was very clean and had everything needed (and more!). Parking provided was convenient and easy. Being from the Southeast US, was apprehensive about the lack of central a/c, but didn't miss it at all. We opened windows to the amazing temperatures; and utilized fans provided. The area is so quiet and relaxing! Host provided several restaurant recommendations and we tried two. Both Katie's (for breakfast) and Vesuvio's (for dinner) were fabulous! Can't say enough about how awesome this place/host were and would definitely recommend. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to stay again!

The property was OK. The parking for the unit was 1/2block away, in front of a liquor store. The car was not close enough to hear the alarm, if it was tampered with. The towels in the unit were so cheap they left lint all over each of us. They were to be replaced by Wed., but they arrived Sat. The person walked into our unit, I was not happy! Manager, said He told her to leave them outside!
