The host was thorough, supportive and informational. The room was exactly as described; clean and spacious! The beach is a quick walk away! Will book with again.

The view from the large balcony was of a gorgeous panoramic sunset every evening. The condo was huge. Plenty of space for our family of 5. And thankfully also 3 showers. The air conditioner drain had an issue that was resolved quickly. And the communication from the host was great. The walking distance to the beach was phenomenal and there was a large option of television stations to choose from. The oven doesnt work great, but it cooks things eventually and the frying pans weren't great quality. But there were plenty of plates, salad plates, cups, and utensils to use. Everything was clean throughout and we would definitely stay there again.

Very roomy condo! Plenty of windows, so a lot of natural light. We had a great view of the lake, where we watched turtles swimming during the day and sceranaded by a multitude of frogs at night… the sound was actually beautiful. The beach was great as well. It never was crowded. Plenty of different walkways for beach access near this condo, and a close walk to the club house.The host was in touch with us through out the entire process. When we did have questions the host was responsive.I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, we didn't use the pool because every time we went, it was closed. It said closed at 5 pm. Not a real problem, we just wanted to go to the beach anyway. The condo was very quiet so we were able to get a lot of rest. Great balcony view. The condo was very clean and updated. Will surely stay here again in the future.

Nice condo with big balcony

Short walk to ocean and heated pools are the feature. Condo had nice layout, plenty of room. Only drawback was cleanliness could have been better.

I highly recommend this condo. We’re a family of 4 including two teenagers. I was looking for clean, quiet, safe and relaxing and that’s what I got. The unit is very spacious and clean. It’s located on the 5th floor with a corner balcony that has a beautiful view. We never had issues with the elevator and the walk to the beach is easy and short. I recommend Sandy Andy’s if you need beach chairs etc. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. I recommend having some cooking spray. It’s supplied with storage bowls, baggies things you don’t think about. The primary bedroom and bathroom are very big. All of the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. The bedroom with the two twin beds is like its own wing. The teens liked it. I did laundry twice and the washer and dryer worked fine. I did see beach towels and chairs in the utility room that is a nice gesture if needed. The communication with the host is easy and they always replied quickly. Check in/out is simple. The pool area does have rules that I made sure we followed. The kids liked the game room. I liked the drinks at the grill. The walk to the pool area is easy. Keep dollar bills handy for a 3 toll. Publix is conveniently located near the condo along with several restaurants. The security guards are friendly at the gate. The area has beautiful landscaping.

Kolka stay

The carpet around the couch was not vacuumed. I have pictures of debris around it . Also the outlets did not work in any of the bathrooms. I reset the circuit breaker, which was not tripped and checked all of the GFI's

Very Nice but this unit IS NOT top floor!

Overall, the condo is nice, but it is time for the owner to upgrade a few items (notably the living room sofa). Management company was very quick to respond to a request and that was very much appreciated! Community is very nice. My only real complaint is that this unit is advertised as "top floor". That is NOT the case. It is on the 5th floor of a 6 story building, there is a unit above you! Not at all fair to call this unit top floor! Other than that, I would return to Cinnamon Beach again.

Vacation Stay

We enjoyed our vacation stay in Palm Coast! The property was well kept - very clean. Easy access to the beach, grocery shopping and dinning!

Everything was great except lighting in the bedrooms and the shower liners were moldy and need to be cleaned or changed. Beautiful condo and place.

Great place!

This place was clean and property management was always there to answer all of our questions! I do with the WiFi was better and cable selections but other than that it was good. The location was awesome and the amenities! Good place for a family.
