The condo is simply outstanding. Exceptionally (!) clean, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. A lot of room for the family of two adults and two kids. Great location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Princeville.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect, spotless from the moment we walked in, stocked with beach gear, and set in an amazing location that made exploring the island effortless. Everything felt well‐kept and welcoming, and having chairs, snorkel sets, and umbrellas ready to go made beach days even better. It was exactly the kind of place that makes a Kauai trip feel easy and memorable. I will be returning to this location in the future.

Second Stay Here. Definitely Won't be our Last

We love everything about this place and plan on booking our third trip here very soon. Perfect location for a small family to rest and relax in-between beach trips.

Great location, good for a family, and clean

The condo was in a great location for my family. The condo was spacious, clean and had many amenities to enjoy such as beach chairs, bikes, cooler, and umbrellas. The pool and spa were enjoyable. Highly recommend it if you are staying in Princeville.

Great Location

We spent a week in Kauai and this was a great place to stay. Roomy, clean, quiet and well appointed. We ate out for some meals and prepared a few ourselves.

Awesome Hale

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was everything we could ask for. Super clean, very spacious, modern, all the necessary (and unnecessary) amenities, and well maintained. The lanais were great for breakfast, even while it rained. The view of the garden area was nicer than some "garden view" resorts. Very private and to be honest, the neighborhood was not only clean and quiet, but you get more of a feeling of community and living amongst the locals. We generally stay at bigger resorts but we really loved the island vibe we experienced here. The location was very central and easy to get in and out of. I also have to mention the garage. What a great feature. So nice to pull in to your own garage. Being able to off load and take your time even if its raining was a nice feature. Also, they provide you with a blower, water hose and even a shop vac to vacuum out all the sand prior to rental return. So convenient. Also worth mentioning, and a huge plus, you can save yourself a couple hundred bucks, literally, on rentals. This condo had 6 Tommy Bahamas sand chairs, 4 Tommy Bahamas umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, a couple snorkel setups, 1 large ice chest, 1 small day ice chest (complete with ice packs in the freezer), 2 bikes, and a wagon. I am telling you, easily a couple hundred if you went and rented all of this. I also need to mention the management company. With Hurricane Lala hitting the island on our day of arrival, they were able to work with us on rearraigning our arrival. Definitely a company that isn't just out for the quick buck. Rather I believe they want you to have a great experience. We will definitely be coming back to this exact location. What a wonderful place to call hale with the ohana.

Great stay for families

Really wonderful communication from property staff. Good location in Princeville, walking distance to the grocery store (a little over a mile). Nice pool, very spacious unit also! Very quiet property too.

Top notch stay

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, loads of light in the condo with a very airy feeling. The kitchen has everything and then some. Plenty of room to spread out and extremely clean. We had breakfeast on the lanai daily listening to the birds. Fast and efficient communication too. If its available book it, you won't regret.

Holiday in Kauai with Family

We love Nihilani. Perfect location and a quiet well kept development. There were a few small issues with condo, but overall it was very comfortable. Nice to have AC that worked well. Plenty of space, lots of toys in the garage for our use. Kauai is such a beautiful place. Aloha.

Wonderful time on the North Shore

This is a beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 Lanais. Pool is awesome. Lots of beach supplies available for use in garage... Beach chairs, umbrellas, bogey boards, 2 beach cruiser bikes. We loved it! Ave would stay there again.

Perfect location to explore the North Shore

Great stay as this very clean, comfortable and well-furnished condo. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool and hot tub with access to grills in the common area for cooking was an added plus. Convenient location to all beaches . . . and walkable to Queen's Bath which was great because there is otherwise limited parking. Large grocery store (and other great shops, especially for Kahala Hawaiian shirts!) and a great coffee shop (Kilauea Bakery) were 5-10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Nihilani 28C

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Close to Hanalei town, great restaurants, and several beautiful beaches. The property was beautiful, well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was large and open and well equipped for cooking meals as a family on the nights we chose to eat in. Check-in and check-out without any issues and the staff at Na Pali Properties checked in on us before, during and after our stay to ensure we enjoyed our vacation without concerns. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a property on the north shore of Kauai.

Hawaii Adventure

We had an amazing time. I will definitely stay at this condo again and also refer friend's. It was such a beautiful location. Very quiet and close to some restaurants. We even went to the farmers market in the neighborhood. We talked to several people while using the pool and hot tub. Everyone was so friendly. We ate out on our deck each morning and the trees snd shrubs were so lush you didn’t really see other people on their decks.
