Oceanfront Air Conditioned Condo ~ Walk to Beach ~ Amazing Views

Ocean views from living room, kitchen, and dining room. Mountain views and sunset views from upstairs master bedroom. Listen to sounds of crashing waves.

Ground floor unit, except for the upstairs bedroom which accessed via a spiral staircase (guests with mobility issues might have trouble using the upstairs bedroom, but the rest of the condo is ground floor).

A/C installed October 2020 covers entire condo!

Orchid Point is on the edge of a lush green bluff, overlooking the ocean, 'Anini Reef below and the North Shore coastline all the way to the Kilauea Lighthouse. This two-bedroom, two and one-half bath suite, is one of three units in the Orchid Point condominium.

10 - 15 minute walk to Sealodge Beach. Trail is steep, rocky, and narrow, can be slippery when wet. Sealodge Beach has excellent snorkeling at high tide (more of a snorkeling beach than a swimming beach because of the reef). Beautiful and secluded beach great for relaxing.

Orchid Point is located minutes by car to all the North Shore Beaches. Just a 1 mile walk to the Princeville Shopping Center for restaurants, groceries, coffee, ice cream, shopping, and more.

Week in Paradise!

We can’t say enough amazing things about our stay at Orchid Point this past week. This condo was the PERFECT place for our first trip to Kauai. The view was incredible, the condo spotless and well stocked with cooking, bedding, and beach supplies. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach chairs. Made it so easy to spend every morning at the beach. Also loved our morning visits from the chickens and nenes! Thank you, thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!

The property was immaculate! Fully stocked with anything you could possibly want! The view from the living room literally took my breath away. Sunrises every morning.

We love Orchid Point!

This was our second stay at Orchid Point, and definitely won’t be the last. Albert and Anita are fantastic hosts! We really appreciate all the recommendations for local dining, beaches, activities etc. This place has the best views, great location on the North side of Kauai, with all the amenities you could ever need. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing condo in Princeville

We had an amazing stay and will hopefully return again soon. We had wonderful communication with Albert ahead of our trip. The check in and all the instructions including the walk to the beach were easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from the lanais. The condo was well stocked which made preparing our meals a pleasure. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We loved the view, location and morning visits from the rooster and hen! We were also lucky enough to see a whale breach in the distance when we first stepped out on the patio.The website with suggestions on activities, restaurants, and beaches was super helpful. The condo was well supplied with basic staples.

Fantastic Ocean view and sound!

We appreciated this home! The location for views was great. The amenities and features of home were luxious from the bidet to jetted tub to well stocked kitchen and espresso maker. We used the garage, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. There was a secluded beach you can hike to in 15min and snorkel/linger at…we hope to come back!

Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking views from the patio. Beautiful space that fulfilled all accommodations and even went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely remain on my "absolute must place to stay" for future visits to Princeville. Mahalo!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This is an amazing property. The garage is packed with various beach gear, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Then there's the view of the ocean--absolutely breathtaking. The images do not do this place justice. It's the perfect place. I hope it'll be available the next time we make it to Kauai.

Amazing stay

Those who stated that the place is even better than the photos are correct. My wife is from Oahu so we are very familiar how difficult it is to keep a place immaculate in the islands when the elements are fighting you. Even though unit A is literally on the coast everything is kept amazingly clean. Regarding the stay. We don’t know where to start. The view is breathtaking and no matter what time of day it never looks the same with the rising morning sun and low tide or the afternoon sun and how deep blue the water becomes. We loved the morning visits from the Nene geese family or the chicken family. The geckos and frogs would drop by the lanai as well. And at night. You are away from light pollution so the night stars are wow. Keep watching and you’ll see shooting stars too. Memorable stay. Only negative is leaving. :( We hope to come back again!!!

We love to travel, and love the north shore of Kauai. We live in southern California, but spend as much time in Kauai as possible.

We fell in love with Orchid Point when we first stayed as guests in 2017. The amazing views, the beautiful walk to Sealodge Beach (aka Kaweonui Beach), and all the details the builder put into the home make for a wonderful experience.
