To havfruer er en smuk 3 soveværelser, 2. 5 bad middelhavsstil luksus ejerlejlighed på Brass Rail condo samfund på den sydlige ende af Tybee på stranden side af Butler Avenue. Denne dejlige condo er fuld af beachy indretning og lokal kunst; funky og sjovt!
Fantastisk strand / havudsigt fra din private balkon samt siddepladser på balkonen; Det perfekte sted at læse og slappe af! Disse condos er inden for meget tæt gåafstand til stranden, Tybee Pier, butikker og restauranter!
Funktionerne omfatter opgraderede overflader og apparater, granit tællere, skræddersyet kabinet og rustfrit apparater. Elektrisk grill. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Spabad og separat brusebad i Master bad. Faciliteterne omfatter to private pools, udendørs sauna, elevatorer og community picnic område. Labor Day vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in Brass Rail community which is in a good location right by the pavilion/pier and downtown area. Pool area was nice change to beach in the afternoons.Only complaint would be the dip going down to parking area. Do not take any low-sitting cars there or they will scrap.

Beautiful Place

A very important safety improvement would be to ensure availability of one or more "keys" to unlock an accidental locking of an inside bedroom or bathroom door ... especially when kids are around. Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

60th Birthday Celebration

This is the first time we have stayed in a condo instead of a house and we were delighted. It was the best of both worlds; beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. Everything was within walking distance. Tybee Market was down the street and bars and restaurants were right around the corner. Our cars stayed parked in the covered garage the whole time. We celebrated my husbands birthday with friends at our favorite place! The mermaids had everything ready for us when we arrived and checked in to see if we were happy and needed anything. We have already booked with Mermaid Cottages for next summer. Can’t wait to come back🌞🌴❤️

Location!!!

This condo is super close to the beach and more spacious than we anticipated. The balconies are great (though we didn't use ours much because of the 120 degree heat index). Communication with the property manager was outstanding and access to the app was great. The pool seemed to get cleaned maybe once a day and it got a lot of use so it seemed a little dirty. Everything else was top notch.

beach time

Very good location! The elevator was a plus for hauling things back and forth. Beach very close and restaurants in walking distance, so no need to drive all the time. The lighthouse is a great thing to see too. The pictures weren't the same as the ad so disappointed with a few things. There was no fan on the porch so it was not as useful as it could have been. You get a good view of the beach from the porch. Overall a good time was had.

Very roomy & comfortable for our group of 6. Living area has tons of room for kids to play games, etc. in the floor. So close the beach & having a pool right downstairs makes it easy to get out & enjoy the weather at a moment's notice. Tammy was exceptionally attentive -- making contact before our stay, and checking in with us to make sure that everything was great. Will be back again!

Clean and Spacious

We've stayed at Brass Rail in other condos before, first time in this one. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite spacious in the main room and kitchen. Great communication with the management. My only issue was the state of the grill, which we had hoped to use a lot - it was so filthy, I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned and I didn't want to tackle it, so grilling was out. The kitchen is stocked, but it's pretty bare bones for doing any real cooking. Door to the balcony won't lock. Overall, we enjoyed this unit.

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing staff, great location

Pictures does not do this justice. The staff was so sweet and such an amazing person. The property was extremely clean, parking was very convenient and the unit has its own elevator. The balcony is very spacious with a pretty view of the ocean. The breakfast club is just steps away from the property, the beach is just steps away and the pier is a easy walk and very close and beautiful. 5 star in my eyes.
