Føl dig lige hjemme i denne Gulf-visning, anden fra frontenheden, kun få skridt væk fra poolen, tennisbanen, grillområdet og det smukke hvide krystalsand af Crescent Beach. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken og entré er nyrenoveret med lette ahornskabe, granitbordplader, keramiske fliser og alle rustfrit stål apparater. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er placeret i gangen vaskerum.
Opholdsstue og soveværelser havde nyt tæppe installeret i december 2015. Stuen har et fladskærms-tv og video med lædermøbler. Dinetten sidder fire. Du kan også slappe af, nyde det varme vejr og den smukke udsigt over stranden på Lanai. I slutningen af dagen kan du se på de spektakulære Siesta Key solnedgange fra fjerde eller femte etage dæk.
Føreren suite har en king size seng med nyt dressing område med indbyggede ahorn frysere og granit bordplade. Gæstesoveværelset er en stor størrelse med to enkeltsenge. Begge soveværelser har store skabe, loft fans og fladskærms-tv. Både herre- og gæstebadeværelserne er nyrenoverede med alle nye fliser, skabe, granitbord, belysning og tilbehør.
Dette er stedet for en sjov, afslappende og mindeværdig ferie!

We recently moved to South Carolina so we decided to re-start our annual week-long visit again. We've always enjoyed staying at the House of the Sun and it was a pleasure to do it once again. We were told the carpeting in the unit we stayed in this time would be replaced soon after we left and it was due but everything else was wonderful.

Several of the bedroom outlets did not grip the inserted plugs and need to be replaced. The kitchen faucet has an annoying drip problem. The US flag at the front of the building was frayed and should be replaced. The shrubbery is trimmed too close and too often. Many shrubbs should be replaced.

A Wonderful Surprise

The location is right on the beach and there are restaurants and stores across the street. The property is clean and the staff is professional and organized. The other guests are very friendly. The pool is isn't large but there were always plenty of chairs and it was heated and clean. Unit 313 has a view of the ocean and a nice balcony. The bed and furnishings are comfortable and clean. The master bedroom has an updated walk-in shower. The only comment is that the rug needs to be replaced. It did not bother us and the manager said there are plans to replace it soon. I would recommend this rental. We rebooked for next year.

Family Vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation at Siesta Key's House of the Sun. This well-maintained older property has easy parking, restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance, and a beautiful beach with chairs/umbrellas on site. The condo had the basics and was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the gulf from the den/balcony. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location. We were right in the middle of the complex close to the elevator. It took just a minute to get to the soft white sandy beach. Restaurants are within walking distant. The condo was neat and clean. The bed was was really comfy. My favorite part though was sitting on the balcony within view of the ocean. We had a few noise issues (construction on the building next door and a child running constantly above us) but there wasn't really anything the condo people could do. They did talk to the people above us and the child at least waited until 8am to run around. Even with the noises though it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again anytime.

However they are building a new condo next door and the construction noise from 7 am to 4 pm was intolerable. Loud and obnoxious. The unit itself was very nice. Some upgrades in kitchen and bath. Furniture was nice. However the carpet needs to go. Stains in theLiving room and the carpet is matted. The beach was great and loved the provided beach chairs. Upper deck was great to watch the sunset. Everything was nice and clean.
