Nyligt ombygget og opdateret med moderne apparater, er denne 3. etage enhedens åbne grundplan ideel til at tilbringe tid sammen, om det lounger rundt på sofaen, hænger på balkonen eller udnytter det fuldt udstyret køkken. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og en overflod af havudsigt, høflighed af fuld længde spejle, der afspejler udsigten til havet fra flere vinkler. Det 2. soveværelse har en queen-size seng, og hvert soveværelse har eget tv og badeværelse. Stuen sofaen har en queen-size udtræksseng til at rumme i alt 6 gæster. Levende strandtoner accent klassisk indretning til en sjov, afslappende og behagelig hjem oplevelse.

See The Sea bygning blev designet til maksimal havudsigt. Dens smukke gårdhave er et fantastisk udsigtspunkt for at se havet og solbade på en liggestol, langt væk fra de travle skarer på stranden. Fantastic stay!

The place was Fantastic! It had everything we needed beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for the beach! Kitchen was well equipped and even though the ice maker did not work they left a bag of ice for us! furniture was comfortable including the beds! showers are beautiful with great water pressure. The location was Amazing!!! They also had 3 box fans so keeping it cool was easy 😁 I definitely recommend this property!!!

Pacific Beach Vacay

Very nice condo. Very convenient to Kono's for brreakfast and World Famous for dinner. Condo building is right on the water next to the Crystal Pier. Only issue is the extremely tiny MR Coffee brewer. Fortunately Glazed (next door) and Kono's have excellent coffee.

Great location close to beach

Loved the condo. The condo itself needs some TLC, is very noisy outside of condo but that was part of charm. Sit on the deck, watch the people, and enjoy. Grocery store and CVS within walking distance. We will be back.

See by the Sea

The location is on point, great access to beach and restaurants nearby. However, the nightlife seems like its never ending. The night clubs have the techno music loud as most bars are all open concept with bars being so close to the condo sleeping with the windows open is very difficult with the music and drunk people walking around the streets / beach till 3am in the morning.

Enjoyed our time

Condo was good for the four adults. We truly liked the convenience of the stores, restaurants and beach. So close we didn’t need a car at all! Very walkable to everything. Patio a little small for 4 people and the noise every night and morning is VERY LOUD since the door and windows must be kept open Overall really had a great time

Balcony Can’t Be Beat!

Happy Hour on the Balcony and a short walk to the beach were the 2 highlights. The condo needs some updates. 1 bathroom had no hot water and very little pressure, only received 5 towels for a week stay, so be prepared to do laundry. The garbage disposal didn’t work, the fridge took a full 24hrs to get beverages cold abs the toaster barely worked. Overall happy with the stay but definitely needs some TLC.

Pacific beach stay

The view was incredible and the location can’t be beat. However, very loud late night. The condo itself was very nice and clean. Elevators and lobby need updating, horrible cleaning product smell in lobby daily.

Wonderful Getaway!

The unit was everything promised. It was roomy, kitchen was well stocked and location was excellent. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning along with many walks along the water. We hope to return!

Condo on the beach

This condo is exactly as advertised. I actually thought the beach view was better than the picture. Great location, close to everything. The building is pretty run down but the condo itself was nice. I would stay here again. Furnished with everything you might need.

Simply Excellent

Clean & well equipped.the view is stunning. The location in proximity to restaurants, shops, grocer & pharmacy made it so we never needed the car. Everything is within easy walking distance. Though thrlere are a few homeless, the area is kept clean & the homelesz keep to themselves. Though we saw them, none begged or approached. The building tenants are friendly & helpful. The property itself is well organized & clean with all basic amenities provided for a short stay. A longer stay requires a shopping trip for basics (like toilet paper). As with many properties in the area there is no AC or heat, but when rain came & the temperature dropped, maintenance came quickly with space heaters for each room. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

Location and View Great, Outside Noise Loud

The location is wonderful, the place is clean, but it is bit smaller than expected. The outside noise level at night can get pretty bad but the trade off is the beautiful view and easy access to everything.

Pacific Beach

The property is nice - could use some updating. The location is fantastic as far as close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Great having chairs and towels for the beach. Underground parking is super handy. Saturday night was very noisy until 1:30am - had to close the windows. We never had any internet for our visit. Supposedly, they requested someone to come out and fix it, but they never showed up.

Awesome location!!

It is an older building, in need of some deferred maintenance. Had some sugar ants coming up thru the drain in the secondary bedroom. Arrived on a Sunday, weekend partiers still in town and boardwalk was busy. Most left Monday so it was alot quieter. Alot of homeless in the area, Parked the car in the garage and didn't move it for 4 days, everything was within walking distance. Also close to a fire station and military/coast guard flybys...we'd still come back again just not on a weekend!

Mostly good, one bad

Mostly positives, good location, having the garage was great, unit was clean. There were tiny ants on the master bath counter one evening, I think I killed them all. The only downside was the music at night. We couldn’t sleep unless we shut the window and then we lost our breeze.

Nice place, great location

Our condo at See the Sea was nice and looked like it did online. Our deck and master bedroom had a beautiful view of the ocean. The check in and check out process were easy because of the clear instructions we received from property management. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We walked across the street and were at the beach. We were also within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. I know some people who reviewed the property complained about the noise level. It could get a little noisy at night, but because the condo is so close to the beach and local bars/restaurants, I expected a certain level of noise. We enjoyed our time at Pacific Beach and would definitely rent this condo again if we come back.

Great Property

We had a great 5 day stay. Perfect location, nice place, great viewing from the patio. This is on our return list for sure.

Marine graduation

We couldn’t have asked a better location for our stay. Our son graduated from the Marine Corp basic training so we were running back and forth to the Marine Corp Depot which was less than 15 minutes away. The view of the beach and sound of the waves were wonderful. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance were very convenient. The condo inside was nice and comfortable. Overall we had a great stay!
