This cabin is exactly as pictured!! Amazing !! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas there and the host decorated the home so beautifully for the holidays!

Big Bear 2022

Lovely large home beautifully decorated. We had problem with master bedroom shower technician Brent came out right away and fixed it.

Work retreat escape to Big Bear

Windsong Retreat was the perfect place for our leadership team of 8 members to retreat to Big Bear and experience inspiration and generate plans for the coming year. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it ideal for people to have quiet time away from the group. The kitchen is large and provides ample seating at two tables. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of planning.

Great Family place to stay

Was a great place to begin our summer vacation. Perfect location to get to the lake, village and other shopping locations. Cabin was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this cabin and would rent again.

Great location but needs improvements

This home is the one of the nicest cabin in big bear! The only thing is it's not the cleanest.... when we got here the cleaning crew is still here cleaning but didn't really cleaned the house good. Also, the bedsheets were dirty with stains and crumbs. There are no toiletries so make sure to bring some. There are towels though and plenty of beddings and blankets to keep you warm during the winter. Otherwise, this house is very nice and can accommodate a lot of people. My family enjoyed very much! Also, near groceries, gas station and walking distance to the lake.

nice cabin but not taking care of

it was a good cabin but there was a lot of problems master bedroom did not have closets it did but they were locked 3 of the bedrooms did not happen closets either the couch upstairs by the pool table was ripped and put together with safety pins very dangerous for little kids one of the cabinet doors had the knob on it that was just placed there and fell as we opened the door . There wre not enough towels for 16 people there were no shampoos or soap or cleaning products there was one dish washing liquid with about a quarter left to be finished some bathrooms hand soap. the hot water sometimes takes a long time to get to the second floor . the thresholds were broken in two of the bedrooms . master bedroom door would not lock . downstairs the kitchen dining area had very bright recessed cans that would not dim. the maintenance people though are very courteous and nice hope these will be taken care of so the next renter will not suffer

Great family celebration

This is a beautiful home and was very well equipped with everything you would need for a large gathering. We enjoyed our family celebration very much and came away with wonderful memories for our children and grandchildren alike. Definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Cabin Experience

So we brought a few family friends up with us this last weekend for our first (of hopefully many) trips to the Windsong mega-cabin. The place was great. Perfect amount of space for our group of 10 adults and 6 kids. The upstairs master is enormous and luxurious, and the downstairs master is pretty nice too. Overall the layout is great for large groups, plenty of central great room space as well as different spaces to get away from the crowd of friends/family. Wish we had more time to spend at the cabin, seems like you could spend a good amount of time just lounging in different spots. Thanks for taking care of us, we loved it and hope to return soon.
