Loved It ! Great for a laid back Disney Vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it. Loved the cottage. Loved the resort. Pool was great. Pool drinks and food delicious. We usually stay at Wyndham Bonnet kids refuse to go back there now after staying here lol. Great resort for someone who like a more laid back Disney vaca.

The cottage was great

The cottage was great, the size and the space was nice. Having a personal jacuzzi for the home was amazing. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest, my only issue had to do with the HVAC. When I first arrived the second floor was fine and cooling at 73 (while set to 70), the first floor was also set to 70 and it was 77. Right when I arrived I called the first desk so the problem can be addressed before it got to late. I was told it was due to house keeping leaving the door open before arrival. After 4 hours the temperature in the cottage would not budge in either floor, one of their maintenance workers came back to check and finally agreed that there was an issue. A technician was called in to address the problem. The gentleman was very polite and tried his best to address the issue. The damper leading to the first floor was not working properly. Before the technician tried to fix it was closed completely. After he tried to fix it it started to cool the first floor better but the first floor never reached to my desired temp of 72. The first floor temp was at 75 the entire time even when not spending one full day in the house. But I still recommend this location to everyone because of how nice it was.

Resort is wonderful, some issues with cottage

The resort is beautiful. You are close to the parks and shopping, but when on property feel like you are in a quiet, tropical oasis. The pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed the food at the resort. We highly recommend the resort! The cottage is pretty and decorated beautifully. It was fantastic having all the bathrooms and privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and parking very convenient. When we walked in, we thought it looked very clean. It turned out, this was a little misleading. We did have 3 problems that we think can easily be corrected, but caused us to downgrade our rating. 1. The floors looked clean, but they turned out to be super dirty. We don’t wear shoes inside our own home and didn’t here either. By the end of the day, we noticed our feet were filthy. So I think they swept the floors but didn’t wet mop them. 2. The sheets on all the beds were incredibly scratchy. I’m not talking stiff, I mean that there were these little creases dried into the sheets that made them feel like sandpaper. I’m not exaggerating. Very, very uncomfortable. 3. The towels in the bathroom were thin and small, some of them so discolored that they looked dirty. We ended up using beach towels to dry ourselves after showering. Maybe they don’t want people to steal the towels, I get it, but you could have some Target towels and put a stipulation in the rental agreement that you’ll be charged if towels are stolen. I think these things can easily be corrected and if so, I’d recommend the cottage. Having said this, don’t hesitate to stay at the resort - it was beautiful.

A Oasis in Orlando

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Margaritaville has it all. Great Staff, clean and spacious accommodations and a well designed layout. Would highly recommend choosing this has your vacation rental. A Hot Tub after a day in a Disney Park is just what the soul needs. I would recommend labeling where certain items are in a map of the unit. We didn't find the provided pool towels until our last day. They were tucked in the drawers under the living room TV. Not the ideal place I would keep them.

Amazing Villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite some apprehension of the unknown, the property met our expectations and more. It was very clean on arrival and the location was great for us. Far enough from the main hotel to avoid noise but close for a 5 minute walk to the pool. We were very very happy with our stay! The frozen margarita maker was a welcomed bonus on the very hot days

Amazing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at 8093 Dreamsicle Dr. 3 bed/3 bath w/a bonus area that had a bed & TV. My 2 boys were thrilled to have their own space. No waiting to share a bathroom on those early Disney mornings. Great full kitchen & living room area w/a smart TV & access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. Master w/en suite & sliding glass doors onto deck & hot tub. So clean & beautifully decorated. Loved our stay & especially the margarita machine! It was so quiet & great to have our own relaxing house after a long day at the parks! Our only issue was air conditioner not working properly. Has to call 3x for assistance. Maintenance responded quickly & resolved the issue every time, still I wish we wouldn't have had that trouble at all. That being said everything else was excellent. Can't wait to come back again.

Excellent experience!

We enjoyed the resort so much, that we've considered buying one of their cottages. Their cottages are very immaculate, and we highly recommend going there.
