Dette hus er beliggende i et lukket område; den østlige del af den, har en dejlig strand, ideel til soling og nyder vidunderligt afslappende, beliggende i østkyst Puerto Rico. Det har alt hvad du behøver for en rigtig god ferie. Det er et magisk sted - et fortryllende tilbagetog beliggende omkring 60 Km. fra hovedstaden, San Juan og omkring 45-50 minutters kørsel fra den internationale lufthavn Luis Muñoz Marin i San Juan. Ud over vores strand, på mindre end 30 minutter væk fra huset kan du besøge andre strande som Seven Seas i Fajardo, PR, Luquillo Beach i Luquillo, PR og Regnskoven i Luquillo. Ca. 10 minutter fra huset kan du besøge The Palmas del Mar Resort. Der finder du et Hotel og Casino, en golfbane, tennisbaner, og du kan leje en båd for at fiske eller vide om de mindre øer. Du kan også leje båd i Fajardo området. Du vælger det og vi har det! Dette etagers hus har 4 soveværelser og 3 badeværelser. To soveværelse med queen size seng. Andet 1 soveværelse har queened mellemstore senge inde og andet soveværelse med tre 3 køjesenge, fuld seng på bunden og twin på toppen. Garage til to biler, fuldt udstyret køkken, meget komfortabel og rummelig stue, alarm, tv med kabel-tv og WI-FI!Puljen er ude af denne verden! Den starter ved 3 fod på den lave ende og går op til 10 fod på den dybe ende. Huset har to grill en gas og et trækul med et dejligt bord til seks, i terrassen nær poolen. ! En fantastisk ferie er garanteret i dette hjem!

Your beautiful house was spacious. We enjoyed your outdoor area with the swimming pool, comfortable chairs, and eating area. The Nature Reserve and the beach were connected to the gated community. Your location was an easy drive to Fajadaro for snorkeling and bioluminous kayaking. We enjoyed our stay.

This house far exceeded our expectations! The photos truly don’t do it justice—it’s much bigger and more beautiful in person. The pool was amazing, and the patio area was absolutely perfect for relaxing. The host had everything thoughtfully prepared, including beach essentials and even bikes, which made our stay even better.Any time I had a question, she responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She also left helpful notes and menus for nearby restaurants, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house for our trip. We went with extended family, older adults, adults with no kids and family with kids. It was great for our stay. One of the adult rooms was a little small so we used the extra space in the kids room for storage. The pool was nice (one of the lights was broke) but it was a great size for our group and was really nice for our younger guy who was a little overwhelmed by the beach. The beach was 2-3 minutes to walk. It wasn't a crystal clear pristine beach but it was really calm and you could do everything you wanted and it wasn't busy. The house was really well stocked with kitchen equipment, outdoor toys and bedding/towels. Some homes in the neighborhood were still being rebuilt but everything felt safe.

Made the perfect vacation!!

We had traveled with my family, and 3 children. This place was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, outside was perfect as it had a pool, grill, large table for our family to sit and eat at after grilling. Kids had a blast & didn’t want to leave. Annie was always a call or text away & answered any of our questions without hesitation. Would stay here again!

Great stay at a great house!

This house was just wonderful and roomy. In a great location for all our needs. The kids couldn't get enough of the great pool that was like bath water. The property manager Annie was also just great and was available to help with whatever we needed which was so helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay away from the busy tourist areas

This house is exactly as pictured and has everything you need for a great vacation. It has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and the pool was fantastic! We really enjoyed this location outside of the busy tourist areas. It was quiet but we still had easy access to all of the east side of the island. We took trips to El Yunque, Fajardo and also explored around Humacao.

Good times

We enjoyed our stay here, the location and amenities were ideal, the pool is nice and a local beach was literally a couple of minutes by foot. By car we were able to easily get to the key sights/day trips that we wanted to get to. Would recommend!

The house was amazing!! Very spacious for our group, the pool was the highlight of the house and came with floaties. The house has everything you can think of and need during your stay, plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, spices. We felt safe in the community, it was quiet & the most delicious empanadas were to the left of the community (1st restaurant when you exit ). The beach is walking distance but with all the sargassum we didn’t enjoy that and it stunk (this has no reflection on the house just sharing info). Annie is an awesome host and I would highly recommend this place!

Mission Trip

We brought a large group for a mission trip and rented 6 different homes! Ms Annie was so helpful when booking and her home was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and when we come back, we will request to stay here again! She had everything that we needed!!

Puerto Rico Vacation Humacao

We loved the house and my grandchildren loved the pool. Anne was wonderful and she answered all our questions. We traveled back to Caguas and San Juan to visit family. Walmart was closed by to buy what we needed and plaza had several places to eat. Place was nice and quiet we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we could return soon to Puerto Rico.

Nice escape for a ladies extended weekend

Property is as shown in pictures. Home is spacious and kirchen well equipped. Bathrooms are on the small side but not too small. Pool is great for 4 or 5 adults to just chill in. Gated neighborhood is lovely, beautiful houses and location next to the Preserve was a bonus.Recommend Patria restaurant nearby for dinner!

A gem!

A lovely intimate yet spacious house located in a quiet, gated community a block away from a beach. It met my family’s needs perfectly allowing everyone to have their own bed. The location is nice with restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery store close by. The owner is communicative, genuinely nice, and cares about the property as well as your stay. We plan to return and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping us having a wonderful vacation!

Great 50th Anniversary Trip with the Family

The pool was a great hit! The house was comfortable, but kitchen was always very warm and was well stocked with all the things you need to feed 9. No ceiling fans. We had air conditioning in the bedrooms and family room. The house was in a great location to the places we visited. We had a Beach at the front of the property. Lots of seaweed right now, but that is expected at times. Restaurants close by and the food was delicious. I can see us going again!

Comfort Inn

The house was a great fit for my family and I. It was very clean. The house had everything. We ever use there beach chairs to take with us. We enjoyed the pool. The only downside was no smoking on the property. My husband loves his cigars and that was one we had to pause.

Amazing

This house is amazing. Annie was such a great help from the booking process all the way through our stay. We had everything we needed and at no time did we feel unsafe. The neighborhood is well established, has a gated entry and it is very quiet at night. We stayed for 7 nights and we were able to see everything that we wanted and more. We experienced a tropical storm while on vacation and at no time did we feel worried. The house has everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful Vacation in Puerto Rico

We really loved our vacation and our stay at Villa Palmira in a little gated community. The accommodation was even more spacious than it looked on the website! The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Annie, the property manager was excellent! Her instructions for checking in were detailed and clear. When we had a question about anything she answered immediately. The pool and outdoor patio were perfect. There was huge, long beach and beautiful Nature Preserve just a couple of minutes walk down our road. Fabulous place to stay!

Dear Hans, Apologies for the call you made to me today. You talked about Palmas and our house is in Villa Palmira. Please let me know if this happened at the house on 4th Street #C62. It is the only house we rent to you. If this was in this house, let me know where you think they left it so we can look for it. We were there at the house but we only took out all the trash we found in the house. Because the truck passes by there first thing in the morning on Mondays. If they left it there it must be there. We had such an amazing time in PR.

We had such an amazing time in PR. This house was beautiful and spacious. Everything was updated and well kept. We stayed with 5 adults and 4 kids. There was more than enough room. The pool was amazing and gave us hours of entertainment when we didn't want to leave the house. When we were in PR we experienced the island wide blackouts but this home has solar panels so we were still able to use all outlets. The home was very clean and comfortable. There were items you could take and return from the beach like insulated bags, chairs and even some sand buckets and shovels. Annie was amazing! She was always available and helped us whenever we had any concerns. I would definitely stay again!
