Excellent house with a pool minutes from the beach.

We loved our month long stay and would love to come back. The house was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. The pool and patio were amazing. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighborhood and just a quick drive from the beach. The hosts were also excellent!

Perfect Vacation Home

The design of the house was perfect for a group of friends to socialize, cook together, and swim. All the beach necessities were provided. The kitchen was better stocked than my own. Great time.

absolutely excellent

we've rented places in south florida each of the last two januaries. They were both good. This year's...was excellent! The home was spacious and well stocked! the heated pool with screened in back yard...was OUTSTANDING! The location of the home was in a safe, friendly neighborhood that was incredibly convenient to the beaches, the keys, downtown sarasota and a host of very nearby restaurants. The hosts left us information that was very helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. We hope to be back next year, same time.

Vacations

All very good area, neighbors, interior, but it's the same as always, the house is not cleaned, the bed in the bedrooms is just made up, no one changed it and it was wrong. My wife had to clean again. We went to the store to buy cleaning products and treat it from insects and wash it again before moving in. Please pay attention to this, because you charge a fee that is not cheap for this, and when we saw an uncleaned house before entering it was indignant because we came to rest, and we also have to spend time and money on cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear you felt the home wasn’t up to standard. Please know the property is professionally cleaned and all linens are provided and laundered through a trusted linen service. We also attempted to reach out several times during your stay but didn’t receive a response. We would have been happy to address any concerns right away. Your comments have been noted, and we appreciate you staying with us.

A Perfect Home Away from Home in Sarasota!

We just spent three incredible weeks at this stunning vacation rental in Sarasota. The home is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen is a dream—fully stocked with high-quality cookware, utensils, and even a few pantry essentials. The open floor plan, cozy furnishings, and tasteful decor make it a place you genuinely look forward to coming back to after a day of exploring. The outdoor space is truly the highlight of this property. The private pool is sparkling clean, with comfortable loungers and a shaded patio perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails. The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, it’s just a short drive to Sarasota’s stunning beaches. Grocery stores, cafes, and great local restaurants are conveniently close, too. The host was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. This home was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, making it the ideal base for an extended stay in Sarasota. Whether you're here for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this rental has it all! 🌴✨ 5/5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding Stay

We really enjoyed our time here. We’ve been traveling since May and this is the best vacation rental experience we’ve had so far. The home has such a great layout and feel. It was so clean when we arrived. It was really nice not to feel the need to clean everything before unpacking. Response and communication from the host was very good. The neighborhood was pleasant. Many delicious places to eat only 2 min away. Must check out the clever cup for the best coffee ever. Gulf beer + food and screaming goat taqueria for lunch or dinner, and word of mouth for breakfast were our favs. It took under 10 min to get to a siesta key beach. The lanai and pool area was really a nice place to unwind and relax . We didn’t want to leave!

Winter getaway

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay at this home. Unfortunately the coronavirus ended up canceling the friends and family that were scheduled to join us there. The house is well equipped with every gadget you could want in the kitchen . The beds are super comfortable, slept well the whole month we were there. The pool is a little on the small size but the surrounding deck area has plenty of lounge chairs and a huge dining table. Be aware there is an additional charge to heat the pool which is kinda hidden in the small print. All in all it was a great home away from home.
