Our stay was great. The communication with the host could have been better through “ message the host”. The house was clean and well kept. The parking incline was a surprise and might be difficult to park for some. Overall great stay and beach close by. Thank you

Staff Retreat

I treated my preschool teacher staff to an end of the year beach retreat and we all loved staying at this home. It was clean, cozy, had a large kitchen which we all enjoyed cooking in. The hot tub was perfect, the views were gorgeous and there were plenty of beds for everyone! We had a blast!

Wonderful home for family group

We all enjoyed our weekend in this Lincoln City home. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It was a very stormy weekend, but with all the windows and views of the ocean we didn't feel boxed in. There were 8 adults and 7 kiddos and it did not feel crowded at all. The hot tub was really nice.

No hot water in the upstairs bathroom the entire stay making it inconvenient and uncomfortable for the people sleeping up there regardless of when they tried the shower. Hot tub water was not clean. No one dared use it even though we were charged extra for it. There was garbage around the cans outside including a dirty diaper which made the whole area smell. Hand soap in the kitchen was watered down so much there were no suds in it presumably to make it stretch. Not sure who thinks 12 people will only use the dishwasher 2 times in 4 days and includes only two pods. . Needed more cleaning amenities and the house as a whole felt unclean when you see stuff like the garbage lying around. Was not happy with this rental. Only plus side was the beach access and the beautiful beach. Won’t be recommending this to any family members or friends.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm very sorry you encountered issues that took away from your stay. We have a vendor scheduled to inspect the hot water heater and our maintenance team completed a deep clean on the hot tub. Housekeeping has been alerted to what they missed in your arrival clean and they have since restocked the soap supply to include more of everything so our guests don't worry about running out. None of these things should have been concerns for you and I'm truly sorry they were. I want you to know we are taking this seriously and will make sure these are concerns no more.

We had a wonderful weekend and the house fit all 13 of us well. It's a trails walk to the beach and the house has incredible views. The house is close to the grocery store and a quick drive to shops, restaurants and the casino. We will definitely recommend this property to friends.

The house is great for groups, the oven view is very nice. The only thing is that the refrigerator wasn’t working, although we had a small refrigerator in the garage. There is no air conditioner. And several things were broken, the trash can, blinds, torn sheets, etc. I wish the house was cleaner when we arrived and the housekeeper showed up at 10:25am even though we had until 11 to check out
